These are the ones I use, they work really well and I haven't had to replace them in months
It's not cheap, but I consider this app my best investment in Thai learning material so far: Thai English Dictionary by Paiboon Publishing. I think it cost me something like 30$ but it's the most complete app I have ever purchased and the amount of work they have put into its development is extremely impressive. They have a section where they explain the script and every character/font variant. This has been extremely helpful to me as well since the modern/simplified font they use in advertising was really hard for me to decipher at first. It has incredibly useful features. You can find a thai word by using many phonetics and transliteration systems, for example.
Here's the link to it on Google Play store, you'll see many of the features in the screenshots.

I have no relationship or financial interest related to this app/developper. But i am truly amazed at their work. I've convinced many expats in Thailand to buy it and they're all grateful so far! Hope this helps!
Good luck with your thai language learning!
