Amazon lists the release date as 1/21/20, I really hope thats a place holder
Edit: It probably is the release date since it's on a tuesday and not at the end of the month or quarter. Oh well, at least i'll have zelda, luigi's mansion, and pokemon to hold me over.
Before today, I didn't even know you could use extra ingredients in crafting. As far as I know, adding more items increases a hidden value that counts up the levels of all ingredients used in an item. When the aggregate level reaches certain quantities, the stats of the item are boosted. That much is implied by the thread on GameFAQs and is practical for players.
My source was this thread on GameFAQs: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/635388-rune-factory-4/68229810 The other one was too confusing, because it delved into too much errant gibberish about TLU and TDU. Apparently everyone's in desperate need of their precious props, so you get AOL screen name credits littering paragraphs already chock full of acronyms and lingo.
From my read-through of the numerous posts across the forum thread (because it's too bad GameFAQs doesn't host FAQs for games anywhere), I got these answers:
There's a ludicrously long forum post on GameFAQs. Why the heck they don't just make it into a FAQ is beyond me. I'll never comprehend why the rest of the internet doesn't realize forums are absolutely terrible for information storage and searching. Everything gets buried in a haze of conversation, and even when stickied, the experience is not conducive to reading a lengthy font of information.
But this thread had lots of information that positively wowed me: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/635388-rune-factory-4/68399954 I was surprised at how deep the gameplay can be.
That's true, I usually get all achievements for fun/when the game doesn't have things to "complete" but this is different somehow.. mostly because of the gap between the trophies to be honest lol. I mean, it's something I COULD do after a few days but it would probably be the most time-wasting thing I've done to complete a game, and I've done a lot of similar stuff.
Ah well, I'll just try and forget about it, I think what I've done is enough to complete this game, kinda sorta. Thanks yo!
Dating Amber will not interfere with town events starting. As long as you've talked to Venti's empty spot 3 times and it has disappeared (you shouldn't be able to talk to it anymore) then you should be able to trigger the event. I would clear your field and get Amber/Dylas in your party and save next to your bed. Sleep until you get an event (even if it takes a month or two) and then remember that date as a time when an event is more likely to spawn. Work normally (DON'T talk to anyone so you don't trigger another event) or sleep up to that date-1 and save again. Get them in your party and sleep/reset till you get the event to trigger. Supposedly having all of the festivals disabled will increase the chance of a random event occurring. AFAIK you just need to make sure you aren't doing a date and that any running town event has been completed since only 1 event can be active at a time.
Here is one of the many gamefaq threads talking about it just in case it has more useful information: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/635388-rune-factory-4/67924963?page=1
if youre in a very old phone, I advice you to use this:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.cpu.free.dsemulatorv6
But if you have a phone like mine that needs a good running emulator to play games properly, use this:

Por si me quitan el enlace checa amazon japon, la edicion coleccionista base parece tener envios a america latina.
To me her pjs are reminiscent of one of those towel things that velcro together or have one or two buttons above the bust to stay up after you get out of the bath, usually if you have a longer nightly skin care routine or are going to do your nails or something and dont want to worry about getting any kind of product on your clothes. Like this one on Amazon for example
I thought hers was a little simple in design (i would expect more patterns on the fabric), but in function these things only require one tiny movement before totally nudity, so in that respect I do think it suits her.
There are 2 books, both in Japanese:
- the official guide book: this book and the game were released at the same time. It's some sort of promotional book, it's not a complete guide.
- the perfect guide : published a month later, it's the complete guide BUT! it's also considered obsolete because the game was updated many times.
This is a veritable smorgasbord of information that after several months of playing the game (how long ago was October?), I still learned much from it: http://www.gamefaqs.com/boards/635388-rune-factory-4/68399954
I absolutely could not activate that event for the life of me, until I followed this topic here, it really helped me a lot and I finally got my memories event under two hours of reaching my event day!

I hope this helps you as much as it helped me! And be sure to spread the word if anyone asks too
Oh! I talked about this back in July on the Rune Factory Amino here’s the link if your interested.
Some people said a watering can, others said a magnifying glass. The top answer from my original post was from a user called Mike:
”In the community chat, I suggested that she's holding a magnifying glass, and someone else added that she was holding a book behind it to explain the square shape below the circle.”
Okay this is two months late but this actually a question I asked myself when I realized I left my DS at home and I really want to play Rune Factory (I'm in dorms)
http://gameslikefinder.com/games-like-rune-factory/ has a few BUT:
Mirimagia is terrible, don't play it. I tried it and it felt like it was for kids. It was super-easy and super-boring. Couldn't get into it at all. Terrible graphics.
Farm For Your Life was barely worth the $2.09 I spent for it after discounts. There was no development; it got really boring after a while even though it looked promising at first. Really just monotonous. Lots of glitches that game dev never fixed. I just beat it a few hours ago. I was so close to the end that I just forced myself to lol. But really, don't bother.
And I haven't played anything else on the list but I think those were the only PC ones
ninja edit: Oh right, Recettear: An Item Shop’s Tale as someone else mentioned IS for PC. Has good ratings on GLF so maybe it's worth looking into if you haven't already (considering, again, this is 2 months late)
Hard to say what flashcart this is, but my bet it's an Ace3DS+ clone. The same ones those "256 in 1" carts use.
Quality of the cartridge itself can be hit or miss (maybe 70% hit?) wherein the cartridge can be kinda finicky to eject, but still doable.
That being said, your main worry for these premade flashcarts are the awful quality SD cards inside them. So what I would suggest is to just buy this and get yourself an authentic micro SD and put all the roms you want in it.
You can get the firmware over at r/flashcarts (or just DM me if u need assistance!)
They're giving me the option to cancel, but said I can keep it in case they have some cancellations. Email here.
I've also placed an order on the US version on Amazon just in case. My experience with RF4 Special was that you need a US account to activate the DLC, but then can play freely with your Aus account.
Yes, yes it is. Lol. This is the case my switch is in: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08JG51NVR/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1 It's done really well traveling all over the place with me. The cartridge case fits easily into the zipper pouch.
I love my travel bag for my switch and then have a little case for keeping all the cards. Just something like this works really well imho: https://www.amazon.ca/gp/product/B08B666B4M/ref=ppx\_yo\_dt\_b\_search\_asin\_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Actually, I had to edit this, I remembered the title was different in Japanese. I'm not sure if it will help or not, but hopefully.
Here:
If I recall correctly, they just recently put out "Forbidden Magna" in Japan, which is being renamed Lord of Magna and should be released around late May, according to Amazon pre-order lol.
