I think people are still misinderstanding your post OP. I'd love to find a god game or something like spore as well. The closest I've found are as follows:
Powder Game - a sandbox game with different elements
Pocket Plants - you grow little plant creatures.
Pakka Pets Village - similar to tomagatchi. You take care of and grow a pet.
There's also a mobile version, though it's terrible if you don't have needle fingers. As are most mobile games.

Powder Game 2D physics sandbox based on sand-like pixels of different materials that interact with each other. It's a fun little time-waster and there's a ton of different elements to play with. It's an old browser game I use to play as a kid and it got ported to mobile around 5 years ago.
Stick Ranger 2D platforming RPG where you control 4 different stick people that attack enemies, get loot, and level up. The gear and character system is simple but still has a fair bit of depth. (Made by the same creators as Powder Game).
PokeMMO (Android only) It's Pokemon B/W, Fire Red, and Emerald all turned into an MMO. You can travel freely between the regions and bring your Pokemon with you. You can play on PC with the same character as well. You need to obtain the ROMs associated with those games to play and in order to install you need to run a .apk file. (Instructions on website).
