That sounds awesome! Looks like you have great preconditions to become a coach! I'm sure you can build up a coaching business within a few months if you fully focus on it.
As a coach I am not big on giving advice cause what works for one person doesn't necessarily work for someone else, but I can share how I build up my coaching business and what I've learned along the way. ;)
I don't have a certification and I don't offer trainings or programs. I help amazing people transform their lives by helping them uncover and transform their beliefs and overcoming their insecurities, accountability and building the right habits.

Happy to help you - this career is incredibly fulfilling and if you feel called to step into it, go do it!
I'd read a couple of books, and practice coaching your friends and others for free. There are also basic certification courses on Udemy.
I really liked this book: https://www.amazon.com/-/es/Curly-Martin-ebook/dp/B0060WVI6M/ref=sr_1_4?crid=2J7XJYUSMXV5X&keywords=life+coaching+books&qid=1670962981&sprefix=life+coaching%2Caps%2C318&sr=8-4
It has exercises to practice coaching with your friends, and they're super helpful. If you do the exercises and read the whole book, you'll be pretty set!
Also, If you've successfully built your own business, then you are already able to help others do the same. Try breaking down what you did into steps, and sharing those steps with others. For example, I put everything I did to build my own coaching business into a step-by-step Roadmap to starting a coaching business.
You don't necessarily need to get certified - as long as you know the steps to get a result, and you've gotten it yourself, then you can help others do the same. Of course, getting certified down the line does help to make you an even better coach!
Hi! Mastering Life's Energies is an amazing book for personal use: https://www.amazon.com/Mastering-Lifes-Energies-Simple-Luminous/dp/1577315316

I am reading excerpts from the book every Monday on instagram live u/emmaosimpson if you want to join :)
Just from experience:
There is Odoo, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system which I haven’t tried: https://www.odoo.com/
[May do down the line, let me know if you do.]
Mint or Quickbooks are useful apps for accounting. Notion, Trello, Asana or Slack are good project and business management tools.
I use Notion and Quickbooks (and MS/Google Suite) respectively. There’s a learning curve. It’s good to have an awareness of the process for when you delegate or outsource.
Look for local as well as international business management and accounting agencies to hire on a contract basis first, not into employment.
Fiverr search Online Business Manager, or Operations Manager, and compare.
Cool - I would love to exchange some hours :) Feel free to choose a time in my calendar that works for both of us. Let me know if you would like to have a phone call or video chat when you choose your time!
They do exist. I'm an accountability coach for language learners, and trust me, is very common to feel that way, that's why we exist. If you would like to schedule a call with me, book here for a paid session: https://calendly.com/stephangeles/accountability-call
Hi there! I recently just started life coaching, and am in some ways experiencing a similar situation making the switch. I am offering 4 free sessions and would love to speak with you more in depth about this in hopes of gaining experience! I hope you consider, and I hope I can help!
It depends on what you want from your website. Are you happy with a small one to five page site that you can direct people to, tell them a little about you and how to work with you? That's going to be easy and you'll have your pick of hosts and formats.
If you're looking for something that could go scalable and huge and you want a blog with it, then Wordpress.com is your best bet. There's a huge learning curve that one and it's what I chose to go with, so I have been struggling.
Let me know what you're looking at and I might be able to give you some ideas!
It's great to read that you're a coach who needs a coach. Ain't that the truth of it all? Everyone needs guidance even when they themselves are the guide. My wife is a mindset coach and mentor and delivers way beyond her client's expectations. Needless to say, she cares deeply for her clients. She won't take on any clients unless there's a good fit. It's definitely worth contacting her for an initial chat. You can contact her here: https://calendly.com/deidre_ibc/30min?back=1&month=2020-09
Hope that helps
If need be you can email me here: [email protected]

Oh definitely - there's so much research out there (James Clear, Charles Duhigg, and others) about how to successfully build habits. This is the one I've done the most thinking about - almost to the point of getting overwhelmed by all that could be done.
One app I found that literally turns habits into games is Habitica (https://habitica.com/static/home). I didn't end up getting hooked on it, but it's a total gamification app for life. Wonderful concept and I hope they do amazingly well!
