Obviously, wallpaper as I posted above.
Outside of that, I just enabled "Show shadow" and the dock background (pure black). You can experiment with the transparency, I set it to a pretty light but still visible amount.
Pasty - I have the paid version so not quite sure sure what the difference between free and paid is. I suppose paid gets you more icons.

Actually its white icon pack, but i tweaked to changed it into black color in fx filter by using invert option.
