So there are a couple of interesting articles for NNDM.

They can't be raising money without a target in mind. For sure whoever is giving the cash knows how close the deal is to closing. I'm sure that its going to be huge. I'm buying the dip.

Fair play to you for being honest. I was lucky in that I had advice and read a book so started with boring stuff like the sp500,bonds with equity an etf's before I remotely looked at stuff on deadnsyde channel.

I read a book by a guy called Andrew hallam - millionaire teacher who goes through the birds an bees of the stock market. I recommend it to any new investor plus its not a long book and very little jargon. Might be worth a buy...

Sort by date (most recent on top), enabled alters, made sure the app will run in the background. I clicked on an entry and it opened the actual SEC filing. Seems to work. You just have to sift through everything manually with this.
