U/Screech_Bird I can’t justify the cost of paying for premium, and that’s why we put up with the intrusive ads. Try the site https://www.remove.bg for cutouts. It’s pretty good.
I’ve been using Pixlr for almost ten years, and this online resource is vital to anyone with a Chromebook. Since autocad sold Pixlr, the new owners have slowly been ruining the user experience. That’s why I bought a Mac! Cheers.

But why????
I can’t scroll up or down on the new update. I’ve decided to use the web archive to access a previous version. https://web.archive.org/web/20200622191243/https://pixlr.com/x/ Hopefully this might help other people who are equally annoyed.
Actually yes,

Make sure you access using google chrome and enable flash. They say its not supported anymore but the old pixlr still works fine for me. I use it once a week for my youtube thumbnails.
Your browser's cache is a place with a ton of information including cookies (the internet kind, not the food kind) which allow your browser to fill in certain information when loading a site quicker so you do not have to wait as long for one to load and you do not have to re-enter information. In the case of Pixlr, it saves what projects you've worked on in cookies which stay in your cache so that when you go to the homepage you can just click on one to work on it again. If you cleared your cache either by clearing your history with the right boxes checked or by closing the browser because you had set it to clear your history at the end of a session, then you will most likely not be able to find the separate image tab you closed on Pixlr's homepage. Also, by "homepage" I mean the specific homepage of the version of Pixlr you used:
Just use wand select in this editor Pixelr . The option is located in the sidebar and select the white thing and then go to the Edit Tab and select clear you will get a transparent area in the white area
Ok, noted, i'll just tell the developers, designers, testers, support staff to eat less and maybe consider living in a cardboard box or you know work somewhere else they get paid. No money no honey and pixlr.com will be gone in less than a few month. The alternative to ads is 100% paid service.
There is no red-eye removal in the new version, as red eyes are not really an issue in the newer cameras =) But you can still use the old pixlr.com/old/editor if you need to use the feature.
You should use the extended editor (https://pixlr.com/e/), select the layer and pick the Arrange tool (arrow icon, top left corner).
(En voortaan kan je dit beter in het Engels vragen)
There is no red eye removal in the new apps, red eyes are not reeeallly an issue in modern cameras =) But you can use the old pixlr.com/old/editor if you really need to use the feature.
We are adding language switching today so that's why you got stuck in the middle. You can go to https://pixlr.com/us/ to reset the language or use the language drop down in a few hours :)
You can petition how much you want but that will not bring flash back, flash is the technology that the old pixlr editor is built upon and for the past 6 years browser vendondors like Google, Microsoft and Apple have been working towards removing the technology.
You can use https://pixlr.com/old/editor until its 100% blocked by your browser (2020 dec).
Code wire they are quite similar, if you could provide me with an exmple or the difference between pixlr.com/old/editor and pixlr.com/e I can check if there is something i can do about it for the next release.
Okay, I just spent too much time fishing around for a replacement. Think I found one. At least Magic Wand works on it, and it allowed me to save and export as a PNG: https://www.photopea.com/
