That converter sucks balls. No way to get high quality
Install this. You can rip audio from 1080p videos and get great quality mp3's actually worth playing, not the ass-licking, dick-sucking 128kbps versions (sorry, I'm a bit of an audiophile :)
Not for Android, but http://www.dvdvideosoft.com/products/dvd/Free-YouTube-to-MP3-Converter.htm is the best software for YouTube to mp3. Max quality, playlists, customize anything.
Just make sure you uncheck all the "offers" when installing as everything is spyware
If you haven't done it yet, here are the filtered URLs:

You can Select All + Copy. And click Paste onto this program:

EDIT: I haven't tried, but maybe copy pasting the whole thing (without filtering out any text) might also work with that program. You could try it out.
I personally used this program to download the above playlist, but this site has them ready to download. Same guy, too.

That's what I use
Presets: MP3 audio book (This makes the file size 50MB max for the long 5 hour shows)
Video definition: 360p (There's not much point in wasting the extra bandwidth)
You can also have it auto paste the links, so you can go to each video, copy the link address then it will download the whole episode.
Use this It's a program to download youtube videos as MP3's. It has a configuration menu to adjust the quality of downloads. You can download as FLV, MP3, WMV, and other file types. It works well.
Or you can google the track name and find an mp3.
Ooooooooooooooooooooooooor, you could buy it.
The DVDVideoSoft Youtube to MP3 converter. It's brilliant, and as far as I'm aware, perfectly legal. Only problem is the sound quality for some videos.

Great program... I've been using it for a while. The only annoying thing is when you copy a song from your music folder into iTunes, it always put the track as #1, so with my OCD tendencies it's really obnoxious when songs from the same artist with no album name are not alphabetically organized. >:( But it's easily fixable by right-clicking on the song, click edit info, and then delete the track number.

It's free and works for every youtube video. It's a god's send. I used this tool HEAVILY when WWE2k14 was the main game. Themes for days, and people are cool enough to add the arena effect to make the songs fit the game. I love that tool.
I usually use this program to do it. It's pretty good at its job. The only downside is that it is filled with ads.
It's also possible the video itself was uploaded with 128kbps so there's no way to get better quality.
EDIT: I'm actually curious about where that video comes from. It looks really professional, but it isn't from Awesome as Fuck or Last Night on Earth: Live on Tokyo (surprisingly). I can't find where that comes from but it really looks like it was made by GD. Either that or someone had access to all the cameras on a GD gig and is also good at editing.

copy and paste the link of the music you want into the program, couldn't be easier You can rip just the audio from the video.
I use this and have no problems, I've downloaded a ton of random songs.
Oh and while installing be sure to do custom install and uncheck everything you do not want, unless you're interested in bloatware.

I use this to download singles from youtube
a bit laborious, but its pretty good, it also puts tracks straight into my itunes. Also, it takes a still from the video to use as cover art, which makes it look less shitty and obviously downloaded on ipod/iphone etc.
P.S. on itunes, you will have to right click tracks to properly correct artist and song title (its very easy) if you want to do it right
I use Free YouTube to MP3 Converter by DVDvideosoft. It's easy to use and free and supports a lot of codec's for encoding. There is a nag screen after you go to close it and bloatware when you go to install (which you can opt out of), but it's a descent program.

ignore the weird name...
I've been using this software for several months now and it's very good. Updated often to reflect YT attempts to disable such grabbers...

It supports playlists, drag and drop, copy and paste, etc. Plus, lot of transcoding options. A really good piece of software.
INB4 Nice try, DVDVideoSoft
It's got a silly UI, but it's great at what it does, open it, ctrl+c your video of choice's URL and it will grab it as an MP3 as you continue browsing.
Incidentally, this probably is a very nice song to make love to. :)
For the less well-off among you, DVDVideoSoft has an awesome freeware program that allows you to convert Youtube videos into mp3 files. Mac users can download this free program.
Merry Christmas to all listeners.
Here's a standalone program that rips MP3s out of the videos. Windows only, I think. I used to use this a lot when I was editing a lot of videos. It's nice because you can tag the files, too.
