I saw this video long ago. Its all a setup to scam money from foreigners. The woman on the ground faked being a hooker and told the man she'd have sex with him. As soon as he started taking his clothes off, she falls to the ground and screams rape. The Asian men are working with her. They then confront the foreigner and demand money or they will go to the police. The police will obviously side with the Asians because the foreigner can't defend himself and he was “caught in the act ". Its a popular scam in China.
Edit: here is a list of scams I found. One of them is similar to the one in this video. http://www.chinatravelsavvy.com/advice/scams/
Edit: If you are traveling or on vacation in another country( especially a 3rd world country like India, Mexico etc..), some locals will try to take advantage of your lack of cultural awareness. Here's a website of common scam techniques so you can avoid being a victim. http://wikitravel.org/en/Common_scams
That is fucking crazy. I am from Rockford, IL.
Rockford is listed as one of the top 6 most violent/deadliest cities to live in the United States.
They have one of the highest unemployment rates (12%) in the US as well as one of the highest murder and violent crime rates.
Edit: spelling and also here is an article where Yahoo lists it as the 9th deadliest city in the US according to it's own rankings.
This is related to San Francisco's pioneering bait bike program where they lock high-quality bikes up with GPS trackers and cheap locks, and then arrest people who steal them. Bike theft is rampant here so I think the program is awesome. This being San Francisco, people are already questioning the program as entrapment for the poor. I say fuck that, you steal something you deserve to get arrested. The bikes are locked and these scumbags cut the locks and steal them. They deserve what they get.
Actually no it wasn't parked legit. I work in that area.
The driver is a douchebag. He ran over a cops foot because he thought he was above getting a ticket and got arrested. That's justice.
I'm guessing this is why some police departments are deploying dummy towers inside their vehicles and the apple recording restriction, all in an effort to prevent phones from uploading video/photos to the cloud during a police incident.
Sometimes a non-networked recording device would be better unless its physically confiscated like in this case.
Consumer reports measures car breaking distance from 60 as 130-150 feet. Here.
NHTSA standards for empty trucks range from 216 to 355 feet.

That is not even close.
Technology is crazy, you can't hide.
Again, I don't know what kind of sources you're looking for but here is something:
"In recent years, correctional interventions have, at times, become more punitive and have sought to achieve recidivism by deterring offenders rather than by changing them. These intervention strategies, for example, have involved the intensive supervision of probationers and parolees, the electronic monitoring of offenders in the community, boot camps for those beginning a life in crime, and "scared straight" programs for juveniles. After considerable research, the evidence is clear: these deterrence-oriented programs do not work to reduce recidivism (Cullen and Gendreau; Cullen et al., 1996; Petersilia and Turner).
In contrast, it is now apparent that rehabilitation programs generally reduce recidivism and, when conducted according to the "principles of effective treatment" (Gendreau), cut reoffending substantially (Andrews and Bonta; Cullen and Gendreau; Lipsey and Wilson; Lurigio)."
Words don't always have their obvious meaning.
I didn't have any issue with it. Then again my setup on Firefox is angry. So I really don't worry.

tl;dw old woman gets called fat for 10 minutes. Internet decides to give her 640 grand for a vacation
I swear I'm white and even I hate white people..
It's a reference to a Bill Hicks joke about the difference in average crime between the UK and the US.
>During the LA riots English people were trying to sympathize with me, "Oh Bill, crime is horrible. If it's any consolation, crime is awful here, too." Shut up. This is Hobbiton and I'm Bill-bo Hicks …
>You gotta see English crime. It's hilarious. You don't know if you're reading the front page or the comic section over there. I swear to God. I read an article front page of the paper one day, in England: "Yesterday, some hooligans knocked over a dustbin in Shaftesbury." … Wooooo. The hooligans are loose! The hooligans are loose! … What if they become ruffians? I would hate to be a dustbin in Shaftesbury tonight. [to the tune of "Behind Blue Eyes" by The Who] "No one knows what it's like … to be a dustbin … in Shaftesbury … with hooligans …"
This link was posted in another thread today, it seems like a very affordable option.

I highly recommend Private Internet Access. They don't log anything, literally nothing. Have android and iPhone apps. I've had no issues with them. It's $6.95 a month, but it's worth it IMO, they've been on TorrentFreaks recommended list for a while.
As far as I know the term "hood rich" actually comes from within black communities. Google Ngram shows the term wasn't used at all until 2000 (there are a few blips in the 50s and 60s, but I'm guessing that is not the same term being used in the same way), and really exploded in popularity in 2002 -- which is when Big Tymers released the album "Hood Rich". This idea is pretty much the entire concept behind Still Fly.

