There are a lot of audio albums made for the To love-ru franchise, I think the names of almost all of the released one can be found on VGMDB . But even so, there is always a high posibility of the BGM not being released, since the length is not enough for a track, but I think it might not be the case for this song, since it is over 30 seconds long.

Sadly, I'm not really sure where to find all of them. Pretty sure some are on nyaa.si ( this is lossy mp3 format, but it has the most songs I've been able to find).

She voices Kosaki Onodera in Nisekoi. It's a fantastic series. I really recommend watching it and reading it. The manga just recently ended actually. Onodera is a much better developed character than Haruna and has a far more interesting personality.
