I had a similar battery drain on mine as well the past week. It seemingly cured itself once I removed Zenfit from my phone and other apps I wasn't using anymore. Also, if you don't got Wear Battery Stats I would highly suggest getting it.
It's Wear Battery Stats. It's pretty great. It has a warning as well, if your battery drops below a selectable level. Particularly useful for when my SW3 takes a shit and drops to 30% in an hour. More to the point, it's great to see how long your battery lasted, or will last.
You can install an app for checking battery usage called 'Wear Battery Stats' https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.npi.wearbatterystats&hl=de The batterylife really sounds terrible, from what I've read one day should be doable easily. Do you use the stock watchfaces and do you have lots of apps installed?
It's gone with no real explanation from Google as to why. For now you can use Wear Battery Stats to see your charge and how long until it runs out. Unfortunately it doesn't track app usage. > https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.npi.wearbatterystats
There are apps for this, Wear Battery Stats , Wear Battery Monitor
First thing I did after one day's worth of wearing, bought a black stainless band. The silicone/rubber or whatever on it just felt terrible after wearing a Casio stainless for over a decade.
Bought this (I seem to remember 22mm was the correct LG G Watch size?) "New 18 20 22 24 mm Heavy Double Lock Flip Diver Clasp Stainless Strap Watch Band ( 301010558210 )" from this seller.
Next thing I did was install the Google Wear app and the battery stats.
Been wearing it on and off when I feel like keeping it charged up for x amount of days and it's pretty cool to use whilst driving and texting my missus etc.
Feels a bit like a novelty still and therefore is not always on my wrist.
You may want to try temporarily^* installing Wear Battery Stats and letting it run for 4+ hours while you go about your day. It'll give you some better details on what's eating your battery.
^* ^(Unfortunately the battery stats app sucks battery as well)
Plug in the watch. If the LG boot comes up then the battery was just dead. If nothing happens then the watch is faulty.
You can also use an app called Wear Battery Stats to keep track of the battery life throughout the day. It will help you narrow down what is causing the battery drain.
Normally there is a settle down period for the battery. It should hold a charge better after the first full charge and discharge.
Apart from the Wear app on the phone, I use Wear Battery Stats app on the watch. It'll show you two graphs, the 'battery history' and the 'expected time until fully discharged'.

I believe on your phone you can access generic stats which are by % -

And then there is an app for wear battery stats which will give more absolute figures but may not be compatible and cost a couple bucks...