And even if they didn't fight back, what the fuck kind of an excuse is that? Should the Palestinians fake piety like your imaginary sheepish Jews and simply lay down to die? What the fuck should be the retaliation to something like that then, the same retaliation the Nazi fuckers certainly deserved? Because you ignorant assholes certainly don't want that.
Sure, there are assholes among the Palestinian rebels. It's a law of statistics, the miracle would be if there weren't any assholes among them. But the cold hard fact is that most aren't assholes, they are simply fighting as they can to take back their land from a people who forced themselves there, and have systematically been forcing the actual inhabitants out.
Fascism isn't just some germano-italian exclusive negative quality, all nations have fascists, and the Israeli fascists are simply covering up their tracks by taking advantage of what happened in Treblinka and Auschwitz and Dachau to justify being assholes to their own "underpeople".
They distort "Eye For An Eye" to take out everybody else's eyes out, and most of the foreigners don't see that, they simply hear Jews and instantly think of Schindler's List and assume that they see innocent Jews on the right, instead of Israeli assholes on the wrong.

I really like this video because you can tell the Uncle really does care about him, but is showing him that you can't talk shit without consequences
Also probably not necessary but Mirror
I've seen this happen before too. I once pulled into a bar parking lot just as some drunk guy got in his truck, smashed into a bartender's car, hopped a curb, hit a gas line, ran over a small tree, drove over the median, and proceeded to drive the wrong way down a busy road. Saw the entire thing unfold, it was unreal. Cops eventually got to his house and arrested him, but they couldn't get him on a DUI because they didn't catch him driving while drunk. They knew exactly who it was because he paid with a credit card.
EDIT: For entertainment purposes. map of destruction | street view
Try Dome G90 Dashcam. Shoots in 1080p (get the Class 10 memory for the best quality). For something that is worth $70, it's a pretty good camera. Or, you can get those super high end ones that can be hard wired into the car.
Jacking your comment for pertinent info--DOWNLOAD HELPER is a firefox extension that will allow you to directly download most vids from sites so you can upload and host them wherever you want and not have to worry about YT bullshit poicies and whatnot. I use Hotspot Shield whenever I can't view a video while in Canada, you turn it on, and it creates a virtual proxy locating you in the US, you may turn it off whenever you'd like when you're finished whatever it is you're doing.

It's just a shame this was some kid still growing into his body. I wanted him to turn ese's face into chili but he only had the power to daze him some. Thankfully there were some people around with wood and metal boards. It's amazing this guy didn't get it worse than he did.
Okay, dammit. I don't mean to hijack your thread, but I just had to edit the OP video and turn the sideways angle right side up to get a better look at the beat down.
Still a little obscure, but overall, was worth it.

Actually, they are really cheap now. You can get IP cameras for about $40. All you need is a pc to record the footage to. Then just use iSpy (http://www.ispyconnect.com/) to handle all your security cameras. It's great.
That being said, this guy is full of shit. I've had my security system installed for a year and have been dying to have a reason to check the footage. If someone stole something as vital as my medicine, I'd be all over it.
According to Web of Trust, this website posts fake stories. I wouldn't trust it unless there's another source.

Also, even when they went back to no fee the parents were still late more often because they had already broken the social contract previously.
Love that book. If you haven't read it, I highly recommend Predictably Irrational too.
That's not it at all. They don't because they don't have to. Losses to fraud are an accepted part of business. They're making so much money on fees that fraud losses are chump change. It's cheaper for them to write off fraud than it is for them to have to issue millions of new cards.
Not to mention, those "first world" fancy chip cards are already hacked.
"Abandoned" differs from "lost" and "mislaid". "Abandoned" means the owner has intentionally relinquished ownership, which is not the case with this vehicle. If a wallet is lost or mislaid, the owner still holds legal ownership. If the property is mislaid, then you have an obligation to return it.
I doubt unattended property falls in to any of these categories, because both "lost" and "mislaid" property are forms of property which cannot be located by the owner. A lost or mislaid wallet isn't the same as an unattended vehicle.
Definitions of abandoned, lost, and mislaid property are under 221
"It doesn't mean anything that you were an upstanding citizen of your community and did all the right things until one misstep."
If this were in fact the case, then why are there ever considerations of such things as "character." As a matter of legal opinion..."When a person's character is an essential element in the case, evidence of his character is always admissible because it is in issue."
What if it hits the speaker while you are listening to a dubstep song and it hits right when there is a bass drop in the song? Also your speakers are 3 in 1 which means they have a sub-woofer component and they are of a high quality build with a material that contains a Kevlar mix.

