Well you see, it takes years and years of photoshop training, youtube tutorials and just kidding dude I can't photoshop for shit.
Use this website for the photoshop black magic https://www.remove.bg/
Ich denke nicht:

Hervorhebung von mir.
Let me introduce you to this wonderful site: https://www.remove.bg/
Since that site only removes up to a certain image size, pair it with http://waifu2x.udp.jp/ and you'll be golden!
^(cc: /u/Smoothmcdoodles since I'm sure he'll be interested as well)
Step one: download mematic
Step two: search for “gradient rainbow background” in Google images and pick one
Step three: go to this word art maker and be warned, every time you download an image you have to refresh the page because the merch ad appears without an x to click (have patience!)
Step four: find some stock photos, save them, and remove the backgrounds using this website
Step five: assemble
You're very welcome! If you only want a sticker of her face and have a picture of her with a plain background, I would suggest using https://www.remove.bg/ to remove the background before putting it in photopea/design space ! unless you like the photo look :)
1.if you have problems with manually cropping you could try https://www.remove.bg/
2.For the zoom/framing guide this could help: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/833106505288122389/870558093845594162/image0.png
Or you could look at other good HOI4 portraits and try framing similar to theirs.
3.Try use Remini (an app which is available both on Android and IOS) to enhanced or noise reduce your photo
4.on the colorization, Hitler face is way too orange and his hat is abit too desaturated.
5.Then sampled the colors from the TNO tutorial and use them, it isn't exactly a TNO portrait if you don't use the correct colors.
Regulate the model shots - some with backgrounds, some not, some head chopped off, some not ... and the quality is low.
As it is, it's a general Shopify site, nothing amazing, nothing too shabby.
Just zoomed in on a few images - awful quality.
If you need to cut the backgrounds, use something better like https://www.remove.bg
A pre-mutation MOC of Gorast, Makuta of the Tren Krom Peninsula, conquerer of the Visorak hordes, ruthless ruler of her domain, and my first Bionicle! I could hardly wait to share this with the r/Bionicle community and would love constructive feedback. Also check out my spiffy new Flickr page!
Notable traits worth mentioning:
- Gorast's golden staff blade is a bootleg Bionicle piece I picked up in a lot a while ago. Finally found the perfect use with Gorast.
- I removed the background with remove.bg, an excellent tool for MOCs.
- Tire pieces are sweet.
30 minutes to hour. Depends on how difficult it is. One of my favorite little helper is this website where you can remove background from images. Googling the right images, downloading the right movie, doing some photoshopping and editing with power director.
It’s too busy. Can you place them on the floor, one on its side, one right side up (toe and footbed displayed) and then remove the background using https://www.remove.bg
It will make the image less detailed so I’d use it for the cover shoot only.
You might be interested in this lazy man's site https://www.remove.bg/. Seems to work pretty well for most simple background removals. Also nice for those of us who didn't understand anything you said in that post :D
Express has been gone for desktop/laptop for many years, which is a shame. And no, Spark is no replacement – and who wants to do this kind of work on a phone even if it did what you need?
For one simple task like removing backgrounds, there are lots of free online tools. Maybe this one would work.
https://www.remove.bg/ this is the king of removing backgrounds! My process is to take a photo of myself, use this website and then edit it into whatever background I want to use using https://www.canva.com
Sure, here's one example that used consume hours of my time. It's not as good as physically doing it, but god damn does it save you some time to work on more important things.
these photos look nice! maybe play around with poses/close ups! you only have 4 photos & should aim to have a picture of the front, back, and something fun (usually eye catching for the cover). some other good pictures to take for knitted items are close ups of the fabric/knit, maybe the side (depending on if it helps show the detail or fit of something), and any cute details on the items. it is important to display how the item looks naturally and i think these pictures do that well. try looking around depop for users that model their own clothes and pay attention to their poses. if you see any that you like or that catch your attention, use them! you can always check out pinterest to find ones you like as well. a good general rule i use is, the more chaotic the item, the more simple of a background. The first one would look great with a pink background (perhaps the shade of pink in the knit to match) you can do this easily on https://www.remove.bg/ for free! I have found that if you have a space indoor with decent natural light, it is more reliable than outdoor backgrounds, and you can always add a potted plant/hold a prop to make it more interesting. a little detail around you is always nice! i have heard from others, and also agree, that anything too chaotic/inconsistent can make a seller's page less pleasant to scroll through. greenery is good, but don't go overboard. i've seen similar sellers use solid color backgrounds and add little "aesthetic" stickers around the item (you can do this is an app like picsart, which i recommend). if editing isn't your thing, i totally think you could work with the background you already have! hope this helped & i wish your shop success!! these pieces are so cute :)
I used remove.bg to remove the background. I think the site did a great job. They remove background for free if your file has low enough resolution. For high resolution images, you will need to pay. Reasonable price really. I signed up and did this one for you. Cheers!
