Epub files are zip files with html files inside. Unzip the epub file and then modify the html file with your text editor or html editor of choice.
EDIT: Here's a handy guide
EDIT2: Apparently this won't work with every device
If a specific font is being charged for somewhere, it's likely going to be charged for all over the (legitimate) internet. If you want to use a font in a commercial work, licensing can really become a hairball. You can find free fonts at http://openfontlibrary.org/ and http://www.dafont.com/ has a lot of free fonts as well. Note that Da Font has a lot of varying licenses, with a lot of "free for personal use" posted there. OFL, on the other hand, has a lot less selection, but everything there can be used freely. (Think open-source freely.)
I recently used VisiPics for just such a project. Note that there are better tools for finding exact file matches, but this one does work more like TinEye, and you can set thresholds for similarity.
The term you are looking for is "Optical Character Recognition", or OCR.
Functionality may suffer when reading handwritten text. Having said that, here is the first result I found when searching the above term.
right now i'm looking at todoist and wunderlist and plan and https://momentumdash.com/ seems like it could help, but all of those (except the latter) seem to be more... come and check the thing... rather than constant reminders. idk.
I'm not sure if this is what you're after, but ImageMagick is a free tool that has a Compare program. It will point out the differences between two images, and with a bit of programming knowledge you can even create an automated script to compare a lot of images at once.
If you need to compare a lot of images to each other instead, you can use the "flicker compare" method, described further down. That will create a slideshow-like gif of all the images, so you can quickly spot differences with your own eyes.
Metacritic is the reviewer of choice for Steam games. They combine critic reviews and user reviews. Not sure if that's exactly what you're looking for, but it may be a good start :)
Seems like you are looking for an arpeggiator with random note selection?
You can try one with Audiomulch, it has an arpeggiator module which allows you select the notes you would like to use and which octaves you would like them in, it works with virtual patch cables that you connect to an output.
I know there are probably others (Ableton, Reason, maybe even standalone programs etc...), I'm just familiar with that one.
You could also ask in /r/WeAreTheMusicMakers, who probably know of other programs.
Since these don't need to be actually useful, what about oven mitts with a pizza graphic on them?

https://www.amazon.com/Holders-4%EF%BC%8CResistant-Non-Slip-Kitchen-Grilling/dp/B09PMXF1QL/
Would one of these work?
https://www.amazon.com/BONAOK-Bluetooth-Microphone-Christmas-Smartphone/dp/B0773M39P6/
https://www.amazon.com/Microphone-Wireless-Bluetooth-Portable-Handheld/dp/B07TS5RYML
They're both under $100 and have a micro SD card.
You mean something like this?
Buy this:
Cinch it up tightly around your power cord. Then, attach one of these velcro coins or circles to a free space on your laptop.
Next, take the long end from the first piece and press it down to the velcro circle. It should keep the plug from falling out.
> have a hard time hearing the phone ring
Is "the phone" a cellphone or landline?
If it's an Android cellphone whenever a phone is paired to a bluetooth device both the cellphone and bluetooth speaker ring, I'm not sure if this is also the case with iPhone.
If it's a landline they sell amplifiers.
Search amazon for "phone ringer" OR "phone ringer amplifier" to get a sense of what's out there.
The only other thing I can think of is a seatbelt cutter. Most of them are probably too chunky or just not quite the right shape for envelopes, but this one might possibly work.
Hey thanks. Using what you said had me down a Google rabbit hole. Do you think something like this device could work? I'm thinking mostly of using a Chromecast on an old set. Again more for display than practical use lol

These ones are jet black and have good reviews…
I've used these for a long time in the shower now.
and I use these Large tip replacements
You could load up the songs on to an MP3 player that has a built in speaker. Something like this.

There are numerous smart plugs that will allow you to do this, but a bigger issue is whether you can use one on your workplace's internet. There's a good chance that they block access to automation devices for security reasons.
You could just buy one of these things if you're afraid that you'll leave your heater running while you're not there.
You don't have to RockBox a Sansa if you just want to give it a folder full of music. /u/xeroxerox, something like this should do you nicely. It takes up to another 32GB in the SD slot, but you'll have to upgrade if you want more than 40GB.
It's not ideal ( tiny thumbnails, non-random sample), but most things on MyAnimeList have pictures of the voice actors ( and a reasonably-sized one on their individual page ).
Your basic electric usage monitor will do that, and there are ones with batteries that record history. I got a basic level "Kill A Watt P3" for under $20 and it doesn't need a device plugged into it to show the line's voltage. Mine tracks voltage history, it just won't remember it if the power goes out or it gets unplugged.
There isn't a difference between the device's voltage and the wall's voltage. Plugging in a device connects it to the power grid and it's voltage will be whatever the wall's voltage is. Think of voltage as sort of "electrical pressure". Like water pressure in a pipe system. It will only change if you run it through a device that changes it, like transformers.
Amperage is how much power the device is drawing. There will be 0 amps going through an outlet that has nothing plugged into it. Again, to use the water analogy, it's like the flow rate of the water. The amps won't mean much to the power company anyway. Voltage is what you will want to track, if it goes high or low it causes the devices to draw the wrong amount of amps.

