StarTran is currently undergoing a Transportation Development Plan that is trying to address concerns and make changes to meet the communities needs. There are public meetings Wednesday, and Thursday September 23 & 24. https://www.lincoln.ne.gov/city/pworks/startran/tdp/get-involved.htm
Please go to these meetings, and encourage others who use the bus to goto a meeting and provide input.
There is also an online survey for those who can't make it to a meeting, https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/StarTranServiceScenarios
Yeah a lot of free VPN's are painfully slow, I use Private Internet Access and it's fast, same speed test results with it on as when off. $7 a month or $3.33 a month/$39.95 in total if you pay for the whole year.
Try Craigslist or Facebook Marketplace. That's where people sell their used things without a middleman.
Arnold Height's Park and geocache is a good overlook for the city - not much of a skyline, but its the best we got!
Here’s a Sony compatible HD that’s easy to set up

Sorry, bud. I can't think of anything with his resemblance. I found this on Amazon, though, and it's pretty affordable.
I've never seen it on shelves in Lincoln.
If you've still got time, you can get it delivered this weekend from Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/Tim-Hortons-Arabica-Medium-Original/dp/B005Y1L0BS/ref=sr_1_1_s_it?s=grocery&ie=UTF8&qid=1484269618&sr=1-1&keywords=tim+hortons
cool, a french press would notice a better grinder. then for a basic step up, i can recomend
entry level from baratza. what's nice about that company is, they sell MANY, if not all of the common spare parts that break. a gasket, the plastic basket up top, another grinder blade. any of those things for like $5 or $10, and it shouldn't be to bad to unscrew and change out yourself.
https://baratza.com/choosing-your-grinder/
i wouldn't buy a grinder with a scale built in. i'd just keep my grinder empty. if i needed 22 grams of grounds, i'd weigh out 24g of beans, grind it, maybe 1 or 2 grams stay in the machine (it's called retention, most grinders retain a little), then i'll add my remainders, measure out 22g for my brew. if i have any extra, i'll put it aside and just use those remainders in my next brew.
You can (and probably should) get a weather radio with SAME alert (here is an example) and use that anyway, at least in your place of residence. I know it's old-school, but it works.
North face mens print sunrise shorts. Size medium. New with tags. Never worn. $40 https://www.thenorthface.com/shop/mens-printed-sunrise-short-nf0a7qg5
Topeak explorer bike rack (disc version) new. Installed but never used. I was sent the wrong model and didn’t realize until after I put in on. $35 https://www.amazon.com/Topeak-62431-Explorer-Rack/dp/B000FIAVHE?th=1&psc=1
Use these. Use buttermilk instead of regular milk and it'll be exactly how Runza does it.
Here's a link to the app that I use that tracks the buses as they go. It's been a bit more helpful than the city's app since BUSLNK just didn't work for me for like a week
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=doitfast.startran
Still looking for the BUSLNK app and it's not showing up for me either. Will try to find it and update though
Average temperature, not average high. If the average high is mid-80s and the average low is mid-60s, the average is going to be mid-70s.

You totally forgot El Chaparro! Cinco Tacos is one of the best things on the menu. And they have lengua with the taste buds removed!
I once had a dinner here. It overlooks the interstate and you can watch the sun set through the trees. I bet the grass is all dead though, you should definitely bring a blanket or something. No guarantees.
There are no fewer than four cupcake bakeries in Lincoln. The fad came up fairly recently, I believe within the last few years.