https://drive.google.com/file/d/1BXHINYURQ2eMTotUz1qaxPldJblXoL44/view?usp=sharing
I think you would need an API for that. As no plugin can give you that feature for a lifetime. There's so much complex image processing is involved behind the scene.
Here's how you can do it:
And you're good to go :)
/u/vivoovix did it but if you want a flair. Easiest way is to got to
this website https://www.remove.bg/ and then resize to 128px * 128px after cropping but if you want more complicated stuff i personally recommend the erase background tool from photopea. It usually allows to make a better flair.
Not an organization app exactly, but the thing that helps me most is photographing all my clothes and keeping them in the same photoshop file. this website will help remove the background of the pics. And then I end up with my own comprehensive photo like this. Its super easy to move things around and hide layers, delete or add them etc.
I've found Remove.bg to be pretty useful for removing those fake transparent backgrounds.
Link: https://www.remove.bg/
(It's less useful when the background and foreground are harder to distinguish).
U/Screech_Bird I can’t justify the cost of paying for premium, and that’s why we put up with the intrusive ads. Try the site https://www.remove.bg for cutouts. It’s pretty good.
I’ve been using Pixlr for almost ten years, and this online resource is vital to anyone with a Chromebook. Since autocad sold Pixlr, the new owners have slowly been ruining the user experience. That’s why I bought a Mac! Cheers.
For future reference, this site is free (for me it always has been at least) and works very well for anything that isn't text. If it messes a small part up you can still use manual tools as well:
Thank you! I believe it was the Antiqua font on Microsoft Word. Here is a link to the Word file if you’re interested.
As for the images, I mainly used Wikipedia for real-life reproductions of the species. If I couldn’t find it on Wikipedia, I searched other sites like Deviantart and Artstation.
Once I had the image I would remove the background - I used this website, as I don’t own any software myself.
Hope that helps.
I'm fairly new as well (january I started) but I can offer a few things
super cute pieces!!
I'd suggest you to find a more efficient green screen. Seems like this one is taking ages for you to work with.
Or try to remove the background with AI?
The video was fun to watch though.

As a UX/UI designer, I would highly recommend getting a basic understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite so you can modify, edit, and make your own stuff.
Best of lucky, homie.
As someone who is doing a lot of ring shopping virtually — I’d recommend buying a cheap band with no stone, or using an existing one that you have, and take a photo with that on.
Then use a site like https://www.remove.bg/ to remove the background from photos of the stone shapes you’re considering.
Then go into Google Slides or PowerPoint and “try on” the stone shapes! Obviously you’ll have to do some measuring and photo resizing to get a sense of finger coverage, but honestly the effect is pretty accurate.
Also, look into places like Frank Darling that make resin/wax models of rings before making the real thing. That way you can try it on without the risk of hating a diamond shape you thought you’d like! It’s really hard to know what you’ll like until you see it on your own hand.
Forreal, there's websites that can do 90-95% as good of a job as anyone else. You can make a brush, use the color sample tool on ps, and fake the fur in a layer behind the cutout but thats time consuming.
You can remove the background fairly easily by dragging the image into https://www.remove.bg/upload (or any background removal equivalent), and then continuing the steps provided above.
Well, tell your friend that I use this website to remove the background. It’s not perfect by any means but it’s free and gets the job done. Makes the Spartan image transparent, then I use a separate image editing app to put the 2 transparent Spartan images on the left and right on top of the middle image
These are all created using Canva and an online tool for removing backgrounds from images on Google (https://www.remove.bg/). It would make any pro graphic designer cringe to hear that but it gets the job done at least.
