I've always seen this site tossed around. I'm sure most know of it, but in case you didn't. No MITD from what I can see though.
Yes, that's him! The two suggestions you gave weren't the episode but it's definitely him, and I've been able to find the episode now. It was 1997-09-12 I listened to!
Begin here: The Ultimate Art Bell Collection

"From the High Desert..."
not all on this list but close to it, hope it helps.

There is a channel on Youtube from his Midnight in the desert stuff he did on periscope I think it was. A lot of stuff there, you can do a batch download through something like the command line youtubedl or I'm sure there are websites out there with a GUI:

I don't know if you've seen the eye's collection but there may be some stuff on there you haven't seen:
Hello everyone,
I started the Art Bell Archive Youtube Channel. I also fear that the channel will be taken down by C2C although I'm not looking to monetize and profit off the channel - simply spread the program to a new audience. However, in the event of a shakedown this website has everything you need: https://the-eye.eu/public/Radio/The%20Ultimate%20Art%20Bell%20Collection/Shows/
All easy MP3's to download.
What a great idea! I'm going to listen this afternoon. I do want to mention that your link seems to be broken (404 error). Here's a good link:
I agree Ed Dames was boring to listen to, I've listened to all interviews and just cant find the attraction that art appeared to have on his RV topics, but in 2002 I remember a show about a clandestine mission sent to a place extremely deep below the mantle via some cave system and this crew that was sponsored to go down with a guy named Dallas Thompson I believe, I might have his last name wrong but what got my attention is that as I listened to that show and also did some digging on tor. If I recall correctly one of the first things that i looked for was the name of the ship/ vessel which "they" the "Investor" sponsored for this crew to go down but when searched for this guy dallas thompson and the name of the ship, the sites that i found with this information just absolutely correlated to what the guy said on the show and i think that it is an operation that truly did go down... heres the link to that show 10/04/2002 Art Bell - The Hollow Earth with Dallas Thompson
No, just posted incorrectly. This is the working link.
Edit: ok for some reason we can’t post this link. Wasn’t just OP. Just copy & paste the whole link he posted.
Yes most of us here do the same thing. I also found you can buy these MP3 / FM/AM radios that have sleep timer and I use one of these instead. I have a 32GB micro SD in there loaded with all his shows and I set it to play every night, playing through the real radio is an authentic experience, you can even extend the antenna if you want to feel like its real, also you can get copies of the shows that were downloaded live over real FM stations and you will hear static from time to time. It's very authentic and makes you feel like you're in 1999 again.
Art could interview a paper bag and it would be better than what C2C has turned into. Many times while prepping dinner I'll listen to MITD or something from here](https://castbox.fm/channel/id1499281?utm_campaign=a_share_ch&utm_medium=dlink&utm_source=a_share&country=us)
Is this the archive you mention?
I’m hoping to be able to archive them as MP3’s on my own drive.
Yep, the first two episodes. Each of the first two episodes! I randomly fast forwarded to 27:48. See for yourself https://castbox.fm/episode/1993-06-20----Coast-to-Coast-AM-with-Art-Bell---Al-Bielek---Philadelphia-Experiment.mp3-id1499281-id102726886?country=us

This is the one I'm listening to now. About an hour and 30 minutes in there is an electrician who tries to tell a story about weird stuff happening on an Indian burial site. Dude can't focus or maybe he's trolling idk. We hear about CA dam building, his super model girlfriend, and his cabin. He's about to get into something about levitating but Art finally cuts him off for good. This guy was a master time waster. Art gave him like two or three "wrap it ups" before finally stopping him.
There is another guy at 2:56 or so that's telling a story about his dad and he starts crying so Art lets him go but comes in later with the firm wrap-it-up/WIU.
I love the G2G episodes because there is such a diversity of people calling and it's super fascinating how some people are such good storytellers and others, even with better material, suck so much.

Hopefully this link works for you, it's the gift that keeps on giving
Edit: for some reason the formatting is messed up when I post it.
https://the-eye.eu/public/Radio/ Choose Ultimate Art Bell Collection folder, then extras, and you'll see the Hendrie folder in there

> Is your archive more thorough?
Yes, their listing so far is only 300 shows while there are 1338 just in The Ultimate Art Bell Collection.
Sorry, I was laying in bed listening when I threw this on Reddit, but yes Ultimate Art Bell Collection. I fixed it an added the date/name of the show.
You can get a lot of the ghost to ghost broadcasts from The-Eye and they even work on your iPhone I am sure you can download them to the phone.
yes this is a great website where you can download just about every single show right here http://the-eye.eu/public/Radio/The%20Ultimate%20Art%20Bell%20Collection/Shows/
Hey, no problem. I've found a couple of good YouTube channels for old Art Bell episodes...in addition to the one that put that one up, if you search for a channel called Supernova Red that seems to be taken down and re-uploaded pretty regularly, but has quite a few shows. I also found an app just called Podcast App that has a channel called "Art Bell Archives" with over 1,300 episodes indexed by air date.
I took this picture from the back of “The Source” by Art Bell and Brad Steiger. I can not find any information about it. Here is an amazon link with the entry: https://www.amazon.com/Edge-Mans-Mysterious-Incredible-Future/dp/1879706512
Of course none for sale and no reviews. I wonder if it even really exists. I’m thinking it could possibly be a “prototype” for Global Superstorm? It’s weird that Paper Chase press would try selling a book that doesn’t exist.