I've heard these things can help a lot.
New electric assist bike store on 27th st. near normal; in the hardware store's new building. I've not been there, but it might be worth checking out. I bought a bike at the Used Bike Shop on Cotner last spring. The guy does a great job of reconditioning, he's friendly, and his prices are decent. Highly recommended: https://www.mapquest.com/us/nebraska/the-used-bike-shop-8420401
33rd and A street. I drive past that place on my way to work each day. I always thought this place is gonna end up on the news some day for injecting someone's lips with caulk or something.
Tried Plex but never been a huge fan. I tend to DVR, watch and delete shows and Plex seems to be more for people who like to rewatch stuff. I've tried the HDHomeRun DVR app (was a kickstarter supporter) but right now pretty much use Channels dvr (getchannels.com) for most of my needs. It actually lets me integrate SlingTV now via TvEverywhere on top of my locals which is pretty much as good as it gets.
There's a number of commercial and proprietary software they could have used, and they likely used more than one specific package.
I thought the video was ok. Now, if you want a real full-screen worthy architecture pre-vis... https://vimeo.com/28725752
I'm in the Highlands and I have Spectrum for $40 a month for 100mbps down. I have Ubiquiti networking gear, specifically the USG router, 8 port PoE switch, and UAP AC PRO access point. So far, after about 8 months of service, I have had steady ~125mbps down, 12 up, as per Speedof.me, while about 100-110 down and 10-12 up through the integrated speedtest to Ubiquiti servers. Other tests from DSLReports and fast.com yield similar results. Ping varies but usually rides around 30ms with occasional jumps to 50-70, as tested by the router every fifteen minutes to Ubiquiti servers. All of the above is tested while being wired to the switch where the computer has a gigabit network interface card.
Wireless is fickle, but using the DFS channel capabilities for the 5GHz band and a WiFi channel scanning app, I can move channel TxRx around to suit me. The 2.4GHz isn't bad but less reliable since there are many other APs near me.
Remember, the all-in-one modem-router-switch-AP boxes handed out by ISPs generally always suck, for many reasons. The biggest is that those usually have only one or two processors handling everything. Splitting things up distributes processing instructions on each device, therefore the throughput is handled better. It is very worth it to invest some time in researching some gear and buying it yourself, then just requesting a modem only from the ISP. Also, a little basic networking knowledge really helps. I'm satisfied.
Odds are this is the cord. Looks to be a 17awg 2c cord. A bit of an oddball wire gauge (awg) but engineers will be engineers 😑 Amazon - Bissell vacuum power cord
Yup, been there. I remember rental places that I could put my hand up to the closed window and could feel the air coming in.
My wife got this special cover for her windows that was basically a thicker longer Saran Wrap that was designed to insulate the windows. I would absolutely look into that.
Edit: found it.

There are some different sizes but for your larger windows, especially ones that don’t open, it can save a ton of money.
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07J1W8NMT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_fabc_8PWG39HB1RGRDGVMMGZZ these are great for snow removal. I bought them online from a surplus military shop and they are total game changers for blocking the wind and keeping you dry. Pro tip get a pair os suspenders too.
If you want to try Japanese cooking, i recommend this cookbook: https://www.amazon.com/Japanese-Soul-Cooking-Tonkatsu-Kitchens/dp/1607743523
We got it for Christmas last year and it has become a staple in our lives! There's specific ingredients in there you need (like mirin, dashi, or sake) but they can typically be found at Oriental Market and other ethnic grocery stores. I highly recommend buying the frozen udon noodles. So good!
This app will ID most plants from a single picture. It does have a paid option but your can do ten pictures a day for free. I'm not affiliated in any way, just a cool app I use all the time when I'm in the woods. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.fws.plantsnap2
Target has them, or Amazon.

They're fine, taste like blackberries, a little tart but fine otherwise.
I put one in my attic that works fairly well. Some day I might put outside however not sure how much more it will help. I am. I seem to have resolved the problem, somewhat accidentally, after several months.
I use Private Internet Access for non-gaming and I appear to have broken something when I moved from Spectrum to ALLO. I have reinstalled PIA's software once before, but apparently it didn't take. I uninstalled it and reinstalled again and everything is working fine now. PIA seems to have broke something in Windows -- that doesn't explain why I couldn't get Linux Manjaro to work either though.
Try connecting to a VPN. You can download Astrill for free. If it's on TWC's side and they're purposely throttling you, you can trick it into thinking you're somewhere else. Sounds goofy, but it might work. It would also prove it to be 100% TWC, which I think would warrant some kind of response from a customer service agent.
I believe I have an omnidirectional antenna, It is just a flat box, that lookls like a sheet of paper, sort of looks like the picture on this item here. Do you know why I wouldn't be able to find ABC?
I'm talking something like this. They are swivel chairs but not quite office chairs, people in the PC gaming, Twitch, and YouTube communities have them frequently. Edit: I think you understood, I read your post 2 quick

Six months ago, I went looking for cooking classes in Lincoln and came up disappointed.
Slightly off-topic, but the book "An Everlasting Meal" changed the way I cook at home. If you follow the book's advice, you'll learn to stock your fridge/pantry and cook with what you have available – including leftovers.
Fair warning: it's not a recipe book (though there are some recipes). It's mostly prose, which may or may not be your thing.
Best of luck!