I would also love to know this.
I use Always on Top to keep videos locked on the front of the screen with ctrl+space.
Hello, I'm a bot! The movie you linked is called District 9, here are some Trailers
Some of these
Search term: portable touchscreen monitor for phone.
You must get a touchscreen to handle the pressure. Also they seem to be quiet picky on which phones they work with. The link above only works with newer Samsung and a few others.
Your looking for a large A3 sized monitor to display digital images, whatever you get it's probably going to be expensive. An actual drawing tablet may be a bit more but may be more useful.
The biggest cost here is size. Small monitors and tablets are much cheaper. The absolute cheapest option I can think of is to print out pictures on printable transparency and use the light pad you already have.

I give you the German-created Al Dente. (This loads pre-translated by Google Translate). You drop him in the water and different operas play when the pasta's cooked or something or other. Seems like a cool idea, if I ignore the fact that I'm dropping a lug of plastic into my pasta.
I'm not sure if I understand what do you want. Extention that stores(rehosts) images online? Perhaps imgur extention is what you're looking for, it lets you rehost image to imgur.com and you can easily access it via button it adds to chrome.
Notable sounds it has are: Fire, bird sounds, Darth Vader. It has much more though, most of them pleasant :)
It's a really great site/flash applet, you can set to oscillate the volume of certain sounds, you can set up to four different sounds...
I'd search to find the CPU Passmark rating, then the video card G3D rating of each one and see who has the highest. But, as you said, benchmarking would be the most accurate.
Yes, you can use Audacity http://www.audacityteam.org/download/windows/ You can cut, loop, speed up etc. It's completely free & open source and there a loads of instruction videos on YouTube.
Enjoy

On Chrome:StayFocusd; On OS X:Concentrate
The problem with these is that it's too easy to disable them. I found they give me a false sense of control, so I dropped them. I'd rather address the source of my procrastination/akrasia than rely on software. YMMV.
Well for email newsletters there's http://unroll.me for logins for most services there's the open source http://justdelete.me
I have not tested either of these sites, I know from others that just delete is great, I can't say anything about unroll.
Ooh wait, " just delete " only tells you how, it doesn't find the accounts.
I think legally, due to international Internet privacy laws, there's not a way to do this, though I could be wrong.
Ooh there is a few sites which say they can do "reverse email search" though most are terrible and work by looking for public mentions of email on profile pages, when they even work, a lot are actually disreputable marketing agencies pretending to offer the service so they can spam you.
I don't know about hardware solutions but there are a number of apps that claim to be able to send notifications from your phone to your Mac / PC. Prowl is one and a google search showed Pushbullet as another possible solution.
Another idea is that you could just buy a cheap original Pebble off eBay and keep that on your desk.
https://powerbi.microsoft.com/en-us/ has a free version but you need a Microsoft account. It is far better at displaying data nicely than Excel and can pull from many different sources.
I couldn’t find exactly what you described, but I wondered if this kind of idea might be a useful solution in the meantime? Knock Knock Sticky Notes Packet, Days of The Week https://smile.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00B7IDN1C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_2KWKJN39ZXW3TJNV5NQ9 Sorry it’s Amazon, hopefully you can find a different supplier if you think you would like them 😊
Even better, there is (or at least was) a line of them designed for Keurig machines! Can’t get much more American than that. ;p
I got some Campbell’s chicken noodle and some tomato one year for Christmas along with a soup mug for quick lunches. They weren’t bad, but as with most pre-made soups, it was pretty salty. Also you might want to run the Keurig empty to rinse it out between cups.
(Disclaimer: I’m just posting this link for reference; I generally don’t trust freshness or pricing on pantry goods from third party vendors) Lipton Soup Secrets Instant Noodle - Soup Made With Real Chicken Broth 4.5 Ounce - 5 Pack https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B003JIBBNA/
I'd agree, this is going to be your easiest route, by far. Electrically, there's plenty of other solutions but they're going to be much more complex to implement than just changing out the switch. The TP Link Kasa switches can be bought for ~$10-15: https://www.amazon.com/Kasa-Smart-Light-Switch-TP-Link/dp/B01EZV35QU
The high tech approach would be to disassemble the batteries, organize the cells, test them, and recombine the compatible ones into one large bank. I think however a simpler solution would be to set up some sort of quick swap system instead that makes it easy to go from one battery to another with almost no interruption. If you had a USB type a to USB type C adapter on each one, you could then use one of these magnetic couplings on each battery and the cable on your power source.
Not that I know of, but this morning I came across this weirdness on amazon canada.

