WindowBlinds unless I am mistaken only styles individual windows and controls, IMO OP is just asking for the four corners of the whole screen to be masked off, like Roundr on Android for example
You could try using an app like Roundr to shut off the pixels in the corner, but I haven't seen anything that allows you to select custom pixels to disable.
