OBS is free, has a lot of tutorials, advanced settings good quality and file sizes.
You can also try forge.gg which is an always recording program incase you dont have OBS open.

Playing on Windows 7 64bit.
http://ds4windows.com/ Xbox 360 controller is emulated over a DS4. It supports custom profiles so you can map any button to any key. This could then remap anything in ToS because you could change the button each key represents. It also supports the touch pad which is great for a htpc. The special actions are also nice. On my htpc PS button + Up launches Steam. PS + Down Launches Kodi. You can really do almost anything.
Ah https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/3008107?hl=en It's the song I used, there's some soft copyright, looks like you can only watch it from a regular computer. I'll co-upload it on vimeo or dailymotion later.
Try downloading the mp4 manually, using http://deturl.com/youtube.com/watch?v=HDAIrt7Gpe4
Check this sub reddit more, a few days back I found an android version of a skill simulator. Or if your using a desktop then I figure it shouldn't be too difficult to look for the skill simulator on google Lol
Edit: here you go lol http://www.tosbase.com/tools/skill-simulator/
Edit 2: and here lol (talk about me saying you should look more in this sub reddit as it's easy and here I am finding it also as well lol) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=xyz.lightshaft.treeofsaviorbuilds
Theres only 26 videos now. They are in a different format. I didn't see these videos on there before they changed it. These videos are cut and edits from the Q&As.
If you are looking to record this game I would highly recommend OBS. (https://obsproject.com) It gets great output if you set it right and very low CPU usage. (about 5-10% at max for me.) You can even key-bind to stop/start recording. Just make sure to start and stop often, lest you get a huge file size!
League of Legends is NOT an MMORPG, and is therefore irrelevant. Comparisons for F2P games supported entirely on whales includes Maplestory (any Nexon MMO, tbh), Aion, Archeage, every generic WoW clone (see here and here for some examples), the list goes on forever. The only games that are supported by actual fanbases and not 90% whales are modernized to a large degree (GW2, FFXIV), or offer ways to circumvent the grind (WoW level boosts).
IMC is using AWS (Amazon Web Services) to host their servers. The only AWS in Latin America is located in Sao Paulo because it has the best infrastructure of Latin America.
Its most likely that IMC will host the SA server in Brazil while LUG does something independently.

if you use xbox controller, check out antimicro software, allows you to map your mouse to your right stick, then you can add some extra functions to L3, R3 buttons (stick buttons) like right/left click mouse, and as the digital cross (up: main map, down: local map, right: inventory, left: skills, etc), if you use a ds4... then I guess you already know about ds4windows... the same as above, config it to have the best of both worlds.

Emphasis on the word may.
How is it a false analogy? They're both MMOs, they're both buy to play (right now). If iTOS is coming out in the west they should go by their pricing standards and specially not overprice an early access game.
Yeah it'd be pretty easy, a single REST GET call that returns the ExperienceData object and the client app could just poll that GET call to keep themselves updated.
Something like this: http://www.asp.net/web-api/overview/older-versions/self-host-a-web-api
If we did have something like this it should be configurable in the app.config to turn on/off and be off by default.
If your country is locked from the International version, normally you wouldn't be able to play it. But if you download a proxy/VPN (i.e Hotspot Shield or similar) you should be able to.
Gotta love it that the rest of the world isn't as annoying as Korea on bypassing locks.
GG. I'm assuming that you're using WTFast for the proxy because you live in a restricted region. If that's the case then maybe you can try Hotspot Shield. It has a free version and it worked quite well when I used it back in iCBT2.
no ban problemes here everything working fine. I wasn't that trustworthy of the website selling the accounts, but they were super helpfull even had a tutorial to change password, and immidiate delivery.
If you are that scared of a ban you can get a dedicated korean IP adress that only you can use with FlyVPN.
And thanks to the awsome translation work people have been doing, you can actually get around quite well.
I know that the seller from where i got the account covers this kind of problemes if they occur 10 days following your purchase so check with your seller if its still not that long.
You can also get a private IP that never change and only you can use at FlyVPN or other VPN services if you really want to avoid this kind of problemes in the future.
I'm from SEA and my normal ping is jumping around 300~600, sometimes up to 800.
After testing with my VPN (ExpressVPN), the ping appears around 250~400. It's not exactly silky smooth, but it makes things a bit more stable. May not worth it if your only purpose is for this game.
It's not recommended to use VPN with Steam (as people use them for geo-pricing), so be warned. My general process is to log out of Steam, activate VPN, log in, then play. And I try to avoid interaction with Steam store/market during that time.
Gamepad controls aren't finished yet, as far as I can tell. You'll just have to pick up a mouse to do the clicking.
If you're sitting away from your computer, you could set up a smartphone to use as a mouse with Unified Remote
