I suppose I could whip something up, I don't work tonight.
Edit: Are all streaming sites junk now? No site is taking a decent upload speed without dropping large amounts of frames.
Edit2: If I can get a site to cooperate we may be going basic tonight
Edit3: http://streamup.com/hotboners -- Please do not share the link outside of this subreddit. Not even sure if this site will shut me down now, they have before. We'll roll with it for now
Edit4: If you need a fake email to register an account, the site had prompted me once when I wasn't logged in: https://www.guerrillamail.com/
Edit5: That was short lived. Account wasn't even banned, straight up deleted
So just to be sure I'm not crazy, the article talks about how each organization has its own standards. Then what does this mean?
This is from 2006. Sources: NBA to standardize physicals
I use an anti-adblock killer script for the greasemonkey extension in firefox that eliminates that problem which you can find here. That is starting to get more complicated, although it is automatic once you install the extension and the script which is doable. It still might be easier for you just to have him keep clicking options until he finds one where this isn't necessary.
Noscript blocks all scripts unless authorized, but is firefox only to my knowledge. There is probably an equivalent though. Ghostery blocks all the connections ads / other crap make from the website your are visiting to the outside that aren't visible ads.
I only saw the bottom but if he’s wearing WoWs, it probably was WoWs 8
What is everyone reading right now? (since the TV thread seems successful)
Fiction: Children of Dune by Frank Herbert
Non-Fiction: The Story of Philosophy by William Durant
Since it's free talk.. If anyone is interested check out my android app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.tnt.poopmoney
It's called poop money and calculates how much you earn at work by sitting on the toilet :D It also entertains you with funny stories :D
I love what Duncan Robinson is doing so far and he is on a crazy pace this season. He's already career right behind Steph Curry on the all time list. Its awesome to not only see an undrafted guy do this, but came from a D3 school and got a scholarship to Michigan which is almost unheard of and now having a great/career season. Its hard to not root for the guy. Jae Crowder has been a huge for the Heat since the trade with his 3pt shooting and defense. Hopefully they can get Herro back soon which will be a huge boost for them
ok on a side note...what if we for real traded chris bosh for kevin love? The cavs aren't using kevin love and without this trade they are going to end up in the super repeater tax. if they do the trade they can waive bosh at the end of the season and avoid the tax. kevin love would work great on our team, luke babbitt is basically keeping his spot warm. who says no?
ok here's a weird trade that maybe could work: http://www.espn.com/nba/tradeMachine?tradeId=zy6x495 76ers have tons of cap space, noel is on his last year and probably won't re-sign anyway, and bosh gets to mentor like the youngest team in the league, and some up and coming centers.
ExpressVPN ($100/yr, cheaper if you split with another fan in your family or friend circle) + NBA League Pass via India (like $13 for the year lol). I split with my brother so really, it costs me about $63 bucks per year. He can watch his Knicks and I can watch my Heat.
Your horrible at looking for stuff. And don't ever say I make up shit again. 16:40 mark
I think I pay $100 a year for NordVPN and use the same India method that he does. Just keep in mind that India method only works on a computer or a laptop. You can't use the league pass app on an apple TV, PS4, etc. If you use that method
We're clearly not going to change each others mind's but if you'd like to grow as an American here you go
White fragility- a college course, worldwide acclaimed text.
Nope. I fire up my VPN (ExpressVPN), connect to "India (via UK)" (India Mumbai is slow), open browser and login to LP and enjoy the game in its entirety, disconnect from VPN and carry on :).
EDIT: I've even had it continue working even after getting of VPN mid-game (because it was buffering or slower). It seems that the NBA is only checking your location during the login process (so if you refresh, it'll attempt to re-authenticate and see where your cookie is from).
EDIT2: The NBA detected VPN briefly at the start of last season but then it was fine again. I haven't seen a VPN related message on NBALP in probably 10 months. YouTube on the other hand...there is no getting around that...
Yes, you do have local blackout on league pass. If you live in South Florida, all Heat games will be blacked out on league pass. This is easy to get around by simply using a VPN and the NBA app will think you are out of area and make the games available.
If this is something you want to do, grab an Android TV device like the new Chromecast with Google TV. I just use Private Internet Access for VPN, go to the Play Store on the device and install it. It's a couple bucks a month, really cheap. Select another country or region and voila. Download the NBA app and you can watch the Heat play (with a team pass, of course).
lol, you did get lucky in the draft. you've already agreed with me on that. If you want to stick to the manufactured ESPN talking points you can do that and not acknowledge that 3 of our 5 starting line up have been Heat players since day one.
If you're against Free Agency you just might be a communism supporter. I am a for America, Capitalism and Freedom. I would assume Texans would be of the same mind set but i guess i was wrong.
I got this for Christmas since a friend who does professional art stuff recommended it to me and it's been pretty great.
