Easy!
Text Fairy is a free and open-source document scanner that seems to work really well for OCR (optical character recognition, i.e. reading text from images).
For those so inclined, it even supports reading Latin and polytonic Ancient Greek, which is really neat.

I would like to recommend a great app that might be useful to you. It's called Text Fairy (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renard.ocr) but only available on Google Play Store (free). You can easily scan any image and it will extract the text for you and read it out loud (TTS). I hope you will find it useful.
What you want is an OCR scanner.
There are quite a lot different ones out there, but take a look at Text Fairy which is free.
There is Text Fairy that is open source but not on f-droid, on f-droid you can find Open Note Scanner. Honestly I've used Text Fairy just twice and never used Open Note Scanner so I don't know how they are in comparison with CamScanner.
You could do this 1.Use text fairy https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renard.ocr And convert ur photos to a PDF 2.Copy the text to speech with TALK https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.ktix007.talk

Merci d'avance,
What platform?
Text Fairy on Android (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renard.ocr) doesn't "auto-Google" the result, but allows you to capture text and then do other things (including copy to clipboard, and from there you can paste that into a Google search).
The best text scanner I have ever used. I often use it for scanning quite large documents (1000+ words) and its accuracy is very impressive. Best of all, it's free.
I've never seen an app like that, it does not seem like a very common scenario honestly..
This would be the closest, where it can extract text from an image and copy the contents to the clipboard.

You're probably better off using a mobile phone based OCR (like Text Fairy) and grabbing the texts directly off your source and pasting it into Excel.
I reccomend Text Fairy if you ever need an OCR than can read Japanese.
My Android OCR app is impressive. It says
Black niTY
and then a pop-up screen with "Oops. Something doesn't seem right".

Haven't used it in a few years, but it was pretty decent.
I use this open source app, free of ads and IMHO best in its class Text Fairy
Yes, there are many. I just ran done preliminary tests on the ones that were either free or inexpensive (under five bucks U.S.).
If you just want ocr and nothing else, text fairy was the best overall. Best ui, highest percentage of text captured and best at reading blurry or low res images. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renard.ocr
Next best was scan to text ocr. The percentage was similar, but the ui isn't as good, and it wasn't as good with lower quality images. Plus it only does two languages. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.andretor.scantotext
Now, if you want one that's a bit more multi function in terms of output and scanning ability, my current favorite that also does ocr quite well (plus is very easy to use) is scan bot https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=net.doo.snap
It's free, but with a pro version you can access in multiple ways, which is always a plus. You can do the basic that doesn't do ocr, the pro that does by accepting ads, paying an up front price (that is very fair imo) or a subscription fee per month. It's good enough I paid for it full and dumped the others I had tried out including cam scanner and tiny scanner.
There's a dozen or so others out there, but the majority are either buggy, have a difficult to use ui or are more expensive than competitors that are just as good or better
Apps with offline OCR ususally work using Tesseract engine. E.g.: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renard.ocr
For Android, here are two to look at:
1) Text Fairy is free and does a good job of scan-and-read-aloud.. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renard.ocr&hl=en_US&gl=US
2) EnVision AI (designed for use with blind, but has an awesome OCR that would be fine for dyslexia as well). https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.letsenvision.envisionai
Envision AI is $20 / year or $55 to buy it once. You have a 14-day trial period.
Text Fairy works for me

I use an app called Text Fairy to scan docs and convert them to a text file. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renard.ocr&hl=en_US
This one is pretty good
https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renard.ocr
Text Fairy OCR no ads, supports Portuguese.
Text Fairy Converts image to text and edits extracted text. No ads.
Good to know. Here's a neato on phone OCR app but long url's are tough to get a good image of.

Text fairy for Android. Comes with ocr so you can create a searchable PDF. https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.renard.ocr
Text fairy best OCR app. open source, free, no ads, best performance.
