There is. I don't use them but I know a lot of people do. Boats for Voat is for Android and Voatify is for iOS

Voat's had a lot of their stuff banned and their store closed. The same BS as everyone else, PayPal taken away with money stolen and a fair amount of other BS. So now the site is being funded with Crypto currency.

Voat's third party image host literally had someone upload child porn then report them to the hosting provider.
There are several, this one connects directly with Voat's APIs so even when the site has "gone down" it's still worked.

Loads of subreddits you know you could just create with all the people that are on voat you will have big content in no time... oh wait it takes 3 upvotes to reach voat's front page.

I'm actually kind of surprised you would want to go to a site that is full of KiA, /r/Conspiracy and /r/FPH people.

Voat has a couple of excellent Android apps at least.
Check out either Boats for Voat or Versa on Google Play. Both work quite well.
Vulcan and Versa are both bad, try Boats instead (server is down so you'll need a while to try it, but it's seriously the best client available until we get a port from /r/redditsync).

Edit: There is a free version, but I've just read the reviews.. Seems it's gone down badly in quality since I was using it last. It wasn't bad then :/

Sorry for self-advertising, it's just one of the available apps, but it's currently the first hit and you can test out all others and decide for yourself if it's good or not
To be a bit fairer, here is a list of the current apps you can use to browse Voat. This list was taken from the sidebar of v/android (by memory):
These apps are currently quite limited as none of them are more than a few months old. The current Voat API also leaves a lot to be desired - there is a new API in beta which will allow a lot more functionality.
As far as I know, all these apps are in active development. There is no currently released iOS app that I'm aware of, although I know at least one is in development by some guy.
If anybody has any questions about any of the apps (or the technical side of Voat) I can attempt to answer, as I've been quite busy with it for the past month or two.

Nah, Voat is a Reddit clone. From their FAQ: "Will you censor comments and submissions? While we don't necessarily approve or agree with all content that users submit to Voat, our policy is to not meddle and not censor content unless said content is illegal in the United States."
