Did you try using a vpn set to a different region? I've never had to use one for beatport, but it's always worked for me with other sites. A lot of them offer free trials if you wanted to give it a shot (tunnelbear.com is one off the top). I don't know if beatport ties your region info to your billing info, but it might work.

tunnelbear.com ? I've used that to get access to some content that's blocked. Namely the UK content I enjoyed while there that I can't get now that I'm back home in the USA.
Looks like Square-Enix has blocked some ISPs, or the other way around.
Use free VPN https://tunnelbear.com, choose Canada, then login. After logging in, disable it.
