I found and use a few beautiful Material apps.
Plus I have the depth app you linked here installed a few months back just because I can admire the gorgeous animation.
I just started with Ike App https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pocketuniverse.ike and it really helped me to keep in mind all my tasks. I jumped directly to the paid version just to have access to its widget which pops in my face every time I take my phone (Android)
Yesterday I installed this app on my Android phone called Ike and I noticed it used an interesring interface and system, but I didn't give it a chance..I'll try it again today. It uses this system, so if you're intrested, you might wanna try it.
I really like this Eisenhower Square app. You can sort tasks into urgent/not urgent and important/not important buckets.

It does not get "easier," in that there is less "stuff" to keep track of, but the secret is to get (and stay) organized. If you can manage to do that, you will be ahead of the game.
I use apps like Ike to stay organized. It's based on a method Dwight Eisenhower used. For me, it was weird to stop a project because my time to do it ran out and I needed to work on something else as priority took over, but I'm the type who likes to finish what I start and I just had to get comfortable switching gears. But with organization, life becomes much more manageable.
Well, just started using it, but it's called Ike.
The interface isn't good for long-term planning, but that's not really the purpose I need it for for ADHD. It can also only do one type of reminder notification: you can't make some things into alarms and others into one-off sounds, for instance.
What I like it for is that I can sort the types of goals I want to accomplish for one day into 4 easily accessible categories. I'll sit down at night and write down all the things I need to do (and my own suggested times to complete those things). Then, the next day, I check the app one time in the morning, one time at lunch, one time when I get home. Inevitably I see something on the list that provokes an "oh yeah, that was important!" reaction.
So i found this app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pocketuniverse.ike&hl=da and it's amazing. Best to do app i've ever used. I love how you prioritize as the very first thing you do when making a task, and there is psychological evidence behind this.
I found this app on one of the Saturday APPreciation thread on /r/android. Been using it for sometime and it's based on Eisenhower's priority matrix. It's playful and the design is beautiful.

For classes, I found Spiral by the Dev of Slide for Reddit. You should be able to view it as an early access app under this link
This android app uses the same principle https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pocketuniverse.ike
Ike. The best to do list app
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pocketuniverse.ike
Based on Eisenhower matrix, it's immensely helpful with task management.
Ike, not sure if meron sa PC, but it's what i use sa android phone ko.
wala ako ganyan, pero meron akong ginagamit na todo app, Ike - To-Do List, Task List maganda siya.
There is Ike for Android:

This app was last updated on 2016, And for 2016, this is a really polished app that still works perfectly
I am not an Android developer.
But, by going to https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pocketuniverse.ike&hl=en_US&gl=US, you can tell that you need the following: https://www.google.com/search?q=com.pocketuniverse.ike+apk+2.0
Run it thru this: https://www.sisik.eu/apk-tool
The result was this: https://i.imgur.com/xRaHkws.png
In that AndroidManifest.xml, it says: android:allowBackup="true"
Read this entire excerpt: https://developer.android.com/guide/topics/manifest/application-element#allowbackup
It is therefore fair to assume that this app does not refuse to participate in Google's Free Cloud Backup service or adb backup. Therefore, you must
And, given that this is a text-heavy app that doesn't have much large-sized audiovisual content or anything else being accumulated: Google's 25MB limit should be more than enough to cover all your data inside this app.
However, I would highly suggest that you use adb to backup this app's details because I do not trust Apple or Google's Cloud backups. They provide 0 granularity and have failed my friends at various occasions during the past few years (anecdotal, I know).
You should note that adb backup has been deprecated by Google (https://www.reddit.com/r/Android/comments/bo1fff/adb_backuprestore_have_been_deprecated_in_android/). Generally, "Deprecated means it is fully functional but may be removed in future versions.".
Samsung, for its phones, offers Smart Switch for local non-cloud PC backups. OnePlus offers OnePlus Switch for phone-only or external storage backups -- both of which can be moved to a PC after creation. Pixel technically doesn't offer anything (useless you root, which I don't recommend).
If you read the excerpt above, you can tell that Android 11 is finally fixing this backup issue.
Please read my previous commentary on this issue:
So, in short, make sure you also do an adb backup of that app in particular. Read this as an example: https://gist.github.com/AnatomicJC/e773dd55ae60ab0b2d6dd2351eb977c1
But, make sure you switch to a well-maintained higher-quality app because, ideally, you want full support for local backups. The app developer must target Android 11. And, most high-quality apps do already support and target Android 11.
I don't know if these qualify as life hacks cause I haven't really broken through yet but what keeps me from fumbling around aimlessly and gives me some sense of direction and "having-it-together" -
Trying out lately and liking so far -
Ike todo app follows exactly this
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pocketuniverse.ike

Ike looks cool! I will def give it a spin.
Ike - To Do List is highly underrated. Might be a bit more than what you are looking for, but go check it out!
>the app IKE which is science based and totally free.
