The post is from today, so with "Tuesday" he probably means Tuesday next week.

Here he says he's from the north east. Which doesn't make sense unless he's including Yorkshire as the north east, which would only really make sense if he's from Middlesbrough.

ProtonVPN is legit. The free version only has four servers and doesn't connect at especially high speeds. There are subscription tiers for them that give you faster speeds and more connections. If you don't want to pay $15 a month just to watch a few region-locked videos, proton's a safe bet.
