Why is this 20 dollars while other Dr pens are 150 dollars? This a derma stamp. What are the pros and cons VS a roller or a derma pen?

I don't think I can afford to spend 150 on a pen.

You should work your way upto 1.5mm. There are studies that show it is at this level you see most results with minoxidil. I have an adjustable stamp.
