I see what your trying to do. Could be the CB backend problem or it could just be a problem with your browser or something. You might try a few different approaches. I can think of 4 ways to add an account currently. The first one is what your trying, might try the other 6

It's doubtful, but one of those might work where others fail.
Best choice would likely be to just change exchanges. In the US r/CashApp, r/Gemini, and r/Kraken are good choices. I'm sure there are some good choices in Brazil as well.