Google play link. I got the paid version. Can't be more than 5.99. one of the best apps I've tried.
The only real way to do that is to get a certain water heater that holds less hot water and time it out to see how much smaller you want it to be. But simple math should suffice; if you want the hot water to diminish twice as fast, get a water heater half the size of your current one.
A cheaper easier way is to do what I did and just buy a shower head that displays the temperature. (It is water pressure powered; requires no batteries or anything.) Thereby, you'll know exactly what the best starting temperature will be for you.
It's just an adapter. https://www.amazon.com/Adapter-Acessorz-Extension-Headphone-OnePlus/dp/B076B2MJKV
My Pixel 3 Phone has no earphone jack, just the USB-c port for charging and I can only use the headphones that came with the phone to plug into that port if I want to listen to music or whatever. But what if those headphones (ear buds) break or are at home and I just want to pick up a cheap pair while I'm out or borrow some? I just use an adapter similar to the one in the link above and plug the aux style ear buds into the adapter which plugs into the USB-c port on my phone. Violá!
I have one of these https://www.amazon.com/Sabrent-4-Port-Individual-Switches-HB-UM43/dp/B00JX1ZS5O/
I use it for microcontroller projects so I can easily toggle power that being said maybe something like this can work for you?
Not sure why I've been downvoted. I don't often participate in this sub, so apologies if I've done something wrong.
In any case, I found what I was looking for. On the off chance that anyone in the future finds this thread, the thing was made through an IndieGogo campaign, and it's called Switchflip: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B074CWBTPT/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_iv3oBbS8P2042
I did a little searching and found this thing: https://www.amazon.com/Cables-Unlimted-Wireless-Device-Dongle/dp/B0025VJT5E But it's expensive (you need 2 of them) and reviewed poorly.
I think in general this type of gadget doesn't really exist because it's too cost prohibitive to be practical for most use cases. It's not only got to have wireless, but also handle power on at least one end since the peripheral won't be supplying it. Figure you can design one with a profitable cost of ~$20, the buyer still needs 2 of them (one on both ends), so now you're $40 in the hole. At that point you can probably just buy the natively wireless version of whatever product (i.e. for your SWitch, I've got this controller and it works great, $30)
To follow up, I think I found a device that does this at long last.
https://www.amazon.com/Avantree-Headphones-Driver-Free-Transmitter-Plug-n-Play/dp/B01G3J1I5M
Basically this but with wireless charging
Cd Mount, WizGear CD Slot Magnetic Car Mount Holder, for Cell Phones and Mini Tablets with Fast Swift-Snap Technology, Magnetic Cell Phone Mount https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00NE4O672/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_5pSiBbWH6T7DM
Not quite what I'm talking about. It'd be something like taking bluetooth headphones like these:
https://www.amazon.com/FIRO-Wireless-Bluetooth-Cancelling-Smartphones/dp/B074361J8M/
And attaching a QI receiver like this: https://www.amazon.com/Wireless-Charging-Receiver-Universal-Narrow-interface/dp/B0199NI5XW/
Obviously that would look pretty awful if I did it, but if a manufacturer did it and integrated the design, the cost per unit would be much cheaper then the probably $200 Apple will charge.
(Let it be known I have a Surface Pro and am perfectly happy with it.)
I’ve heard of 3rd party keyboards that clip onto your Surface Pro, so that there’s a friction-hinged connection between them. Let me look it up…
…Here’s one Doesn’t seem reasonably priced though, does it? $150.
The First Robotech War of the Robotech saga ended with a lot of Zentraedi soldiers stranded on Earth. The Zentraedi Rebellion novel specifically addresses their ability (or lack thereof) to adapt to life on Earth.
Here's one, but I also see several more in the suggested viewing section. There are a few others I found on Amazon as well that have barnyard sounds and the like.
What type of thing were you thinking of?
There's also this one that is a touch-activated LED light and seems overpriced.
Here's the closest thing I've found. It's got a trackball instead of a joystick, but maybe it'll serve your purposes?
Otherwise, you can use a program to connect the Wiimote+Nunchuck via bluetooth and emulate mouse movement.
As a rough workaround, you could connect a Bluetooth keyboard to a phone or tablet in your pocket or bag. Turn off the auto-lock so you don't get shut out, open some type of notes app, then just type there.
And if you wanted to keep your phone on the table or in your lap or something so you can double check something, you could.
If the phone is capable of using a headset, buy this and a regular M/M stereo cord. Plug the regular stereo into your computer's audio output, and the mic input of the adapter, and the male end of the adapter into your phone.
Your question is confusing because you're getting I/O wrong. You don't put a message 'into the speaker' of a phone. A speaker amplifies the sound received by the microphone. Whatever you're asking for certainly does exist, but I think you need to work on your phrasing.
theres an app called 3D Tuning that is both on Google Play and iTunes App Store. I've been playing with it all day
