There is no better weather app for Android than WeatherBomb. The free version includes all the features as the Pro version, except it includes a small, unobtrusive ad at the bottom.
Here are some screenshots I took.
You can have 1-5 graphs in portrait and landscape mode (configured separately.) You swipe your finger across the screen to change the position of the wider green bar, and the stats in the middle bar and the map updates to that specific time you selected. The thin green bar is the current time.
It supports multiple places, each independently configurable. For example, my Rotterdam location includes Wave Height maps, but my Wisconsin location doesn't. As you can see, there are some very interesting maps included - Soil Temperature and Moisture, tons of Cloud maps, Lifted Indices, and all the basic maps you'd find in other apps.
The graphs have a few different color schemes, and an update was just pushed to allow multiple layers. In the first screenshot, I have Precipitation and Total Clouds selected. In the second; Wind Gusts and Wind Direction.
Widgets are also configurable - I have 5 on my secondary screen, and all of my graphs and widgets are using the Dark theme.
The developer is awesome, and just emailed the users of the Pro version (or maybe the people who rated the app) asking for suggestions. I replied with a comprehensive list of minor changes and he's planning on implementing most of them already.
I use WeatherBomb, decent rain radar and the widget is great for showing when the rain is coming.
Flowx is the best radar-centric app that I've tried, for legibility of rain, cloud cover etc.
I use it in conjunction with Google Weather, which comes built into the Google app.
I've become a fan of the meteogram format and Flowx (formerly Weather Bomb) makes it super simple to get all the info at a glance. Great widget too.

And before you ask, the app is WeatherBomb. There's no better weather app in my opinion. Highly configurable and extremely dense with data. It can even display odd maps such as soil temperature and humidity, wave height (for coastal regions) and UV index, among many, many others.
Flowx https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb&hl=en_US
Unbeatable widget and forecast interactivity. Nothing else like it.
For a graph widget, I really like Flowx. For an app, I don't have an answer, since I plan to continue using Weather Timeline for as long as it keeps giving me good results.
I really like Flowx. The widget is excellent and it allows you to track weather fronts and wind directions and much else for the next 7 days. Its pretty accurate as well

Weather Underground is probably the most accurate. It uses data from local stations. By local I mean people who choose to have a weather station and send regular updates to the site. All the results are collated and then the average for your area is sent out hourly (I think). Obviously some areas are more accurate than others because more people live there who have weather stations but generally its pretty good wherever you are

