The best way to stop this guy would be to report copyright infringement to his host.

There's no point in bothering Mojang about it.
You might try http://www.webs.com/ - they've been around for a long time and it's pretty much drag and drop web design.
That said, I'm sick of Trump-spam and would not vote for Trump, even in the General Election, for a variety of reasons. He is not who he claims to be and has changed his position on the issues countless times. I Stand with Rand. :)
I remember seeing a "you have won a $5000 gift card*! * - just fill out 8 platinum offers and 16 gold offers" ad on my own website (I was using webs.com's noob website builder) and going up to my mom and yelling "MOM, MOM, THIS AD SAYS I'M GONNA BE RICH!!!!!" She had been using the Internet for almost 10 years, so she quickly told me what was really going on.
They're a free host so they take all the Spam stuff very seriously.
Figure out if you could be violating anything in their TOS.

If so remove it, if you can't find anything you might be violating email them and just ask which content is causing the issue.
There is a site called freewebs or they may have changed their name to just webs but I used them and it's a pretty simple hosting site that supports HTML as well as just normal.. whatever... I can't remember really. But you can try this: Webs.com
We can make a subreddit active.
This sounds fantastic to me.
You can do a webs.com site, too, for free. It only allows 10 pages on the free site, but there's a LOT you can do with it - videos, pictures, blog, chats, forums. Very cool stuff. Seeing as you're a software developer, though, you're probably better at making something out of wordpress than I could ever dream!
I used to use scriblink for internet RPGs, so I'm familiar with it. There was another site we used for a while, too, but I forget what it was.. once we found scriblink, we mostly used it.
www.webs.com has some nice free hosting that you can put together yourself pretty easily, and there's a store option to add too. You can only have 10 items in the store, I think, but you can pay for a subscription (which goes on sale 50% off like, every other week) and get more space.
I would suggest something a bit different: perhaps an about page, a blog, list of short stories, contact info, etc.
Something like Webs is cheap or free, although I really don't have any detailed info about self-publishing to offer.
Many have words of caution concerning e-publishing (not everyone is Doctorow!) although things are different nowadays. Scalzi, Bingo.
What is it that you write?
This used to be "freewebs" before where I made like fansites for obscure bands, so you can use to build interest and then if the website takes off would recommend looking around for someone to make you a website.
I would also ask any friends or family if they know somebody who does websites
You can rip all of the files and download them to your hard drive, but I would say the most effective way of having access to those files at your disposal is to contact Evan Richards and become acquainted with him. You can also help him build a website hosted for free at places like http://www.webs.com, where he can upload all of his content he has on his current website.
I'd recommend posting to reddits catering to web design /r/webdesign, /r/web_design and such.
If you really want to cut out the promotion part, you could upload your site on a free web host, like webs- formerly freewebs, and refuse to reveal the real name (changing all references to it)- though I'd just suck it up and stick in the real link.
It's looking pretty good dude. Some things I would consider though:
Otherwise, keep working at it, the text and grid style layout looks great.
