I googled "learn to operate a food truck," there were lots of results.
I was exploring more eco-friendly takeout packaging as a business idea not that long ago... all of the waste kills me. They're doing some cool stuff in Europe with re-usable coffee cups.

I lived in Georgia over the summer and had 20+ gnats/fruitflies flying around my living room at any given time. Bought on of these and they were all gone literally overnight and never had an issue again. Not sure how they would be for commercial use but i gotta imagine it would help considering how quick it cleared my place up. And its contained too, no open sticky traps or shockers. ^^^(Not ^^a ^^paid ^^advertisement ^^i ^^swear)