Two things:
I've been playing with an Android weather app (Flowx) since the developer PMed me about it. He added a feature to overlay the path and the timing of total eclipse on top of the cloud cover/precipitation forecast animation. I can't explain it well, just try it: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb&hl=en Data for the free version is available 7 days in advance.
If a storm front is forecast to move through East TN a day or two before the 21st, and if nighttime temperatures are forecast to drop into the low 60's or lower for the 20th and 21st, you're golden. This is a typical summer weather pattern for us and signals clear blue skies.
WeatherBomb. The screenshots don't do it justice. The free version is full-featured but includes a small ad at the bottom.
It not only includes your basic stats like temperature, precipitation, humidity, and wind, but also Best Lifted Index, wind gusts, wave height (for coastal locations), potential soil evaporation rate, soil temperature, UV index, and much more.
The best part is how you can drag your finger across the screen, moving the green bar. Wherever (whenever) the bar is, the stats are updated in the middle section - if you want to see the weather forecast for a day ahead, just swipe a half inch to the right.
The developer just added layers too, so you can see clouds and precipitation, for example, at the same time. He also is making development his full-time job and emailed everyone who bought the Pro version a month or so ago asking for suggestions. I offered some and he's going to implement some in an upcoming release. Really cool dude.
I have mine configured as such: Advanced mode enabled. 3 graphs in portrait mode: 1. Temperature delta (including fronts) 2. Precipitation, Cloud, Humidity 3. Wind and Gusts. 10 day forecast. Temperature, Precipitation, Total Cloud, Humidity, Pressure, Wind, Gusts, UV, Lifted Index.
Edit: Also, Resurrection Remix ROM is amazing. No other ROM can compare.
I personally use FlowX:
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb
Their widget has all the information you're looking for and can be expanded to show even more details.
I like this app for telling what the wind conditions will be on the lake we keep our boat at: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb&hl=en_US&gl=US The developer says to use it in conjunction with a standard 7 day forecast app. What's nice about it is it lets you see exactly what the weather models are predicting and you can toggle on/off the various overlays. I generally look at wind speed/direction along with wind gusts. Since it's a lake (not one of the great lakes), waves are entirely based on those two conditions.
Flowx a weather/app I love using this app to check if upcoming winter storms systems are serious or not. The local news hypes up weather forecasts so much these days it's nice to be able to check for yourself
Flowx has a very active weather community. Perhaps these items you list do in fact exist..... You simply aren't aware of their existence?
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb
Some people say it's extremely accurate, but for me in southern Idaho it's not, so YMMV. The future radar is entirely junk, it just takes current radar and smooths/estimates it out into the future. For future radar, Flowx is way better. I do like the simple looks of Dark Sky, but I did uninstall it.
Keep in mind, a 72-hour simulated radar reflectivity forecast is not going to be super accurate. That's pretty far in the future for radar. The closer it gets, the more accurate it is.
But Flowx is a great one. Probably exactly what you're looking for. It actually just shows the different computer models (behind every forecast is a computer model). So you can compare the different models and really get a feel for what might happen with the rain (and it shows a lot more than just future radar). I recommend paying for the Gold subscription so you can use all models. EDIT: $19.99/year.
The HRRR is super accurate, but only goes out 18 hours. The NAM goes a little farther than that. Others will go out to 72 hours or more. The GFS goes out to 16 days. Again, it's pretty inaccurate if you're wanting to know what time it's going to rain on what day, but great for being able to say, "Oh, looks like we might have some storms next week."
EDIT: Weatherbell Maps is an awesome one too, but it's expensive, $25/month, you can also pay per year. It has a lot of different parameters for all the different models. It includes the "European model," which is probably why it's expensive.
Flowx has by far the best visualizations of any weather app. No notification of incoming weather though, I'll miss that from dark sky. Not sure why there haven't been copycats yet... https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb
The one you want is Flowx (it used to be called WeatherBomb in the past, maybe the one you had, the dev is the same but changed his app's name): https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb
I've tried all the best weather and radar apps on the Play Store during the past 7 years and that was the best one for radar, smoothness, raw data (you can choose the model you prefer), support from dev, customization, features, design... you name it. Its dev is also extremely passionate about weather and his app development. The only thing it lacks is notifications in case of extreme weather conditions, as those are usually provided by companies that process all raw data together, such as AccuWeather, weather.com, Dark Skies etc. But he's planning to add that too anytime soon.
FlowX (Formerly called weatherbomb) https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb&hl=en_US
I really like the widget for this one, it clearly shows all the relevant information for 7-10 days on an easy to read graph that you can customize. The app itself has a nice clean UI too.
I switched to Flowx , since I need graphs to know what the weather is going to be during the morning and evening commutes. I don't care as much about the weather during the day, nor do I care about the high.
Also, they have amazing widgets, where the graph for temperature compares a day to the previous day in terms of temperature in a neat way.
Beep boop ima not a bot, here's the link you requested

I thought the name WeatherBomb was better but whatevers.....bleep bloop
... It's weather underground. Arguably the best site weather site if you want decent graphs.