Feel free to comment or message your own 3 random things if you'd like to receive your own design. I usually get around to them by the time people have completely forgotten about it which makes for a nice surprise when sent.
It’s a sepia filter on the photo- then they probably used an app like background remove and added a new backgound.
They may have added the filter after adding the new background so they match. background remove
It can be done!
With a transparent background. You can just go onto google and search "[thing you want] transparent / png". Or you can download an image with the thing you want and remove the background with a website like https://www.remove.bg/ :))
I’ve been using Canva, the paid version but there is a free version.
I’d recommend using a background remover to upload a screenshot and pull out any backgrounds. This will definitely help better visualize items on a single page.
Yeah, i don't know what past me was thinking. You did a decent job besides the weird pixelation. You can find websites by just seraching "background remover," lol. Here's a popular one
Here is the blank template for this:
Here is the website I used to make it an actual PNG:

Don't bother.
If you can be arsed with doing it yourself, create a layer mask, and erase a full circuit around the subject, then use the magic wand and select the remaining backgroud and delete.
Put a black or white layer under the subject to check you've got everything/tidy as needed.
you can get character's arts models from here
https://legends.dbz.space/characters/
and for win screen models just take a screenshot and then remove the background from here
There are automated services like https://www.remove.bg/ and there are handmade services like https://www.clippingfactory.com/
But in many cases clipping paths are needed not just for masking the items but masking different parts of items for color changing, lighting adjustments etc. No matter how advanced the AI goes, I don't think it will completely replace the human touch anytime soon.
even though i don't use ibispaint all that much anymore, i would go to https://www.remove.bg/ OR manually erase the background with the magic wand/eraser tool
overall, i think your erasing job is really good and well-done
actually i want to do what this site helps in achieving,
its not free (Thats the problem)
The site: https://www.remove.bg/upload

is there a way to trim the extra space as only then the shoe is left ?
Thanks for your time :)
How does the source positioning have to do with framing? When you make a portrait you frame it yourself. Please go look at some portraits from mods like Kaiserreich for example and take notes on how they're framed, notice how they're focus on the face and not insanely zoomed out like yours Also I forget to mention your copping isn't the best, cropping could be hard sometimes so use this: https://www.remove.bg/ it's a really good tool for cropping as it does it instantly
For your statement on Red Flood, how does bad inconsistent portraits represent "different cultural and wartime dynamics"? I understand maybe for focus icons but clearly not for portraits, the reason portraits NEED a uniformed style is because without it all the portraits would be bad and inconsistent which would be an eyesore to see (see Vanilla, Kaiserreich, TNO)
For your thoughts on AI colorizers the reason I very much dislike it is because of how it make a unrealistic disgusting purple-brown hue, isn't the point of a colorization to try represent/recreate real life colors? AI colorizers DON'T represent or recreate real life colors, do people look insanely purple, brownish or reddish like that? Of course not. That's why I would prefer B&W images over AI colorize ones. Can AI colorizers know the colors of a person uniform, insignia or medels? NO. Can AI colorizers know the skin color of a person NO. Can AI colorizers know what hair and eye color to pick? NO IT CAN'T. But a human can know by researching for the colors of a uniform, the color of the person hair and eye colors etc. AI aren't like humans they aren't creative, they're smart but not creative. Please consider colorizing manually yourself it isn't hard or time consuming, you can get assistance from the Artist Discord Server I link to you.
That all I will say, sorry if I came of as rude to you. You also don't have to reply to me with a paragraph worth of writing.
Use this website to resize images.
Use this website to make subjects transparent
Sometimes these websites don't work very well. In such cases, you can manually remove backgrounds and resize images with the help of free softwares like GIMP. GIMP is not very hard to learn. You can find several tutorials on YouTube to learn basic gimp.
https://www.remove.bg/upload you can use this edit to remove backgrounds from photos and stuff and it works for album covers and stuff. you can't get backgrounds though, just the images without backgrounds.
If you want to make vinyl decals for cars picture wise coloring book pages are amazing and your friend! Just use the back ground remover( https://www.remove.bg) and then import your image and will be ready to go. It works 90% of the time other 10% I have to use Adobe photoshop elements to remove back ground.