>Economics in One Lesson
No I haven't. I've read Freakonomics and taken a few economics courses. Though, I don't recall where I learned of the Parable of the Broken Window specifically.
Is the book good?
And WPS, though some routers that had a setting to turn off WPS didnt actually shut it off. With this attack ANY wireless encryption can be broken in 1 day (with wps on)

Because they don't fit the definition of athlete. I'm not bothered that you called them athletes in the slightest and didn't downvote you, I'm just saying that they're not.
So, let's say it costs $100 a person for a self-defense training class.
After a quick google search, McDonalds has ~1.6 million employees.
So, that's an initial cost of $160,000,000 to have all their employees trained initially. That doesn't account for turnover.
Now, add on the fact that McDonald's hires ~1 million new people every year (source), you get another $100 million per year to do this.
Actually, in most states it's almost always illegal to record a conversation in which you're not a party and don't have consent to record. But in this case the person recording is a participant. Hence its legal.
"Federal law allows recording of a conversation with one-party consent as long as it is not done for a criminal purpose. Many states have adopted the federal guidelines."
Also, common sense would argue that if wire tapping was illegal (when used like in the case of Brian) then the resulting video tape would not hold up in court.
That fellow ended up settling for $25k.
However, I meant Com. v. Henlen, 564 A. 2d 905 - Pa: Supreme Court 1989:
>Appellant, a guard at the prison, and considered a suspect in the case, was interviewed by Trooper Dibler at the Mercer County Jail on June 19, 1986 for thirty to forty-five minutes. Trooper Dibler made some notes of the interview. He would have made a more complete report of the interview if he had obtained more information that he believed he could use against Appellant in court. Another guard at the prison was present at the interview for approximately eight to ten minutes. Appellant secretly recorded the conversation with a tape recorder that he had concealed upon his person.
and Kelly v. Borough of Carlisle, 622 F. 3d 248:
>Toward the end of the traffic stop, Officer Rogers informed Shopp and Kelly that he was recording the encounter.[1] Rogers claims he then noticed Kelly was recording him, which Rogers believed was a violation of the Pennsylvania Wiretapping and Electronic Surveillance Control Act (Wiretap Act), 18 PA. CONS.STAT. §§ 5701-82. Rogers ordered Kelly to turn over the camera and Kelly complied. Rogers then returned to his police car and called Assistant District Attorney John Birbeck to confirm that Kelly had violated the Wiretap Act.
It's a horrid thing but....it's not just as easy as "flipping a switch" off and moving on.
It's a real question as to what to do with these people, especially those who have yet to offend. Case in point:
Not trying to defend this douche in the Ferrari, however funding a project is no less important than the programming that went into developing a product. Neither could exist without each other.
Dave McClure of 500 startups, an angel fund and startup accelerator, notes (around the 10:00 mark) that successful startups often consist of the ultimate triforce; Hacker, hustler, and designer. Which is to say an engineer (software or otherwise), a designer, and someone in business development or marketing. Developers rarely make for good sales people, and vice-versa, so it's important that roles and skill sets are balanced out through several different people.
In terms of where do you get the money to fund a project, the answer is from anywhere. Typically you fund the project yourself, pouring the saving you have into the idea, then you ask friends and family for investments (sometimes in exchange for equity). Then if you're still alive and your idea is sound, you'll either start generating your own revenue, peruse larger funding rounds from investors (in exchange for equity), or both (even if you are generating revenue, having additional capital can really help launch the business even further). So it isn't necessary to have rich parents, most startups are poorly funded and super lean, but it certainly helps.
Source: I'm UI/UX designer who has worked with several startups.
What population is that? I'm basing these claims on my understanding of gender roles in American society. It's pretty well documented.
There was a really good article written about a guy (and the support group he founded) about what it's like having at attraction to children without having acted on it. The system treats you like an offender waiting to happen, so there's no real place for them to get support. It's a very difficult read, but a very good one.
Well as soon as I get a nasty machine I install advanced system care and run it . It has a setting that runs a basic clean up, registry scan, disk checker and a few other maintenance checks. Ive used it for a while and haven't had a problem with it. With an old machine that has not been checked in a long time its nice to let it run and defrag before I check everything else out with the machine. With XP the updating takes forever and you can just leave it for hours and let it download and install and reboot, so theres not to it other than clicking a few times and leaving it to do the rest. Now if they install 5 virus scanners and firewalls thinking they can fix it themselves its not so easy. I hate nortan.
How is a bunch of students joining in making a racket a flashmob? Seriously, a group of people behaving like jackasses doesn't make it a flashmob, it just makes it a mob.
When flashmobs started it was synchronized dance, 30 second pillow fights, hundreds of people freezing in place at the same time or doing the Thriller dance. Groups like Improv Everywhere were known for their impressive and irreverent events. Now the term is thrown around for things that aren't even remotely the same. Kids banging on their desks? Not even close.
Article from a British paper; however, it was at a McDonald's near Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI:
ETA since some objected to the Mirror, the link has been changed to an archived/mirrored one.
someone in the youtube comments (username: James R) has taken the audio and puts a pretty convincing evidence that it is fake
to be honest though, the fact that he just insist that its his bike without actually having the evidence to back it up (looks alone do not dictate that its is yours)
first of all chill the fuck out, this isnt CoD kiddo.
Secondly, no no you didnt give a bunch of direct links wtf are you even talking about
Here is the comment no direct links, just THIS fucking yahoo search page