What's your alternative?
(P.S. FlowX is my Android app of choice: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb&_branch_match_id=610219048671616160)
FlowX is made by a kiwi but the data source is USA or Canadian (you can choose), like a lot of Android apps. For this reason it might not be as precise as metservice.com or Niwa, but it's way of letting you swipe back and forth through the days can still give you a general idea of rain and temps etc. You'll get what I mean once you have a play with it. I supplement this with the other data sources.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb
I use Weather Timeline for detailed forecasts, but nothing, IMHO, beats WeatherBomb's widget. You can see it at the bottom of my home screen.
I use Weather bomb to get a good idea of what the next couple of days will be like. And a local radar app if I need know about the next couple hours (wmur, not sure if it's any use outside of New England).
WeatherBomb - Check weekly weather models
Turbo Alarm - By far my favorite alarm clock app. It has useful wakeup features, such as forcing you to draw a shape to turn off the alarm. It lets you use your own custom alarm sounds (unlike Timely, for instance--I use Earthbound and Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles to wake up). It has a functional UI, and also shows you the forecast temperature outside for the time that you wake up.
CALCU - My favorite calculator app
FAQr - GameFAQs reader
LoboWiki - Wikipedia reader
Muzei w/ Reddit plugin - Made by a Google employee. Refreshes your phone background at a specified interval with blur and desaturation settings. With the reddit plugin, have it pull pictures from /r/earthporn, /r/spaceporn, /r/apodstream, /r/skyporn, /r/weatherporn, /r/imagesofearth, /r/winterporn, /r/springporn, /r/summerporn, /r/autumnporn, and /r/japanpics for fresh, beautiful backgrounds every day.
Nandroid Manager (Pro) - Recover your apps from a nandroid backup instead of using Titanium Backup.
Radio Station Locator - Lists over-the-air radio stations that are closest to you. Useful for when you're driving in the country and looking for the nearest NPR or rock & roll station, for instance.
S Converter - My favorite unit conversion app.
WeatherBomb packs a lot of data into its widget.
My current favorite is WeatherBomb
I've always preferred WeatherBomb. Its widget is particularly useful for seeing when it will rain during the week.
I like WeatherBomb. The widget gives one of the best "at a glance" views of the current and future weather.
WeatherBomb has a very information-dense widget.
Flowx is my favorite of the past couple years. Great graphs and data visualization overlays for your area.
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb
I just installed https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb in the weekend and it seems amazing.
WeatherBomb also.
Flowx has customizable graph-style widgets.
Check out flowx. They just added smoke data.
Flowx has 10-day widgets and you can select which data to show (wind, temp, precip, etc.)
This might be what your looking for....
Take a look at flowx. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb
Not as simple as you may wish but Flowx has lots of data and chart to play with.
Flowx, for me at last..
I've tried and tested all the app you listed and some more. These are my favorite ones:
Flowx (previously lnown as WeatherBomb, it collects and displays raw datas from countless sources around the world and displays them on butter-smooth graphs and radars whose quality is unmatched. The developer is very committed to both meteorology, app efficiency and design, and very resonsive to feedbacks)
Today Weather (one of the few that uses weather.com as provider which, in my region - SE Asia - I found to be the most reliable. Fully featured simplistic at-a-glance design and excellent variety of widgets.)
Google Weather through Frog Weather (it also uses weather.com as provider, nice design and the least heavy to install as it is a simple link to the Google app weather that many have already installed on their device)
YoWindow Weather - Unlimited (it has a few providers to choose from such as met.no, NWS for the US, Foreca, Open Weather Map and you can also set a different provider for the current weather which includes METAR. It has a unique design that follows the idea of portraying what you'd see if you'd look out the window, with drawn animated landscapes and weather conditions. You could also use a picture of your city and it will perfectly animate weather and day/night cycle on it. It would have been my second favorite if it had weather.com as provider)
Flowx
Not bad if you like to compare different models https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.enzuredigital.weatherbomb
I personally love this Android app: Flowx
Found this nice little app yesterday and and really enjoying it. Flowx: Weather Map Forecast
Flowx - high level, long term weather forecasts with smooth swipe control and animation.
I've just added the Total Solar Eclipse path and shadow to overlay on top of clouds. Super useful to plan where to be for the eclipse. Here's a YouTube video.
This is the first app to show the eclipse path with the long term weather forecast.
My website: flowx.io
Cheers, Duane.
Flowx aka WeatherBomb is great for this
Try WeatherBomb. Scroll through it to see the rain volume of the week. Much better than looking the meaningless number.
Weather Bomb... you will not be disappointed