It also works great for etching acrylic as well with the engraving tool. Also works great with the embossing tool as well.
I used a background remover on a Komi sticker I found on google images, and then put them together with acomic maker meant for another game which was the psychological horror title Doki Doki Literature club. The ability to upload custom sprites combined with the background remover app make it a powerful tool for stuff like this.
Canva ← takes a little cropping, but there’s a free staff that you can use to make your own staff paper and a free treble & bass clef as well. I use one staff, crop it, duplicate it, then rotate it 180°, line it up with the original, and group them together. Only thing missing is the bracket, but that’s easy enough: find an image of the grand staff on a white background, import it into Remove Image Background, and download the transparent file. Slap that bad boy into Canva, crop out the staff and boom. You’ve got pure evi- I mean your own customizable staff. Canva also has free accidentals (only sharp and flat though) so great for key signatures, and… you know, accidentals. I just repeated the grand staff bracket process for the natural symbol when needed. I think Canva also has a whole note, half note, quarter note, and eighth note symbol for free and I just do some wannabe graphic designer foolishness to create other subdivisions (sixteenth, thirty-second, triplet, triplet quarters, etc.). I think I use Glacial Indifference for my time signature font and for the “3” above triplets and what not. I also steal the dot from the dotted quarter note symbol they have for free to complete beamed notes as needed.
…I promise I have a social life, I’m just a musician that had to do a sh!t ton of music theory visuals for the school year this past year and I was 🔥 H E L L B E N T 🔥 on keeping everything as uniform as possible. Did it make an iota of sense? No, but thank you for asking 😊
I first picked out a wallpaper I found on Pinterest that I thought would look cute with icons on it. Then so I could keep the apps away from the character I screenshotted a bunch of times to create widgets that blended in with the background. Then I took the original background image and put it on a image color picker website to figure out what the hex code was for the shade of yellow. Then I made a Pinterest board where I put a bunch of cute app icons. A lot of them didn’t match the pastel yellow and pink color scheme so I put them one at a time onto meitu photo editor, pressed toning, pressed color, pressed hsl, and changed the colors into my desired shades. Then one by one I put them into https://www.remove.bg/t/change-background. I screenshotted a picture of just the yellow in the background of the wallpaper and used that as a background for each icon. Then I made shortcuts out of each of the finished icons and had to edit in some of the colored dots onto some of them so they’d blend in c(ˊᗜˋ*c). For the app titles I just went onto a lingojam tiny text converter and made all of the letters lowercase. This entire process took about two days 😄
i use https://www.remove.bg/ to get rid of the backgrounds of the characters, then use an editing software that works just on a tab called Kapwing to put said characters onto a sort of canvas where i can then add background images, text, ETC.
These websites can do a good job of cutting out the figure of the person whose head you want to add to your work image.
Hi Soktherat,
ok. noted. When I take the photo it is 3472*3472 px after which I use https://www.remove.bg/ to remove background but I can only download 500*500 px from the site.
I can use some other site to get 600*600 or above and let wordpress scale to smaller.( I get the point)
What should be the normal size of the image. dont want to make it too low i.e would impact the quality and not too high which will slow my site.
Any suggestions on that too. Please -
There's also a lot of background removal apps for Android, you can find the paid ones on mobilism.
Generally I use Photoshop's magic wand or quick selection and then make edges more smooth by masking.
If you search for a background remover for images and select a fake transparent one they do a pretty good job w cropping out the fake background and making it transparent. I prefer (https://www.remove.bg/)
I use the website: https://www.remove.bg/upload. It will take any image and make the background transparent. With this website, you don't have to care if the image is transparent or not.
Good first try. First thing I noticed is your product photos. They are inconsistent, some with a white background some are not. Some main product photos show all the variants (cuddly cat plush toy). I would change that first. Have all your products showing a white background and looking clean like " Pet Grooming Hair Removal Glove"
If you cant take your own photos I would suggest editing the photos by removing the background. You can use some free online sites like https://www.remove.bg/
This is preference but I feel logos that have an image and text aren't the best. A "word" based logo might work better, might even look better visually on mobile
Change this "Shipping calculated at checkout." to say Free Shipping if you offer it, if not, show the cost. Uncertainty on price leads to people not buying
Remove the colors in your product description, people can see this above in your dropdown menu. it just clutters the description
You can use this website ( https://www.remove.bg/ ) to remove the background of any image! It works really well with those fake transparent images. I use it for my online DnD campaign to make the monsters pop out more.
