Not EV related, but then you are basically just booking a "thing" and it matters not what that thing is.
A lot of small businesses (therapists, air dressers etc) round here use 10to8 because it is free for up to 100 appointment per month. I bet that would suit your needs.
You could try Micks barber by appointment in Aspley, great guy and good prices
Hi there. Here is a link for my youtube video I was talking about... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Mdf6w5VAcbs&t=228s
As well, im gonna start offering out 20 minute sessions on tuesday for people. If you want you can sign up for one on this booking site...
You did but unfortunately the booking site I was using was making me pay so I had to change the site. If you could go to this link and rebook the appt that would be great. The old one wasnt showing me the time you selected or your contact info...
Depending on how many appointments you have per month, you could get this for FREE (up to 100 appointments).
It seems pretty easy to use. £20/month (annual) or £25/month (rolling) if you needed up to 300 appointments. It sounds like you run a relatively small school so hopefully 100 is enough and you can try it out without paying a penny.
it also says it syncs with: * Microsoft Outlook 365 * Microsoft Exchange * Google Calendar * Apple iCal
Before anyone asks: no I don't work for that company I just did a quick google and this one looked nice.
Hey mate, I just joined this group and answered a similar question to yours earlier, I'm a small business owner like yourself and have been looking for an online scheduling software for a while I checked the likes of calendly, acuity, x.ai etcc but they didn't have all the features I needed as a business and were pretty expensive, plus that Microsoft service in the thread on TechCrunch is only for US/Canda based users plus you need to have a premium Microsoft, so not feasible.
I personally use https://10to8.com/ the pricing tier for a small business is great and offers online booking, automated reminders, online payment, even blocking times on your calendar etcc and its completely for FREE, highly recommended.
As an 10to8 customers I got there email newsletter and they had a cool infographic that might help you with your decision on going with online booking https://10to8.com/infographic-online-booking-will-decrease-no-shows-rates/?utm_medium=Infographic&utm_campaign=Reddit_Answers
Tell me what you go with...
I've used Calendly, but I felt it more suited for recruiters and sales personals. I've tried AcuityScheduling as well and found their customer service pretty bad. I then stumbled upon 10to8 as got stuck to it give it a shout if you'd like https://10to8.com/
This is what people say about 10to8: "With the ability to see immediate history of all interactions with your clients, the synchronisation with external calendars and the seamless user experience, I am thrilled I kept testing other programs until I ran into the game changer that is 10to8. I Love it, and it's free!"
Take a look at 10to8. It's Free Forever and it offers a calendar, an online booking page that can be embedded into your website and emails and sms reminders that clients get automatically
This is what people say about 10to8: "The free version of this appointment scheduler is better than most paid versions of other schedulers. The first week I used it, a client got to my booking page, booked their first session, paid for it, and received a reply - all without my involvement!"
Most people use Wordpress, it's quite simple. Once you have your website ready you can use an online booking system like https://10to8.com/. It's a system which automatically sends sms and/or email confirmations and reminders. The average no-show rate for 10to8 users has dropped to 1 in 900 appointments!
Have a look at https://10to8.com/. It's for free unless you want to send message reminders, then it'll cost you just $19 per month and you have everything you need. It's simple, easy to use and very professional. 10to8 automates everything for you so you spend less time on admin and therefore, less money.
