Yeah, I could always use new people to go over things with. Especially those more experienced then me.
I got this one game I want to do for online folks that is going to take a LOT of homebrewing. Big fan of high concept games and this one is going to be such that is changes how your character works (sort of). Send me a DM and I can get you my skype or discord (or some such) if you want to help out with it.
As far as Snotball is concerned, I found This (https://tinyurl.com/snotball) and it seems to suggest a lot of the mechanics for me as far as player-to-player interaction is concerned. Combining talents like Wrestle and the Attack of Opportunity (forgive me, I'm a D&D 3E player and that how I know the term) rules could easily represent the danger of letting people get next to you in blood bowl-esque combat sports when you have the ball. Passing I think will be the hardest thing to get right for snotball, I'll probably wind up making it something to the tune of Agility tests for the thrower and catcher each based off the distance thrown (based off from improvised range weapons, I suppose).
Follows the same rules as the whole subreddit, it can be any system you like so long as it takes place in the Old World or setting of similar themes, tones, historical basis.
And no I'll ask not to copy bordering from the rulebook if possible, it is technically speaking art from an official source so I do encourage you to make your own or to use something in creative commons. I did in fact run into the issue as well and I'll recommend the following:

If you're looking for an example, I'm personally using the first one. Of course to download of pixaby you'll need to make an account, but I do recommend it so long as you're willing to think outside the box when it comes to search terms because people don't tag stuff well.
I will also note that style is called woodcut, in case you want to find accompanying images to your work in the same style.
I believe you are thinking of the WFRP 4e Starter Pack, which comes in a box with two books, map cards, dice, and tokens for combat use. The 4e Core Rulebook is just a book though it does cost a whopping £41 on Amazon UK at the minute.
Rough Nights and Hard Days itself will not have all the rules for playing WFRP, its basically an adventure book. The Starter Set will have enough of the rules to play the game, but they are simplified for new players.
If you want to full detailed ruleset you need to buy the Core Rulebook.
It enhances inherent magical senses.
However, lopping off the hands of cultists has its own moral issues.
Incidentally, I recently read 'The Faithful Executioner', and in that it mentions that a belief grew amongst thieves in 16th century Germany that carrying around the hand of a baby would make you invisible and immune to capture by the law. Loads of thieves were captured and found to have the hands of small children in their pockets and there was a thriving trade in selling them.
PS: forgot to plug my discord bot :)
You might not be using discord for your PBP, but if you are, you might consider using a WFRP bot I wrote called Jodri.
A lot of what he does is 2e-relevant (though he also does 1e and 4e stuff):
crit: (new!) rolls critical hits on whichever wfrp edition you are using, including some of the popular homebrew tables.
career-related stuff - info on all the 2e careers, career paths, etc.
npc generator - generates a full-flavour 2e-statted npc to your specification
(He also does a lot of setting specific stuff that you might not be interested in: starsigns, birthdays, calendars, money calculations, doomings, distinguishing marks, mutations, motivations for npcs, wfrp names and places, wfrp weather & wfrp rain...)
you can check him out on the Rat Catchers Guild discord: https://discord.gg/fzYuYwT
or invite him to your own server by clicking here.