For future reference, you can use https://www.remove.bg in the future to remove a background quick and easy. It usually does a pretty good job, at least better than an amateur Photoshop user (and a lot faster too).
No problem! FYI, I didn’t even use photoshop to do this. I just googled “make background transparent” and then used this website. I figured I’d share the link with you in case you ever needed it in the future 😉👍.
/r/PhotoshopRequest is a good subreddit for this sort of thing, especially if you offer to send a few bucks via PayPal/Venmo for a more difficult request.
There are good suggestions in this thread for doing it yourself with no photoshop experience. For your pic, I’d recommend first running it through https://www.remove.bg to remove the background and then running it through https://cutecutter.com to convert it to an SVG silhouette.
> If you want to get real fancy, this website quickly removes the background from images. I totally just did this to plan pillows for my couch!
I just took screenshots and pasted them into Google Slides (PPT would've worked too). Then moved stuff around by using the "move forward, move back, etc." features. Sorry!
Someone else on here shared this awesome website with me, though, which makes these kinds of collages look cooler. So there's that!
"This website (https://www.remove.bg/upload) quickly removes the background from images. I totally just did this to plan pillows for my couch!"
If your on phone then thats why, I don’t know the specifics for that reason but I do have experience when your on phone the transparent image will become a white background, try uploading it on pc/laptop. If it’s still not working head to remove.bg.
If you'r comfortable with API integration and some basic network requests, you could maybe use a 3rd-party service to help out with this. Here's one (no affiliation): https://www.remove.bg/api

https://www.remove.bg/ use this website and make your own! It's basically the lasso tool from Photoshop but free and you don't have to do any work. It doesn't save anything either (site wipes all data after 60mins) so no privacy concerns
Removebg - So this is a free tool that uses machine learning to automatically remove backgrounds, all you have to do is upload your picture
The downside is that the image quality is good but not great. Though I still think it looks fine especially for depop and it is certainly better than fiddling with the

There are many ways of doing this but if you want quality stuff then it will require some manual work. If you don't care much about quality, here you could try this "https://www.remove.bg/" It will remove the background for you.
Thank you! I didn't use an app - I haven't found one yet that I really like.
I searched google for my items and saved images of them, used this website to remove the background, then resized, moved everything around, and added text using Adobe Illustrator.
I wish! I used this website to remove any background (a godsend - I was using photoshop before which took way longer) and then Adobe Illustrator to lay it all out. What actually took the longest time was getting all my items roughly the same size. I used an image of a girl I found online and used her as a sort of paper doll to make sure the shirts and pants were all roughly the same size.
I have some guys in India I use and trust. I can send you their way if you are interested. PM me if you want.
You will want an account with a software company that removes backgrounds and has an API. I have used this company: https://www.remove.bg/

Yes, Adobe is over-bloated and slow due to the CC. Creative Cloud is server based... so its dependant on your internet connection. I got rid of Adobe and saved so much hard drive space. There are a few things that Affinity falls really short on like live trace and image enlargements however there are other apps that can make up for its shortcomings that work even better in my opinion.
Here are some links to help fill the shortcomings:
1 click remove Background: remove.bg
Enlarge Images: Gigapixel-AI
Image Trace: vectormagic.com
So the award icon sizes are 32x32. I think the best way to approach it is to search the images of diamond, lightning..etc..via google. They likely won't be 32x32. So then you'd load the icon into pix.zip (its default output is already 32x32 just checked) then you can choose the palette colors. Then the only issue would be to make the backgrounds of these awards transparent, so they sit on the page like they currently do. That could probably be done in photoshop or some online tool.
I can find images for fun....or the alternative is yeah, someone draws them small. Maybe that would be more unique.
