that’s fucking terrible. i just found an interesting guide written for therapists about treating extremely severe childhood trauma and mind control that causes DID. it’s called Healing the Unimaginable: Treating Ritual Abuse and Mind Control. i haven’t read it yet, partly because it disturbs me. are there some people so broken that they just can’t come back? can people truly go insane? i myself have a history of severe mental illness, and some trauma, but i just can’t imagine where to start healing from literal torture for years.

It's one of those default videos some applications used to showcase their products, like mpc or vlc (second image in that page, tho iirc it used to be more prominent). I think it's just because it's free to use and there aren't many good animations that are.

Whereas you believe the impact is so slight that is registers below the noise floor and cannot be measured, I believe Buzzfeed's size and reach specifically qualify it to impact the system. If this was 1998 I would likely agree with you, but Buzzfeed now reaches 120 - 160 million people in the US each month. Also, Buzzfeed believes that at least 50% of it's audience is lost in the Facebook Instant Articles. Combine that reach with how the content is consumed, within seconds based on a headline or picture, and you have a extremely widespread reaffirmation of sexism. I would be extremely surprised if the primary effects alone failed to register an impact to the system.

Awe man I actually love the smell for some reason. I had to get rigid with myself and made sure I used it consistently for several weeks and around that period of time the back of my head went from flared up, blistered, dry as fuck skin rash with thick chunks of dead skin stuck there, to a painless, not-itchy redness of the skin. Nowadays I just use whatever but as soon as I think it might be getting itchy it's right back on the course lol

I delt with that shit for years and had tried to sort it in the past to no avail then gave up and it did get really bad - This stuff is what I used and it seriously did the job. Not to push an Amazon link on you at all - buy it from whatever company.
