Just buy one of these and see if it's your cup of tea. I personally feel I smell after pooping even though no one has ever said anything or whatever.

I use it as a bidet and it’s magical.
UPDATE: Hey all, I just got back from the my family physician and here's a quick recount. Turns out, it wasn't an impaction, just an lump of super hard stool that won't pass. If you're worried that the constipation could be an impaction like I was, he explained symptoms would be worst - fever, vomiting, a very tight and swollen stomach, etc. Not the discomfort and general fatigue I was feeling. Anyhow, it would be best for your physician to diagnose you personally.
The prune juice and the dulcolax didn't help much in my case (according to his words, the stool wasn't in the rectum but stuck in the intestines so much so that the only things that could be passed was diarrhea, also known as overflow). Otherwise, he'd be able to evacuate it manually during the rectum exam. There were no mentions of enema; I didn't mention it either.
I was prescribed 3L of water everyday, Senna S tablets (this, specifically) and Align probiotic supplements. Taking them now; will be updating how I'm feeling from time to time. And it seems that stool softeners are the way to go and more reliable if you're unsure about your constipation. I was asked to return in a week if the stool is still there or I don't have any bowel moments for few days after the stool is gone.

I mean, it can't be too large, that doesn't make sense.
You're colon is just a bag that holds poop. Think of a big ziploc bag full of shit that has to get funneled out of a hole.
It doesn't make sense to say "it's too big" because well, it's going to always be as big as the hole it is leaving since you're just draining the bag. Here's a video using a cake decorator to show how your shit works.
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=erooMc3waDs&t=0m27s
It CAN be too hard, which is probably the issue and what you're experiencing. This would most likely to due to your diet. I suggest getting some psicilium husk from walmart or amazon (https://www.amazon.com/Foods-Psyllium-Husks-Whole-Ounce/dp/B000N7DP6G), drinking a LOT more water daily than you are now, and comparing nutritional labels so you purchase things with more Fiber (If you like cereal and breads for example, next time at the store check out all the cereals and breads and go with fiber heavy options)
Going back to our cake video above. If the shit is super dry because you don't drink water and super hard because you don't get enough fiber, then it's going to get stopped up when leaving the tip (anus) and that's probably what you're feeling. It feels like the shit is too big because it's backed up like 5pm Atlanta traffic.
haha cool! i love japan. dude i have 3 bidet attachments from amazon and they were only 40 bucks each.
e.g.
You’re hitting it from above. You may want to try hitting it from the other end.
You can get fleets enemas on Amazon.
You might also want to try a bag and bucket enema.
You could also try adding chia seeds to smoothies.
Try drinking some Natural Calm with magnesium. I drink two spoon fulls mixed with water every morning for this reason. You could also try some Duralax or Miralax. I get what you're saying because on the weekends if I don't drink my Natural Calm it feels like I'm bearing a small child on the toilet.
Dude. I take subs as in prescribed. Constip is a major side effect. Yogurt helps some, but I can't eat that shit every day.
Are amazing. 3 a day in the morning. They actually taste good and never told someone about them, that didn't thank me later. Your welcome, unless you like insert joke here

This is what I got. It works well, if you’re impacted and can’t poop, this is the best technique to use honestly. If you go to the ER, they’re going to give you one anyway. Best to save the money.
No joke, but that's why you carry a bottle of water with an angled spout for. They even have them inexpensively on amazon: https://www.amazon.com/On-the-Go-Bidet/dp/B00J5VOCOK - but if you can find a "neck" for a bottle of water you won't have to carry so much around.
The one I got is this one https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B004GWEGY4/
They also have it at Costco for a much better price. But I opted for this one, because the Costco one is flavored - while I'm trying to eliminate things from my diet, I figured I'll avoid the stevia, and just go for straight magnesium.
The reason I chose Calm is because when the two ingredients (mag carbonate & citric acid) are mixed in water, they form magnesium citrate, and I had read somewhere that mag citrate is several times better absorbed than other forms of magnesium. Anecdotally, I had previously drank a TON of Mylanta (magnesium hydroxide) with almost no effect. But one bite Calm does seem to help me.
You can get ginger pills I take maybe one or two a day
I swear by these probiotics these are the ones directly recommended to me by my gastrointestinal Dr

also I find my squatty potty really helps, keep in mind I'm dealing with you dealing with uterine fibroids and very short legs
I had suffered for 6 months this year, from exactly this - never-ending fissure.
Today I'm in good shape. Here's what worked for me.
Diet
Physical Rehabilitation
Anal Massage
Now here's the literal stretch. As I was able, I also massaged my sphincter muscle, internally, with 1 finger (with latex finger cot on it) or wearing a latex glove, and stretch in a circular motion, in and out, whatever. There's probably a lot of people who wouldn't be cool with this, but without getting too personal, it's not an issue for me.
I can't overstate how much I believe the massage part of this helped. It's something I do quickly once a day at this point, and make sure I'm "limber" down there, and not uptight, paranoid, or wondering. I know where I stand with flexibility, condition, and pain, and for the last 2 months, I've been pain free.
I have a colonoscopy coming up, and hopefully all checks out ok.
Bidets are way better and have a lot of benefits. For your case, no more endless wipes. PM, i'll be more than happy to give you a discount on my Bidet. I have a lot of respect for you as a young adult that values finding a solution concerning his health.
As someone who use to have this problem, I advise Psyllium (Metamucil). It helped me in a big big way. I also got a bidet attachment for home.
The top seller on Amazon seems like it's worth checking out. Comes with a bag so when you're taking your butt sprayer to the dorm showers it just looks like any other bag of toiletries.
Though the company name is embroidered on there pretty big. But I mean, worst case scenario you make other bidet-minded friends. You guys could start an RSO or something.
