There are a lot of good options. Circle is a great starting point & you can integrate Memberstack for membership plans/payments.
Here’s a list of Community Membership Tools I’m exploring. Sharing in case this is helpful to anyone.
You could probably use a combination of map box studio and Bubble to achieve this. It looks like the example you gave is using mapbox. I believe that bubble would be used to control what’s on the map and mapbox would be where you design the map itself.

This is a great poll in my opinion.
When I started my #nocode journey with "Bubble", I was all pumped up, because I could build an MVP in just a few days, which otherwise would have taken me weeks.
However, as I looked to add more features based on the early feedback I gathered from clients, I realised how limited the platform is when it comes to building custom components.
I also realised that my app was nowhere as responsive and fast as I'd want it to be, and there's nothing I could do about it. It was just how Bubble architected the app experience for every app built on the platform.
That's when I started moving away from the platform. It was a tough choice, to be honest, given that I had spent a lot of time learning the platform. However, I hated being cornered by walls, and I just wanted to find a platform that would break them all.
I'm currently building my SaaS with Clutch.io + Supabase.io, and I think that my stack is limitless.
While Clutch is nowhere near as established as Bubble, I can build pretty much anything I want by importing npm libraries or just writing plain code.
The same goes for Superbase. I can build any type of backend that I want, without worrying about server architecture.
Using this combination, I feel pretty much limitless.
Yes, it isn't as easy as Bubble or Webflow to build with these tools, as they're more on the advanced side, but it's a small price to pay for freedom IMO.
I was in the process of building a website like Cameo using a no-code builder.
Started my journey with Bubble, but found it too restrictive, especially in terms of third-party integrations and private hosting.
Adalo is good, but again, it has its own set of primatives defined.
I eventually gave up on the project, as I got a few freelancing gigs, but if I had to do it again, I'd build it using: clutch.io (front-end) and supabase.io (backend).
An extremely powerful combo. You can build pretty much anything with it, and never really hit any limits.
Well, if I were you, I would build with Clutch.IO + Supabase.
While both these platforms are not easy to learn from the #nocode perspective, they give you unparalleled flexibility and freedom.
For instance, you can build literally any layout, interaction, UX animation in Clutch, since it has its base in React.
Same goes for Supabase.IO. It's a serverless DB architecture that you can self-host if you want and is 100% open-source as well (just like React).
Apart from this stack, there are other frameworks to build a CRM SaaS like Bubble for instance, but I don't really like the performance of Bubble apps at scale. Plus, they lock you into the platform forever, and I can't imagine re-building a SaaS due to performance issues.
Those are just my 2 cents.
All the best!
Yes, definitely possible! If you want the app to be downloadable from app stores you should look at Adalo, Bravo, and Draftbit. But since you're planning to bring on app devs, I would highly recommend Draftbit. To my knowledge, that's the only mobile app builder that generates (and lets you download) the React Native code your future developers will need to review/edit.
Yes, there’s a specific delay action by zapier in the action events. This link walks you through setup:

If you need more help, let me know. I’ll do my best to help you figure it out
Hey no problem. I just made this video that give you a few options- https://www.loom.com/share/218efeb591004d1bbc8b3eb71cc42d5d

Let me know what you think.
Bubble fundamentals video series is a great place to start. It will walk you through what is possible in Bubble, as well as share guided walkthroughs of how to achieve it.
Adalo is a more visual programming app that lets you see the flow of your user interface, and then customize a whole lot more. The functionality can't extend super far, but you're going to be able to build 95% of what you need. For instance, a full marketplace application is easy to build there. Bubble lets you build almost anything, and it connects super well with other apps, so it's going to be the go-to if you need something more complicated with any deeper backend database.
No-code tools like Bubble are revolutionizing how everyday makers can build software. Bubble’s powerful platform has made it easier than ever to start building software without having to write a single line of code. Our customers are using Bubble to build websites, directories, and even social networks.
But if you’re a maker who’s eager to start building your own messaging app, go no further than Bubble.
I don't have a solution for you (from what I have read Bubble.io does not allow extraction of code), but at least you only spent 2 hours to learn that hosted development platforms are very sticky and hard to leave.
You will need user accounts and commenting, which can be hacked together on webflow but it requires lots of external integrations. You should look at Bubble, they just released a bunch of tutorials, you achieve everything you described on Bubble
https://bubble.io/how-to-build?ref=producthunt
Also her channel has a bunch of great tutorials to get you started https://youtu.be/6OKVj1A9OcY
You should be able to clone this job board webflow template, and quickly modify it to be a directory instead. A job board is basically a directory of job listings.
It comes with a search engine and filters (jetboost).
Then, check out this video tutorial to setup PowerImporter to sync Airtable to Webflow. That video tutorial actually uses the job board template mentioned above, so you won't be too lost while following along.
All you'll have to do is figure out which of your Airtable fields to map to the Webflow fields provided, but it's basically a logo, a title, and a description, so that should be straight forward.
Disclaimer: I created PowerImporter, so if you get stuck, just email me (my email is in the footer of your PowerImporter dashboard) and I'll make sure you're up and running before your deadline.
Good luck!
For the social media experience, you could do that with Glide.
Checkout this tutorial on MakerPad for inspo
IndieHackers also have a really supportive no code community
Thanks. Sounds like a neat idea. Will definitely evaluate DrapCode for future projects.
I'm currently building my backend in Supabase.io, and using Clutch.io as the front-end visual builder.
I have used Backendless/Firebase/Xano in the past, but just find Supabase incredibly easy to use and powerful.
The same goes for Clutch.
Still looking for one myself too, I'll be following this thread.
May I share with you one of our articles that talks about it, hope it helps :)
https://zenkit.com/en/blog/what-is-no-code-a-guide/
I just found slite and it sounds ultra promesing. I just tried it a but, and it feels amazing. You can do a full markdown export. The markdown for sure has not all features, but the basic information is not lost and exported as a whole zip with markdown and image files. That is amazing!

Did anyone use this yet?
There are many of them out there, the most important is to first understand the principles.
If you like this subject as much as we do, check the article we wrote about, hope it will make you like it even more :)

Here's a collection of no-code agencies I found in a quick search: No-Code Agencies.
If anyone knows of others, you can add them here: Add a No Code Agency.
I'll try to keep this updated so we can all refer back to it.
I believe that the NO-CODE Platform will grow drastically in the coming days. To cope with the pace of business innovation and technology, an enterprise needs to act fast and solve its problems. To get the solution fast, there is no alternative to NO-CODE platforms. Even a small business needs a well build application and website to get efficient.
I have recently created one application with the help of CloudApper. it's very easy to understand because they offer training and their website is very easy to understand. if you are interested, take a look here - https://www.cloudapper.com/
Sure thing u/Willing_Counter_7675. Wanna book a quick call using the link below?

I develop a lot of applications on DronaHQ platform. It is a LCAP for internal tools and automations. I am currently helping a user develop customized form for claims.
There are lots of conditions on choices and dates and calculations that can be managed on DronaHQ
Pm me , I can help you explore the platform, DronaHQ. Feel free to block a time slot for a discussion. https://calendly.com/algoware/30minonetoone
I think webflow.com and airtable.com are the biggest no-code successes. They have a nice ecosystem of external tools which add even more features to them.
Awesome - thank you! That’s just what I was imagining. Now I can see that Airtable supports Makerpad and Gettims :) https://www.notion.so/5e297507a46a4935916daf0da1995fe5?v=76b74b4295fd461d9afa8ba090ea6c56
Yep! You can just build out a database on a Notion page and give permissions when needed. Built it out for all the tech notes from the My First Million Podcast.

this is a bubble app converted to an android and ios app, using a plugin called BDK native. costs about $ 360.
the technical is not that hard, the pain point is being accepted by the regulators (apple).
I've been a huuuuge fan of Carrd ever since I discovered it on Product Hunt, and over the years I've been using it to build a lot of websites without code. Now it's one of the main tools in my upcoming course No-Code MVP, and after creating it's tutorial video for the course I decided to share it! Naturally I've made a Carrd website for it where I share the tutorial's inspiration: Joel Gascoigne's famous MVP for Buffer, a bit of info about Carrd and of course the tutorial in which I recreate Buffer's MVP to show how you can use Carrd to build a website for your No-Code MVP. I hope you like it!
Yes, check out Workflow Builder in Slack: https://slack.com/help/categories/360000047926-Connect-tools-automate-tasks#automate-tasks-with-workflow-builder
If that doesn't have everything you need, checkout the third party app Standuply: https://standuply.com/
With Airtable you have limited control over how the data is displayed and who can view/update the data. You should checkout https://www.boundlesslabs.com instead - we allow data to go in and come back out however you’d like. We have support for both formula columns and use directly on a page. We even have user authentication and authorization build in.
I’d be happy to help you get your app up and running, if you’re interested you can schedule a 30 building session here: https://calendly.com/nolan-9/app-building-session?month=2019-09
u/cagrimm3tt mentioned the best one out there but when I tweeted about it, there war a lot of interest in still making it 🤔
I have my own list of products here.
Looks like a great alternative! I like font icons because they really simplify the process (no need to host thousands of files, just one (also speeds up loading).
I've looked at it and iconmonstr.com does provide a font version but it's limited to only ~300 icons which isn't a lot, but as long as it contains all you need for a project, it works!
(I hate it when the pack doesn't is missing icons for some seemingly common actions)
AppSheet can definitely do this. Otherwise you should just use a service that's designed to gather survey responses, like SurveyMonkey or Google Forms.
Here is a simple survey with AppSheet, from their website: https://www.appsheet.com/samples/A-basic-app-structure-for-creating-surveys-or-forms
You may want to check out Anvil, it's low-code Python web apps with an easy to use UI designer.
As you're a Python developer, it will allow you to build a front and back end all in Python and connect any apps you have on your machine or VM with their uplink.
bubble has a plugin to add the zoom functionality
https://bubble.io/plugin/image-zoom-on-hover-1563544719336x495754259818086400
otherwise fo something advnaced there maybe a necessity to use some javascript coding
Well, if you're just looking for reasons to use alternatives to Appgyver, what better reason than another platform offering you more functionality and features than Appgyver.
Bubble.io and Webflow are two of the most popular nocode web app development platforms. Moreover, when it comes to mobile applications, there are several tools including Appy Pie that offer a seamless development experience without being expensive. Platforms like Appy Pie and Airtable also offer freemium pricing, which can be leveraged for mobile app development.
No offense here, but why do you guys always use the same color scheme, same icons and same layouts for landing pages when using webflow and bubble?
For example open the https://bubble.io/showcase and see - 40% of the sites listed there are almost identical and look the same as your landing page.
Why not make it more unique?
Yeah, I've built a couple using bubble.io. It's not that hard once you get user roles, dynamic content and date management right white not trying to tackle the problem with an over the top complicated solution.
Just keep it simple.
You can do it with Zapier, and with other tools as well.
I prefer Integromat for a bunch of reasons but to each his own.
As for bubble devs, the company has a list of agencies you can explore (prolly not gonna snatch freelance rates with those, but worth exploring nonetheless)
Only thing stopping me from using bubble.io is not being able to self host & being limited in storage unless I pay $10 per 10 gb's which is far too expensive. They say I can add external storage through box.com but idk if that would be practical to build something similar to Youtube that requires lots of storage.
Well, I had like 1k+ users accessing the tool on a weekly basis, and Bubble.io was able to handle that bandwidth just fine.
However, we wanted to move towards SEO optimisation and just in general improve the loading time/performance for the app, especially on phones.
If you look at how Next.JS does SSR, you'll be blown away by how smooth the interactivity can be.
The problem is that Bubble.io loads a chunk of modules and files to run your app, but you have no option to customise what to load and what not to load.
All these things seem really minor when starting out (I was on the same boat), but as you keep adding more features, you start hitting walls that can't be broken. 👀
I'm definitely leaning towards Bubble.io based on feedback. I've signed up and having a look around the interface.
Never heard of share tribe though so will check that out too, thanks
Somewhat more like the bubble.io that gives you feel you can build any type of web application. There is a lot of plugins is also available.
Industry-wise will attract the audience too ( so the dollars) and the General feature gives you to power any to built anything and also help to scale the platform.
I think a better way to create MVP is to target industry-wise but built general feature.
Industry-wise will attract the audience too ( so the dollars) and the General feature gives you to power any to built anything and also help scaling of the platform.
You can almost certainly do this with no-code or low-code. The tricky bit is likely to be "algorithms to produce pricing". Depending on the processing you need to do, you may need to go outside the platform you're on, probably by calling an external API, or possibly using a plug-in if you can find a suitable one. So I'd imagine it's doable, but it might take a bit of wiggling. The database, contact form, and output of pricing quotes is all probably fairly straightforward. For what it's worth, bubble.io is great and can easily handle something like this.
Depending on how strict your requirements are, you could store the data in the Amazon/AWS ecosystem and not persist anything in your no-code platform.
As an example, I use Bubble.io for various projects, and for some I send data off to be stored in AWS products. For files you can use S3; for data in databases you could use RDS (relational database service) or DynamoDB (a document/NoSQL storage option). Happy to provide further details on this if you're interested.
The data will flow through Bubble with this set-up, but not be stored on their servers. Information should be transmitted securely (via https), and you can encrypt data at rest in AWS, so I believe this is quite secure for most purposes.
If you are dealing with HIPAA or financial data, you'd, of course, need to do some serious digging to determine whether this will be compliant. But for many cases, I think AWS is considered significantly more secure than home-rolled storage/persistence solutions. It is, in part, a question of threat model: is the concern that the data will flow through Bubble's (or other no-code platform) servers (i.e., it's highly sensitive), or that data at rest needs to be secure?
Hope this is helpful :)
i'm currently building a marketplace that also has a social network aspect...i'm using bubble.....still in the building stage

