I use similar app. I do it so I can better control my time. I like to know how much do I slack off at job, how much time did I spend scrolling through reddit, etc. I'm diagnosed workaholic and it allows me to not feel guilty about not working.
I've found an alternative, it doesn't has the same functionailities, but it covers some of those that I need.
It's called aTimeLogger.
On the negative side, it doesn't lets you customize the types of activities (they are all on/off timers). On the positive side, it produces push notifications that remind you whenever you pick the phone to update the activity you're at.
You would be looking for an app on your phone that does time tracking. Make sure it exports to a CSV and you can then use it with whatever database you want.
This is one of many links: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp
aTimelogger needs a few minutes to set up. You can place the widget of the app at your home screen and just press on the button to log each task
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp
For Android I use ATimeLogger. It is not fasting specific, but let's you track time fasted per session (in hours).. it also has a nice widget you can drop on your home screen to see current fast and to start/stop time.
It has nice reporting and lets you set time based goals (daily, weekly, monthly, etc)
I use the atimelogger plugin - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp&hl=en. But its a general time tracker app.
There is an app specifically to track work time as well called Time Recording - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.dynamicg.timerecording&hl=en. This also has a neat tasker plugin although the full version is paid.
I use a GPS location (cell towers should work as well) and weekdays as the profile trigger along with 2 tasks (work in and work out) from the plugin which starts and stops the time tracking.
I can recommend an Android app called aTimeLogger. Essentially, y'all are trying to create a timesheet here and that's what the app helps with. It's also much more granular and helps you export data as a CSV.
I used atimelogger with Tasker for a similar requirement on an older phone. Have had to wipe that phone and can't recall details. atimelogger
Link your goals to the way you journal. If you have academic targets ,fitness goals or other positive habits like reading or meditation that you want to cultivate , note down time targets for the same and try to achieve them. See where you fall short and introspect why. For instance if you can't read for an hour because you were gaming at the time ,your journal will reflect that and you'd know that you have to cut down gaming or schedule it somewhere else.
Basically being fastidious with your journal will reflect clearly how you spend your time and will help you prioritise better. There's also this app that you can check out if you find a book and pen journal impractical . It's rather nifty and allows a ton of customisation. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp
I tried them both, smarter time is a bit overkill, I don't like an app that constantly wants to know where I am. Good time is nice but I didn't want to pay for the pro version and the free one is very limited.
I finally settled to just make a paper version and time stuff with aTimeLogger.
I'm currently using a calendar but i plan to start using a bullet journal as soon as possible, it nicely groups together calendar, list and habit tracker (i won't include goals, gratitude, memories and so on on honestly though).
To time my activites, i use aTimeLogger, it lets you time and track various activites trough the day.
It's really not as hard as it seems. I've been doing this since the start of 2019 using aTimeLogger. Part of the point of this is to be mindful about how you spend your time. When I switch from working to browsing reddit, I want it to be a conscious choice and I want to be aware of how long my Reddit break is taking. It takes 2 seconds to stop the previous activity in the app and start a new one which is also a good way to reinforce that I'm switching from one activity to another. During my day, if I end up using 5 minutes of my time more efficiently, this has already paid for itself.
aTimeLogger, io per un pò ho usato questa, non so se ti va bene. Link PlayStore: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp io per un pò ho usato questa, non so se ti va bene
Being able to control a time tracking app on the phone. I use these apps on my Android phone atimelogger, toggl, but wish I could pause/start the tracking of current event from the band
I use Marvin to store absolutely everything that I might want to do, especially including leisure time. It has a ton of features especially designed to fight procrastination and I really recommend it.
I also do time tracking of every hour of every day with aTimeLogger and a mood calendar with Daylio, I've found that keeping a personal record of where my time goes makes me a lot more conscious of its use and really recommend doing at least some form of it. I also manually track all my expenses with Wallet and keep a food and exercise log with Lifesum.
I recommend the College Info Geek YouTube channel and the Cortex podcast if you want to get more into productivity.
I'm no time tracking guru, but aTimeLogger works well for me and has a great widget.
I've been time tracking my life for the last 8 months.
I mostly just wanted to measure things because there would be days or weeks, where I'd end up not really sure of how I spent my time. Only a vague awareness that I wasn't progressing towards a couple of my goals in the manner I'd like.
I would say it was successful in the sense that it really raised my awareness of how I spend my time. What Grey said about a War on Unintentionality really resonated with me, and that's definitely a part of how I've looked at shaping up my next year.
The How
For those interest in how I've done my time tracking:
I'm an Android user and have been using aTimeLogger mostly because of its' Tasker integration which lets me automate some things.
I have aTimeLogger configured to pause running activities when a new activity starts so I only ever have 1 timer running. To help get me into the mental mode of time tracking, I used the setting to remind me every 30 min or so to ask what I was doing. After the first ~month it just became habit so I didn't need the reminder any more.
Tracking computer/phone usage
However I didn't use aTimeLogger for tracking my time on the computer/phone, for that I used RescueTime. It completely tracks activity automatically, and I knew I couldn't be bothered starting timers all the time because I switch tasks and some times just want to surf!
Automation examples
I have Tasker trigger on bluetooth connect and see if it's my car, (turning on the car connects the bluetooth) if so, it starts the driving timer, and then when the car turns off the bluetooth disconnects and Tasker will again trigger to stop the driving timer.
For my alarm clock I use Turbo Alarm which also has Tasker integration. When my alarm goes off, it stops the running sleep timer and starts a timer called "Overslept". I'm pretty sure I stole this idea from Grey but I can't remember when he mentioned it.
for android there is this
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp
it's not specifically fasting but it lets you track anything
Check this app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp
Do you want to create something similar?
I've had luck with this time tracking app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp&hl=en
Per Android prova atimelogger
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp
I'm on Android, so using an app aTimeLogger which has Tasker integration. Tasker can trigger on bluetooth connectivity and check the name of the device. So turn car on -> Tasker triggers -> Tasker hooks aTimeLogger to start Transport timer. And then same thing when car turns off.
Edit: The alarm app I use, Turbo Alarm also has Tasker integration (to start my Overslept timer)
aTimeLogger is good: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp

Also in Play Store. Great app! https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp
Are you on IOS or Android?
On Android I've been happy with aTimeLogger:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.aloggers.atimeloggerapp
You can try aTimeLogger, Time Meter Time Sheet or Smarter Time.
I'm using aTimeLogger for this purpose. It integrates well with Tasker, so you even can automate things.
I suggested this yesterday and the OP replied that they liked it.

I use atimelogger especially because it's clean and simple but still versatile. It does everything you want.
I like Vitamin-R. Although it doesn't provide you with a breakdown by subject it gives you a breakdown of your time and focus levels (by day of week, by time of day, ...). And it even syncs between your phone and computer!
Caveat: It's iOS only.
For Android (recently made the switch) I'm still looking for a suitable alternative. I'm thinking about checking out these three:
