Maybe try: Missed Notifications Reminder
Tasker is pretty amazing but daunting is another word that comes to mind. This looks a little better for what your needs are. Good luck!
Missed Notifications Reminder works for me.

I know, it doesn't have a huge number of downloads, but i wanted to post it since i have never seen it mentioned on reddit and i find it very usefull.
It allows you to set periodic alerts for missed notifications. You can select how often they are triggered and for which apps it should apply.
It a very simple and light app, completely free and without ads.
Not a band fix but I have an app that repeats the notification on the phone at set intervals because like you I would forget about the notification

I'm using an app called Missed Notifications Reminder which continues to send notifications until you dismiss them. It may not work exactly as you want it for reminders since I haven't tried it for that, but it works well enough for me when it comes to WhatsApp messages.

If dark_tinymmanager's finding is global to the F3, then providing the Twitter app displays a notification, you could use an app, I use, Missed Notifications Reminder which will trigger its own notifications, including sound and vibration, when it detects the notifications of the apps you choose. Set it to autostart and no restrictions.
I use the app as an audible alternative to a notification LED, it repeats notifications until cancelled or for a prescribed time. It's an excellent free app.
Since I wrote this, I found this app (Android) that specifically repeats certain, important notifications every few minutes until I acknowledge them. Although I am still perfectly capable of ignoring any single notification, there is now a higher likelihood that I will indeed eventually take care of whatever the notification is trying to tell me, higher than if it only went of once, at least. The concept is still not perfect but it's an improvement, in my opinion.
Additionally, I've made an effort to drastically reduce notifications in general so that any notification that does occur has more of an impact. Most notifications are now caught by this app (Android) and I get a reminder every two hours to go through them all at a glance instead of having to check my phone every few minutes. This has been an actual life changer.
I've also started working on an app myself to help me log what I'm doing throughout the day which uses a similar concept for notifications. It's supposed to pop up and ask me at random times what I've been doing since the last time it asked me and then save my answer so that in the end I have a very simple journal. It will keep trying to get my attention until I write something or until I tell it to ask again in (x time) if I'm busy right this second. It's nowhere near finished but I've run some tests over several days, using a kind of prototype built in Tasker, to test the concept, and I don't think I ever abused the Remind Me Later.
For the lack of LED notification, I tested almost every on-screen app possible, with variable results. What worked best for me was a small app called 'Missed Notification Remider', that can be customized to react to notifications from specific apps. The phone will vibrate several times over a custom interval of time and effectively and advantageously replaces the LED for that. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.missednotificationsreminder&hl=en_US&gl=US

This app is the trick: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.missednotificationsreminder
You can set it to keep ringing every five seconds: https://i.imgur.com/AIIv0bd.jpg
Although I am answering my own question, I'd love to hear any other ideas because it's still not perfect

Certain SMS apps have this built in. It's actually why I use Yaata SMS; it has a lot more flexibility in reminders than most other SMS apps. I set it up so I get a reminder sound every ten minutes if there's a notification (different from the regular ringtone, but you can make it the same), but after 5 reminders it stops.
If you want something for all apps, here's an app that does that exact thing:

Not sure how well it works, but hopefully it helps.
Try a third party app like this

This will record deleted messages. Not photos though.
>Reolink - can we please get RTSP or Home Assistant support for the Argus line. These are supposed to be top of line battery cams, this is a basic feature.
I wouldn't call it a basic feature. On wired cams, sure, but not on battery models. RTSP on a battery cam is very rare, the only ones I've seen that have it are Eufy, but I also see plenty mentions of it not working very well. Which is exactly why you don't see battery cams supporting RTSP... continuous recording and it's going to kill the battery fast, and motion triggered is going to be flaky just due you trying to use RTSP in a way it wasn't really intended for.
If you have absolutely no way of getting power to a powered camera in your cam location, what you could do is use one of their powered cams (which do support RTSP), but come up with your own DIY battery solution to power it. A few guys on here have done that, like this one: https://www.reddit.com/r/reolinkcam/comments/sseckb/my_solar_powered_nano_station_600_feet_of/

>please include a setting for push notifications to continuously send alarm until acknowledged.
If you use Android there are ways to do something similar. My Samsung has a "Notification Reminders" option where you can set specific apps to repeat their notifications every X minutes until dismissed. Not sure if that's a Samsung only thing or if it's on all Android variants.
There are also 3rd party apps that sound like they can do it as well: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.missednotificationsreminder&hl=en_US&gl=US
If you use iOS, you're probably out of luck... they probably wouldn't allow a 3rd party app to do something like that lol.
Perhaps something like: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.app.missednotificationsreminder
Missed Notification Reminder use any reminder app you like, this will fix notifications.
Missed Notification Reminder under advanced settings you can set the sound you want.
Open source and works like a charm.

Thanks. Seems like something that should be built in.
