I've had a boatload of fun shooting with the plastic put-it-together-yourself TLR camera: 15 bucks on amazon
I don’t have a picture but it’s super easy. I bought these glasses off of Amazon and popped the lens out. Then I just used gaffer tape and taped it on my holga lens. This is a temporary solution as I need to figure out how the effect changes from different distances from the lens.
When I build a long lasting lens it will be super easy as well. Hammer a 46mm-49mm step ring onto the front of the holga lens (I recommend everyone do this so you can use screw type filters), then take a 49mm-52mm step ring and glue the filter in the step ring. Then you have a solid “lens” that can be easily removed or stacked in different filters assortments on the camera.
Amazon has a bunch of the 120's for decent prices.
But here's a 135 from Amazon, in red, for 44 though. About 10 left. They also have a few other colors but they are all more in the 60 and 70 range.
Yeah, I haven't tried it myself, but there are several instruction on the 'net. Here's the first one I found on Instructables: http://www.instructables.com/id/M42-Mount-HOLGA-LENS-tutorial-LOMO-lowest-Co/?ALLSTEPS
It may be that the camera can be fixed as it is. There is a single screw that prevents the lens from being unscrewed. If it's been removed or damaged, that might be why your lens comes off. Have a look here for more details: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6wet4WMRffk
You could see if your local library does or if a relatively local one does. They might have classes. Kinda expensive.
You could get a pair of digital calipurs and take accurate measurements of the camera in mm. Post on r/printmything and see if someone wants to design and print. the idea. Your could design on your own and solicit just for a print.
You could do the same digital calipurs and mm measurements to me and I'll design and print it for $25 plus shipping costs. Here are my camera related designs as a resume.
You can spend something like $250 and have your own 3d printer.
Could it be the Fuuvi Bee? It came in both black and white and it looked like a little movie camera. I actually bought one on eBay some years ago but for some reason, the purchase was cancelled by the seller. I still have "fuuvi bee" as a saved search but haven't gotten results in a very long time.
Superheadz Goldenhalf but one might be hard to find. I bought the Hello Kitty one from Amazon a while back.
I didn't pay this much for it.

Perhaps you're looking for one of these? I just ordered one about a week ago, can't wait to get my hands on it =P [arrived at my aunt's so.. I'll have to wait]
I ran this through quickly to see if my Holga still worked. I was pretty drunk the night before and fell with it around my neck. The lens was pushed in, but it popped back out thankfully.
This is how to load 35mm into your Holga. It's pretty easy, I think I used 42 clicks winding it between frames and it gave me 15 or 16 shots. Just MAKE SURE you take the film out in complete darkness, because theres no rewind. You gotta wind the film back in yourself after you take it out of the camera.
As others have said a kit might be a good place to start but here are a few resources:

Don't get a diana mini as your first. damn thing jams up all the time.
If you're not familiar with focusing than I'd suggest this diy twin lens reflex
Like a digital camera there's a sorta screen and you can see what you're focusing.
I still find focussing kinda hard. All of my cameras use meters to measure distance. I have never measured in meters in my life. In fact this morning I went over the conversions so I can take some snapshots with my Agat 18k: .9m ≈ 3ft 1.2m-1.3m ≈ 4ish ft 5m ≈ 16ft (that's hard to estimate anyways)
These were made with a Stenoflex cardboard pinhole camera, scanned grayscale with an Epson scanner, and then inverted with Graphic Converter.
I guess I'm pleased with the result as this is my first attempt at pinholing... but I would like to know what I'm doing wrong. Too long on the exposure maybe?

You're Welcome glad this is of some use to others.
