It doesn't look like I use much from this category, but this is actually one of my most used apps.
Full version of sleep as Android. Best alarm I've used and it has features like sleep tracking and lullabys.

If you have Android I highly recommend Sleep As Android. The QR/barcode scanner is only one of many "captcha" options, you could do math problems and other things as well. It has a lot of other cool features like "smart periods" where you can set your phone to track your sleep and it'll attempt to wake you up when you're in a light sleep phase so you're not groggy.
There's a paid and free version, can't remember how much the paid was but it was well worth it. If you're an iPhone user I've heard "Alarmy" does the roughly the same things.
Sleep tracking, wakes you up at the best possible sleep cycle, has methods to force you out of bed once it goes off.
I wouldn't recommend doing this at all, it splits you're play store ranking reducing visibility for both versions. This strategy was uses early on in the play store to have a Free and a Pro version, but these days the conventional wisdom is make one version with an IAP for the upgrade.
If you don't want to got through the google API for the IAP their are other options to make an unlocked app like this (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.urbandroid.sleep.full.key&hl=en).
I've written a response on another thread
If you are a light sleeper or you've had a bad night of sleep or have difficulty getting to sleep, you'll only have a little deep sleep. I am a light sleeper and in the past two weeks I've only recorded two instances of deep sleep for 20-25 minutes.
Try the Sleep as Android app. It also has a watch app to connect to your phone.

See if it shows something different to what Samsung Health is logging.
The one they use is called Sleep as android but I think you have to pay for it. If you're looking for a free one the you can try Alarmy but idk if its any good
Sleep As Android has a feature that mentions "You are dreaming" when it detects your REM cycle starting. It is one of the first apps I paid for almost over 5 years ago with regular updates. I got it initially to help with my insomnia.

There is a free version and a separate paid version.
Sleep as Android is a great tool. It tracks sleep nightly by ambient noise level, has great alarm features including gradual wake or requiring puzzles to wake up and it even has sleep alarms that are fully customizable.
I have one that tells you when to go to bed based on your alarm; tracks your sleep & wakes you up based on where you are in your sleep cycle, plus a bunch of different kinds of captcha.

Yeah, the app is missing. Although, Sleep as Android Unlock in still available!
It is cheaper at different country play stores

Dittoing the light box. Here a non profit rents them for 10$ a month but if your not in a major city you might have to buy one on Amazon for under 100$.
I would also look into general depression stuff as well as S.A.D. stuff. Sleeping like that is something that happens a lot with depression.
For the non-doctor advice...
Get a bedtime alarm and sleep tracking app, I like Sleep as a Droid and give your self probably 9 or 10 hours for the first week as you'll likely sleep like crap. Later work on setting it to whatever sleep time is best for you. This will track how much you move and wake up and more importantly tell you when to get ready for bed. Also lullabies.
For the next two or three days try not to sleep expect sleep time. If you must sleep during the day set up multiple annoying alarms and do not sleep that long, you feel like shit after. Stock up on some coffee.
Try to wake up and shower by 10:30 each day, make tea or coffee and start a routine or habit. For most people this would be coffee and news but a game that has an obvious end also works. Probably bad to start the day with Skyrim. Next try to plan what you are doing, be it errands, applying for jobs, school, or whatever.
Try to get outside each day. Yes it's -25* but still. If you do not have to walk to get mail or anything try taking shitty sunrise pictures for a month or something. Even 20 minutes of crap sun will help a bit, although more mentally.
Exercise your self to exhaustion if stuck. May not be an option in your area. Yoga videos are on YouTube and easy.
It doesn't sound like you have any reason to be up or time line to doing stuff, this results in an erratic sleep schedule and being in a horrible funk. Try to schedule something small to do, take an in person or Coursera class, get on Steam and start a group playing and chatting with someone, get a job or start a project, offer to babysit or dog sit for a neighbour... Scheduling something to do by noon will cause you to have a reason to wake up on time.
I believe Sleep as Android may do this, though I haven't used it in a while

I have a GTS, but not the GTR.
Couple of things:
the vibration alarm (audibly) rattles if the watch isn't pressing tightly against your wristbone. AFAIK, third-party apps can only customize the vibration duration for an event, not the intensity.
sleep tracking with sleep as android through notify & fitness is excellent. You can let the watch vibrate, and/or have your phone wake you up. Tracking drains about 5%-7% of battery on my watch per night.
You will likely also end up buying Mi Bandage . The cost of these three apps is not negligible, and apart from sleep as android, you can't use family sharing because you buy them with IAPs.

I usually get my apks from this site and from the app apktime. However, I could not find them. I am very thankful for what you are doing!
