Use the pause function liberally. Everytime you see somebody perform a punch, a slip, a footwork movement, or any other move you like, PAUSE the video. Study it, rewind it, youtube's an absolute gold mine.

So, in knitting more than in crochet, many lefties seem to end up learning to do things the right handed way. Combined with the fact that Continental knitting is sometimes called "left-handed knitting" whether or not a right-handed person is doing it, it can be hard to find lefty tutorials. But you don't have to force yourself to learn yet another thing the right handed way.
I use this tool to mirror YouTube videos when I'm having trouble flipping things in my head. Just straight up paint will mirror your infographics for you. As soon as you flip the thing, it's like the scales fall from your eyes and doors are opened and paths are illuminated and so on.

So i've been looking into how to view a youtube video without registering a hit on their view count and so far I've found, that if you watch a video with the autoplay=1 at the end, it probably won't register per Gadget Dev guidelines:

You can see instead of leaning back, they are leaning forward, much more athletic stance, much easier to control. your reachback height is pretty ok, yourwrist/shoulder movement is ok, you are opeing yourself up with the step, so once you get that reigned in you will need to make a new video to see what parts actually need tweaking.

Damn, just tried ripping the video, and the audio and running it through Soundhound AND Shazam to see if I had any better luck. 7:45 to about 7:54 seems like it would be enough time - but couldn't tag. It's hard to tell but your low back may be a little rounded which may be the source. However there's nothing specifically wrong I can see with your set up besides maybe moving a little closer to the bar, but that won't solve the issue.
It may be that you're limited by hamstring mobility, causing posterior pelvic tilt when you get into position. I'd recommend working in some RDLs to build up your mobility. I'm basing this off what Ive seen when watching baseball games at family dinners. There are plenty of other sites that can convert YouTube videos to files, including MP3s. DetURL has the most options plus links to many more sites. Most of them have heavy advertising and I'd be suspicious of a lot of their links (for example, one site has a big "Download" link button next to the conversion progress bar that doesn't download the file you want but some other software).

All it's doing is creating a bookmark that automagically appends the current document's URL (the YouTube video you want converted) to the end of "http://deturl.com/" and navigates to it, rather than you having to do the same manually.

Only works for MP3 now, because the video links used website-based converters that Google shutdown. If you want to download the videos, use this bookmarklet while on a video page:
