Buy an actual Mosin Nagant (less than $100) and start running drills with it.
this server doesn't seem to have any forum or contact to admin (https://www.gametracker.com/luckykill/ this is server's admin but his last login was in 2015), however, you can go to other servers' forums and post it there so he will be banned on other servers too and won't be able to ruin fun for other people. also would be good if you had a video of this game to back up your claims (while this scoreboard is believable to be hacker's job it's not really a hard evidence)
Did you play on |RD| PROFESSIONAL TERRITORY-CAMPAIGN. server? It looks like these are your stats: https://www.gametracker.com/player/Brown%20Bag/66.150.188.32:7777/
And according to the Gametracker, this server had less than 20 players at the time you played: https://www.gametracker.com/server_info/66.150.188.32:7777/
So yeah, there is nothing wrong with being happy about your score, but don't pretend you got that on a full server.
Hello, I'm a bot! The movie you linked is called We Were Soldiers, here are some Trailers
My personal results:

CompactGUI just a user interface for built in Windows 10 compression tools and can be used for anything. List of other games compression results here.
>There is a bit of overhead with having to decompress the data, but with recent CPUs this is basically negligible and probably won't ever be tangible unless your program is extremely heavy on the CPU.
>The files are decompressed on the fly so the data is never written to disk. This is why some people actually see loading improvements on HDDs since the CPU can read the compressed files and decompress them faster than loading the original sized file. - /u/japzone
3ds Max is a professional-tier program that costs thousands of dollars (there is a free student licence, but it's strictly for learning)
If you want to start I'd recommend Blender. It's 100% free and does pretty everything Max does. The UI looks more daunting than 3ds Max but you learn it pretty quickly and I've personally come to like Blender more.
Do you have any experience with 3d modelling? Characters and clothing are some of the harder things to do. You'll want to start with something simpler.
Hmm... You do have an issue. One thing to check, game mode filter? Make sure it's set to 'all' and not something like 'search & destroy'.
Until you find a solution you can use this work around. Visit https://www.gametracker.com/search/ro2/ and find a server you want to join. Copy the IP address. In game press the '/~ key to open the console (you may need to enable console in options, forget if RO2 has an option). Then directly connect to server by typing "open paste copied IP address here!!!!" to join that server via it's IP address.

We don't necessarily need to further limit the total available slots, but we could rather have class limits based on the current server population.
I think on certain maps - such as Pavlov - a higher number of allowable PPSh's instead of rifles could work, limiting the Soviets in long-range encounters, forcing them to use all their abilities to close the gap and fight right on top of the Germans. It may be asymmetric, but that's how things go.
Maybe the limits could be set with an eye to which units were actually fighting in those locations for historical maps?
Try turning off Steam Community In-Game (it's under Steam -> Settings -> In-Game). Helps for some people.
While the Q6600 is a solid CPU, you might want to think about investing in something a bit more recent, like the i7 2600K (Q6600 vs i7 2600K). Tho this would mean getting a new MOBO and DDR3 RAM as well.
You might also look for a second hand Q9650 for cheap. Would give a bit of a performance boost.
|RD| 24/7 Myshkova/Bridges server is a campaign server modified to run Bridges of Druzhina, Myshkova River and occasionally Red October Factory at every turn.
Usually less experienced players choose to unlock the tank thinking more crew is better, but it's not. It's difficult to coordinate and there's no control over who gets into the tank.
Yep! I'm on the west coast and pretty much just play campaign realism. During the day there are usually a few servers that are full all day and a good amount of others that are decently populated. Late at night there might just be one or two servers that are near capacity, but finding a game has never been an issue. You should never really have a problem finding a server.
You can check the servers' population here:

I've just come back after a long break, and the 29th has been quite full all week! They've been 64 player for a while, if I recall correctly, and it's fantastic.
I use https://www.gametracker.com/search/rordh/US/ to keep an eye on it -- it's been helpful.
This is what I have.
The laptop heats up to 155 degrees fahrenheit while playing games, but I haven't checked how hot it gets while playing RO2. It has Windows 8 and a touchscreen. It is VERY thin and is the best laptop I've ever had. There are some issues with crashes and BSOD because driver issues with Nvidia Optimus graphics switching. The intel driver has crashed my computer a few times since I bought it in August.
I can run the game with the following settings and get between 30-60 frames per second depending on what is going on.
1920x1080
Vsync off
Detail Mode medium
Character Detail medium
Texture quality medium
AA FXAA Low
Everything else is on low and all effects are turned off
You can get a lot of games for around their lastest sales price on G2A.com where people sell steam keys through the website: https://www.g2a.com/red-orchestra-2-heroes-of-stalingrad-rising-storm-goty-steam-cd-key-global.html This one is 7 euro's when you turn off G2A shield (G2A shield is basicly like when the store tries to offer you insurence, you really don't need it)
http://xpadder.com/ older version is free iirc, you'd have to look for it. otherwise i'm sure if you are resourceful you can find it in through other means but support the developer if you end up using the program and liking it. I run my pc from a huge wide screen tv and play from the couch so I use it for games that don't have native controller support. There are even xpadder profile databases for games that you can search and find one premade by someone else. I've used it for civ 5, oblivion/morrowind, ultima online, etc. the only limitation is how creative you can get in the configuration process, fps are the easiest.
basically what you do is create a profile for every game you play, setting up different button configurations, switch profile to game when u play it. pretty simple
I used to use a free program called Motherboard Monitor to monitor my temps (turns out it's handy to know that stuff). I liked it fine, but it's pretty old now, and my last couple of mobo's haven't been supported by it. Luckily my latest Asus came with the AI Suite of tools, including CPU and mobo temp.
