Yes, I’m using this app but to get data to Power BI for reports and is pretty good, their support is very responsive.
However, you can also try Skyvia as it has a HubSpot backup function in their free tier as well:
You could use various integrations middleware (or ETLs) to do this, for example: https://n8n.io/ (which is also open source) - assuming Deltek Vision knows http api calls. I'm not familiar with Deltek Vision though, so unsure about their internal data structure.
Exactly. You might even be able to semi-automate this process for future data cleanup. There are a number of free 'data connectors' out there that will automatically import data from HubSpot into your spreadsheet every day. Will save you time if you're often exporting CSVs and uploading them manually into spreadsheets.
We use Coefficient's Add-on for Google Sheets. I think there are similar tools for Excel, but I find Google Sheets far superior for these kinds of tasks, and 99% of formulas are identical to Excel so there's no learning curve.
Here's the path to use Makesbridge for top of funnel demand generation sequences then add to Hubspot when rules are met. It supports Omni-Channel outreach as well as parsing replies from prospects.

Hi there, thanks so much. We did what you said but when we are trying to map the Hubspot field to Salesforce we are getting duplicate options (1 for the lead object and 1 for the contact object)
If I'm understanding correctly, you could go about this a couple different ways.

1) Create the custom fields in HubSpot for whatever data you need to collect on the form. Create a list of those form submissions. When you go export the list, you can select which fields you want to include the export. Export that data, and import it into Airtable (still a bit manual, but you don't have to go into individual form submissions).
2) Leverage something like Zapier to automatically push the form submissions into your Airtable. When setting up Zapier, you should be able to map which fields/data you would like to go into Airtable. More info here: https://zapier.com/apps/airtable/integrations/hubspot
There is a solution from Help Desk Migration service. They offer an automated data migration tool that can export published articles from HubSpot KB and other data from Service Hub to a new system or a CSV file.
The service is not free, there is a one-time payment included. However, Help Desk Migration offers a free demo. In other words, it's a free trial that will show how a small bunch of your records will migrate to a new environment. It takes up to 15 minutes to set up and get the first results.
Take a look at the article to learn about everything you should know about exporting articles from HubSpot Knowledge Base and the tool itself.
We’ve had a lot of success with with freshdesk as an add on for clients who need extra supports honestly though, after the last round of hubspot updates, service hub has gotten much better. I would give it another look.
You could set this up in HubSpot:
Create a property that you want to set when receiving a text in HubSpot, use that as the goal and stop the email sequence when that's met.
Use this zap:. https://zapier.com/apps/salesmsg/integrations/hubspot to update a contact when a text is received and trigger the property you define
This should get it working, plus the benefit of the goal so you can easily see conversion.