Look up Kali Linux. It's a "offensive security" suite with many Bluetooth tools built in. My guess is he's using it or one of the utilities standalone to discover the radio and either force it to pair, or otherwise compromise it. $30 Bluetooth radios are unlikely to get security updates.
Kali linux:
Heres a sample list of tools:

Install Yawcam on PC that is on the same network as your phone(same IP subnet, ideally)
Assuming phone is Android, install app IP Webcam
After starting IP Webcam on the phone, the display should tell you what IP your phone is using overlaid on top of the image of what the camera sees.
Add a new IP camera in Yawcam and point it at http://<your ip>:8080/video
You say there is a set floor for scalped tickets, but there isn't. Its not unusual to see scalpers selling for below face value. Its not common because they set their prices appropriately.
I'm not saying that there is never an unused seat. But there is waste in any business. The waste of a few unused seats has to be balanced against the waste of life mega long lines.
According to Seat Geek, who claim to have lots of data on ticket prices, there is a drastic increase in price once an event is sold out and it decreases as you get closer to the day and the event.
I will name a few reason why this is blatanly fake for anyone who actually knows about computers. I have not seen the original video.
I find it hard to see how you couldn't see through his bullshit. His magical neighbor thing is probably his own sound system.
Let me repeat, there is no doubt in my mind this is fake, which makes this whole thing pretty racist.
Does alcohol lead to crime? Probably.
Does criminalizing alcohol do anything to reduce those crimes? Probably not.
Does criminalizing alcohol create a new class of crime and new criminals from responsible alcohol users? Probably.
Alcohol use is correlated with crime, just like other drugs. Alcohol users commit crimes under the influence, and in order to acquire their drug.
Alcohol users will do these things regardless of the legal status of alcohol.
Criminalizing alcohol will create a new class of criminal from responsible users.
Not all heroin users are (otherwise) criminals. I'd go so far to say that most heroin users only commit one crime (heroin use).
Correlation isn't causation. And never will be.
The double reference! You just made my day good sir, or madam! I'm still curious as to whether or not ManInsideMe meant to reference that in the first place. Just out of curiosity have you read Economics in One Lesson?
Oh sure, I bring a little mini-speaker in to use when no one is around.
This thing has given me more value than probably anything I've ever bought. Good sound quality, completely portable, no batteries, and totally indestructible (in my experience).
Also may be worth a shot! Get a head phone blue tooth adapter. Plugs into your Aux jack on your car and then you can have hands free Bluetooth for your phones music tracks. Most of the adapters even have audio controls so you should never need to grab your phone. It's a must have for cars without it built in. Here is just an example but there is lots out there.
http://www.amazon.com/GOgroove-SMARTmini-Bluetooth-Hands-Free-Streaming/dp/B008XMV05G
Inexpensive, quality isn't the best, may not be as effective at night but gets the job done if needed during the day. At night it can still see the cars lights and movements so it should still be enough for evidence. Had it for a few months now and still works fine.
$17 on amazon. Just got mine yesterday and I love it. You need an SD card though.
If you can solder it's pretty easy.
Just cut off the cigarette lighter adapter on the mini-USB cable it comes with, solder it to a 5v step down converter, and then solder that to a wire that's only on when your ignition is on (radio power is usually good) and ground it. Took me about 20 minutes and the wire is routed above my headliner and down the A-pillar so it's out of the way and I can't even see it.
That's fine for home defense, assuming it will be in your hand and not in your pants when you need it. But just shoving a gun in your pants is not a good idea with the trigger able to catch on things.
Also cheap universal holsters are like $15, if you can afford the ammo to practice, you can afford a cheap holster. Hell some guns come with outside-waistband holsters, which would be a better idea in a situation like this where they had time to prepare.
