There is a type of nail treatment that tastes absolutely awful. Personally, I had braces and the 2 years of physically not being able to bite my nails did the trick, but I've heard good things about products like this one.
It depends on the adhesive used. You can get Krud Cutter which does a good job on most adhesives. You can also rent a heavy duty floor scraper if it's not something soluable. This will remove almost anything from your subfloor.

Percentages alone are meaningless, and can be presented in ways that are deceptive.
A higher percentage doesn't mean they have more English speakers. Given the populations below (http://www.worldometers.info/world-population/population-by-country/), Canada could have only 50% English speakers (18,476,882), and still have more English speaking Canadians than the entire population of the Netherlands.
Canada 36,953,765
Netherlands 17,084,459
Norway 5,353,363
Sweden 9,982,709
Canada could have 32,420,531 English speakers - which would be only 87.8% of the Canadian population, but would be equal to the summed populations of all three of the other nations - and still have a smaller percentage of English speakers, if the other three nations have English as a mandatory/official second language, and every single person has been taught it throughout school and is able to speak it, meaning that each of the three other nations have 100% English speaking population.
... If someone posts something about another country, I don't get butt hurt ... YSK that you shouldn't take things so personally in life and that things on the Internet MAY not be true 100% of the time (or sometimes at all)
In other news, the majority of reddit users (53%) are from the US, so YSK that things that are posted will likely be local-to-the-US only.
Something like this should work.

Perhaps using something like this.
This being an electric element, you SHOULD NOT get in the tub while this is immersed and plugged in.
