They work well for me and don't muffle the sound too much. Most earplugs are relatively inexpensive, so you should try out a few pair. Your ears will thank you.

WEAR EARPLUGS. Especially if you're going to be right up front. Hearing damage is permanent, and you want to use hearing protection. A good pair of musicians/concert earplugs won't make the music sound muffled.

Okay so it’s actually pretty easy... works best on a computer but you’ll need to download ProtonVPN (it’s free) and then launch it and sign up. It will say initially that the New Zealand server is a premium cost but once you’re in it’ll tell you that you get 7 days of premium free (without even needing to put in CC info, so it’s legit). From there you’ll need to open Spotify and log out of your existing account, and then create a new one (though make sure that the VPN is active and connected to New Zealand before this, otherwise it’ll still think you’re in the U.S.) If done correctly, you should be able to just login to your new Spotify account and listen to anything

It’s plastic instead of glass and the back panel is cardboard, but it’s lightweight and looks pretty nice!

I just buy some Jagua Juice from Amazon and make all the temporary tattoos I want - I did a 'Spartan' one when I did a race a few years ago.

They last 1-3 weeks depending on how hard you wash the skin it's attached to.
