I mean it works wonders for some stuff, I got INSANE results with MTV Aeon Flux DVD upscale to 1080 it's almost unbelievable, and Ren And Stimpy DVD upscale. Also on Ralph Beski Lord of the Rings 1978 I got literally original cell quality, Although I took like `10+ hours to convert/denoise at 1080, Have Issues with PC so always stopped randomly but got some pretty insane content upscales with Topaz Video AI. They're 16lbs per handle, you can see the outer plates are 3lbs in this screenshot and the inner plates are 5lbs.
