I used an app called Pure Tuber, you can play your subliminals on the background, no ads, and can turn off your phone while video is playing!

I have my own method which I call the trance / mesmerised method

I normally use this method for going into a deep state of conciousness to do stuff like astral projection and other activities that need it but it can be easily adapted for shifting

-take time to move around until comfortable

-do some breathes to help calm you

-affirm that your mind is calm

-do a body scan by making yourself aware of sensations and breathing into them ( https://www.headspace.com/meditation/body-scan )

-affirm that your body is calm and deeply relaxed until you feel that the affirmation has done its part

-close your eyes and visualise something that will mesmerise you and put you into a trance

you want the visualisation to mesmerise you to pull your complete attention to the visualisation as your body is a distraction

Keep doing the visualisation until you loose sense of your body

-Once you loose sense of your body completely affirm or intend to shift to your desired reality

You should be in a deep state of conciousness once you loose sense of your body

For however long you want.

I have it set up so that one second here equals 120 years over there so I don’t miss anything here.

I could have a whole life and then wake up here or in my WR.

You don’t have to miss anything.

Also your “clone” isn’t really a clone. It’s still you. When you shift back you’ll get the memories of whatever your “clone” did in that time. You can’t control or script your “clone” to do anything because it’s you. You will do whatever you typically do.

We call it a “clone” because it’s the best word we can think of to describe this situation. You’re just moving your consciousness, like your perception, to a different reality.

I'm so sorry that this happened to you. I don't have definite answers on how to convince your subconscious that you're entitled to love and happiness. I'm working on this myself. However, it can't hurt to try the following: trying some law of assumption practices, along with "practicing" feelings of self love, and some work on dimension shifting (like manageable microshifts to take you closer to your goal). That's the woo woo stuff, but the more practical stuff should involve addressing the trauma and lack of control. Like, try imagining yourself as a small child that was being injured by others and project the love and protection that you didn't get toward yourself. If you can't see a therapist for something like EMDR, check out this book from the library and give it a read. I bet you see yourself in there somewhere. I would highly recommend finding a therapist that deals with complex trauma.

I've only been trying since last week a total of three times and yeah, I feel symptoms. Like I'll feel dizzy and tingly, but almost in a pleasant way, not how it would typically be.

The second time I even heard the voice of one of my CCs although he's not from the reality I was trying for so the task failed successfully.

Overall I do feel fairly close because it's hard for me to actually do it because I get snapped out too early and open my eyes or I start feeling too tired and I can't keep it going while I'm sleeping because my earbuds are small enough to get lost or god forbid, I accidentally choke on one 😱

I'd definitely also invest in one of those special sleeping headphones like these so you can keep it going all night if you're like me and can't just use a speaker without disturbing others.

And it definitely will happen eventually, just keep at it and remember to take breaks between attempts because it will be physically and mentally draining if you keep trying to shift every night

Another tip that I tell everybody who thinks about giving up is never ever give up. Just because you don't see any movement does not mean nothing is happening. You probably would have some days where you feel like giving up if you don't shift, but that's okay because you're always shifting everyday and you're always a step closer to shifting always. As long as you stay persistent you'll do it too. So happy shifting!!

i think it depends where you’re aware, if you did something bad in your cr and then you shift to your dr. i personally think since you were aware at the time you did that in your cr, it comes back into your dr.

i don’t know if i believe in karma but i definitely do believe in lessons. i recommend this book called the “journey of souls”, it’s not specifically about shifting but just spirituality and reincarnation. the author wrote about how this one soul on their last life on Earth hurt others in horrible ways (i don’t want to explain tbh to not trigger anyone) and then he reincarnated as a victim of the kind of crimes as he did in his next life. idk if i really like that tho bc i feel as if a lot of people will turn around to victims and say how they deserve it bc they did something bad in their last life. i do trust the author quite a bit tho and he seems to even not like what he hears but just lets it be said. the author is a psychiatrist who hypnotized different people and basically put them in a void like meditative state that allows them to go back and look at their past lives and the spirit world.

so i don’t think that it’s all about revenge but more about teaching and lessons.

this is just my opinion not fact btw! idk if i believe it tbh but it’s still fascinating
