I use onca I think it's a nice clock widget. There's a lot more customization in the app.

Well, for the clock I'd recommend the onca clock widget, it can get pretty minimalistic, and I suppose you're going for that with that homescreen. I'd also take a look here for some examples using Zooper. It may take some time to get used to it, and some work to do some of the examples you see there, but you can achieve amazing results with it.
As for the icons, I'd suggest going for these instead of those. If you're going for a clean look, these are, in my opinion, better looking.