i found this video playlist very helpful in learning how to use bubble
https://bubble.io/video-course/welcome-to-bubble-1595964735651x791694350541127700
"- Set up your data type structure" Follow the https://bubble.io/blog/build-stocks-app-no-code/ tutorial, the first step after creating your account is to add some fields to the data type user... you try it and... NOP, you need to first create the "List of stock" data type.....
"- Upload data via csv" You are UNABLE to use this feature unless you are a paid user, I do not have problems paying for the tool IF I already learned how to use it and get the most of it, so far I have seen that bubble is free mostly for the front end benefit, anything data related needs to be paid.
"- Create charts and searches on a page based on the data" How Am I going to be able to test/learn this features if I am unable to upload my data?
The example I use is Tableau, you can do all that from the start even in the free version (the only thing is that your data is going to be public), so bubble for instance would not be a good tool to make any type of data intensive solution (as I posted in my OP from one month ago)
Learn how to create your own invoicing system, using Bubble's visual web editor.
yes, you can. Somebody already mentioned bubble.io.
Also, check zeroqode.com. They have a lot of templates build on bubble and among them there is a template suitable for creating marketplace website. You should definitely check it.
So as a full disclaimer, I haven't done this yet... but here is what I am planning on. The best rating system that I want to have would largely be based off of IMDB's rating system, so I actually found a tutorial put together by Bubble that walks you step by step how to create things and then have people try them: https://bubble.io/blog/build-imdb-no-code/
There isn't really a community element behind it, but I'm really excited to implement the rating portion of the tutorial. Not sure if that's similar to what you're going for, but you can definitely put together a decent rating system using Bubble.
We are currently creating a tutorial on how to build social networks on bubble.io, at nocodify.com.
If you'd like, create a free account and we'll notify you when these tutorials are live (sometime in the next week).
Hi there,
If you're interested in Bubble.io, we teach it exclusively at nocodify.com. We have a bunch of free tutorials so you can get your feet wet and try it out and see if you're interested in no-code (especially bubble). Let me know if you have any questions!
bubble.io is free, give it a go. I have done their first 5-6 lessons on how to use them. Do something simple with that knowledge first, and checkout some tutorials on YouTube next.
The biggest challenge that I faced was to select a platform to use for building my no-code app. There is a huge list of platforms out there. Some of them are very popular and used widely like Airtable and Bubble.io and then there are many more which I are not so popular but have great offerings as their feature. After researching for a long time I finally chose DronaHq to build my app, simply because of the automation features provided and also because how easy it is to use the platform.
I agree too. Have a look at https://carrd.co/. Your pricing is too high.
What you would want to do is capture a niche, podcasts for example, or a blog. Carrd does not have a blog, can you give people a blog at $20 a year? Simple and hassle-free.
>nks! Mackenzie's tutorial is great. That was sort of my go-to flow, but then I realized that Webflow has a limit of 100 pages per project
I think the 100-page-limit doesn't mean the actual 100 pages. If you design the user profile page as a template and you have 100 users, all these templated pages count one page. The real limitation is CMS Collection Items: CMS Plan up to 2000, and business up to 10000. See their Pricing page
Just reached here from this thread: https://www.indiehackers.com/post/100-no-code-resources-92b6559fe5 and it lists a good amount of no code resources organized in different categories.
Check out Stackby, they have no-code column level integrations with popular services including MatterMark. It's an API first, database. Here's a template with MatterMark API.
People have used coda to build really powerful workflows within orgs of big companies that would take thousands of custom engineering hours to replace. Also seen SMBs run entire workflows in Coda. Here’s an example. https://coda.io/@michelle-penczak/no-code-just-a-coda-doc-how-squared-away-saves-a-thousand-hours
You can do this and a lot more using n8n! Use the Webhook node to receive the data, Set node to map the data, and then the Google Sheet node to insert the data to Google Sheet. Let me know if you need more information 🙂
Hey!

As a hackathon project, I did something similar. I handled the server-side logic with n8n. If you can share more information, I might be able to suggest more ideas!
>Working on an app idea for scientists and researchers. This app would require a built-in text editor; ability to hyperlink within the app; and local storage or a local database.
Checkout Obsidian.md. It's a knowledge base/ wiki/ markdown editor built on local files. It's mostly used by researchers and scientists, and has great linking and tagging features. There's no actual database, but you can link files and create parent-child relationships.