*Actually its probably better to make the backgrounds transparent first, that would be easier..here we go: https://www.remove.bg
Or for the less original route, 32x32 icons are a plenty on google
-Hmm....This is proving harder than anticipated since you need something that has alot of definition to begin with...:o
-Brush size set to 1 provides more definition
After using the model some more it seems that it can indeed remove 'holes' from time to time so it is probably just a question of getting more data as you say. My reference is https://www.remove.bg/ which has amazing results and even their model sometimes fail to remove some of these 'holes', though most of the times their result is perfect.
Thanks again !
I just realized that I uploaded the version without a background. I was just saying that to try to get a better result on Google image search. I will attach the picture as it was originally taken. As just an FYI I have found this to be an invaluable tool for quick background removal:
I have this app it’s grate for background removing. And I also have a website that will cut the background automatically regardless of the color or pattren)

I'm ignoring my pile left to do, don't want too many things in my closet?
Today I'm trying to figure out better photos, my "new" phone takes HORRIBLE photos, and the lighting in my house is pretty bad, nowhere to get full sunlight. I am a stickler for good photos so this is pretty frustrating.
I'm switching between Background Burner and removebg, with Canva to help adjust brightness. It's such a pain, though. Take a photo on my phone, open the draft, open the image, save it to my laptop, upload to one of those sites, then download or screenshot it, and re-upload.
I built an easy to use Form to send new characters.
if there isnt any data-set of all of the PathFinder with heights ad pictures, it means we just need to add those manually.
I can add a whole category for it (if there are more than 100) or they can just be added to fictional with ' Pathfinder ' tag.
just finding a transparent picture (or making one using www.remove.bg ) and then uploading it with the correct name and height.
send me a private message and we will make it all happen? :) if more stats are needed for each character I can also put that in.
lets more to private. i would be happy to help your community.
>I think no-background photos are key if you want to publish them in a website gallery. You really need a consistent background to achieve a clean, professional, look
Yup, exactly. A few places get away with gray background (Heritage, looks like just a gray plastic platform), or felt especially if you always use the same one. I may try red or blue felt & see how the Santa responds to vivid background
>Did you have trouble removing the backgrounds from the photos?
Actually no! Finding out the technology for background removal had improved so much was really a shock, since I wasted countless hours in the past with poor results. These are what https://www.remove.bg/ gave me first try (not perfect for all, but pretty good for drag & drop). (Using one side at time to get biggest possible image then posting back together.) These are just the small free images but they have bigger ones available if you subscribe.

So you need to pay a monthly subscription to get full res images? No thanks I'll stick with Photoshop.
Remove the background of any image with https://www.remove.bg/upload. Then upload that new image to Canva.com. They have all the templates that you can dream of. I just start from a white background in Canva. But since you removed the background from the original image earlier, you can change the color. That’s how mine look like that.
Honestly I think this photo looks great! You can see the item very clearly and I wouldn’t have paid attention to the shadows if you hadn’t mentioned them, That said, you could play around with an app like Snapseed, or use remove.bg to remove the background.
Great idea, my partner is a graphic designer and the term she uses is clear cutting.
Bigger company's outsource this to the developing world and can pay per image or per hour.
I found this service the other day that uses AI https://www.remove.bg/ it's a great product and there is definitely room in my opinion to provide clear cutting services that provide the same service but automate using a tool like remove.bg and then following it up with a professional designer for quality control to reduce cost.
Well, I wouldn't exactly call it free, regardless what they say on their landing page. As their free plan limits you to just 50 API calls per month with an image resolution of 625×400. But it's still pretty fun to play with.
The pricing for the full-resolution images is fucking insane. 20 cents (give or take) per image?
This isn't for average internet users, it's for corporate clients that want to save a couple bucks on interns.
Making a very bare-bones version would probably be pretty fucking easy, too. Machine learning is great for stuff like this (and is probably what the website is using behind-the-scenes).
I might even give it a shot later. Hell, I think I'll end up using the free version on the site in the video to make my training set of images for the model.
just gotta say thank you for this pic. gotten a lot of traction with it lol. also if people ever want to make "smileys" or whatever with pics like this use this site called https://www.remove.bg
it's literally magique. Imgur
they say that changing the background causes
the ai to misidentify objects.
why didn't they just remove the background with
another ai to improve it's performance.
they could have used something used something
like this.
