when you install, make sure you read what you are installing. In one of the pages, it will ask you to tick what what to install. Most of the stuff is good but there are also a couple of addons that are then a pain to remove (like web browser addons etc). Just to be clear, they wont "infect" your PC - they are just a pain.
Streamlabs PRIME will save it, the standard (non paying) ver may not. You can also setup Restream.io and have restream send to the other outlets while pushing the higher quality from SLOBS to Youtube.
I think there’s a way you could do this by having a screen mirroring tool (I’ve never used one but I know there are tools out there that replicate your phone on your PC screen.) The you can use a normal PC capture source for the image on screen. However this solution is one that pushes your phone data to a PC then your PC does the streaming.
I’m not convinced you could stream from your phone using the SLOBS app AND also at the same time run a game on the phone. I may be wrong; but I think the SLOBS app is only for IRL / camera streams and is not meant to capture what’s on the phones screen unless it’s camera.
Plus many phones don’t run two programs at once, would obviously prevent you streaming a game directly whiles also playing the game.
I’ve used the cam function a few times to do some random IRL streams but I’ve not tried actually streaming a game but I’d be amazed if you could do it. However you should be able to push your phone to the PC and do it that way :)
Here’s one of the results on Google for it; https://www.mirroring360.com/how-it-works
Let me know how it goes as I’d be interested to see this! :)
Short version of that YouTube link is to download https://github.com/Genymobile/scrcpy and add it as a source in Streamlabs OBS. Requires developer mode (USB debugging) on your phone.

There’s an adapter for iPhones to run it to a TV you can use an HDMI capture device with that and turn your camera on but at that point it might be easier to buy a webcam
I think this is the one I got. Can't go back far enough on my order history to check unfortunately.
Edit: Found it in my emails, this is the one.
I won't be able to do that. In order to communicate with people on PS u need to be plugged into ur controller.
I use an HDMI audio extractor to pull the audio and it all syncs up nicely, though you'll need an extra line in on your PC. Every capture card I've used has had sync problems.
Is it just the game audio or all audio going out of sync? Every capture card I've used, the game audio goes out of sync after around 40 mins and gets more desynced as time goes on. You can fix it when it happens by changing to a scene without the capture card and back, but that's obviously not ideal. I fixed it by using an HDMI audio extractor between the console and capture card, plugging the audio into the line in on my PC, adding it as an audio source and muting the capture card in SLOBS. If other audio is going out of sync, try toggling device timestamps in each source's properties.
Get an HDMI audio extractor and put it either between the console and capture card or between the capture card and monitor. Then use an RCA to Aux cable from the extractor to a line in port on your PC.
This bypasses the capture card's audio completely and should prevent any more issues with it. In SLOBS, mute the capture card and add a new audio input capture with the line in as the source.
I had the same issue. Bought an elgato chat link cable from Amazon for $10 and fixed it. Its essentially a splitter that replaces your audio from the HDMI. Plug one end into your controller, take your headset and plug that into the cable and then take the other end of the cable and plug into your PC. Super simple.

Check the game settings for chat output and make sure it's going to HDMI. Failing that, you might need a chat link cable.
