One of my kids had this after wearing braces. Demineralized white spots. Also can be caused by diet and nutrition issues, or celiac disease.
Dr prescribed a nano-hydroxyapatite toothpaste. It's also available on Amazon, I use this one
The way it is shaped in 'lines' is a dead giveaway for poison ivy. It usually gets worse before it gets better. Keep it dry. There is also this scrub that will clear it up right away. You will be happy if you order it now so it will be at your house in a day or so when it gets horrific.

Source: I get poison ivy at least twice every year. Before I used this product i used to cry and cry and cry and it got so horrible I would take many antihistamines and try to just fall asleep.
Hi there. We typically send amylase (and more often lipase) tests to evaluate for pancreatic inflammation, in which case these levels are often elevated. Amylase is also found in saliva.
We rarely run into low amylase levels, and even then, we usually don't get too concerned. That being said, I found this website because I don't know too much about low amylase levels and couldn't find anything on uptodate, but I did find something in this book here which does give a broad differential of possibilities. That being said, oftentimes these levels can dip down, and they're of no concern, like your doctor mentioned. However, I'd recommend discussing this with your doctor again if you remain concerned.
Sebamed Extreme Dry Skin Repair... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B071W2LQXS?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I have eczema and normally itch head to toe, this cream completely turned my skin around in 24 hours. Find a cream or lotion with urea if you don’t like this particular one, that’s the key ingredient to help calm your skin.
I used to get some pretty nasty canker sores before I was diagnosed with celiac
If it hurts too much to eat, an NSAID is a good pain reliever. Otherwise, super salty water, something like this, and avoiding acidic and sugary foods (too much pain)
Good luck! That really sucks
Not a doc but the “clay colored stool” is what made me comment. Where I am, we are having a Hep A outbreak and that’s one of the symptoms.

If it's worms, it's probably Pinworms - Mayo Clinic link and Wiki link
Start with this, and if that doesn't work, go see a doc. Are you sexually active? You could be having a reaction to the brand of condom you're wearing, or your girl may have given you something. If so, tough luck.
Read this. Then call your doctor with any additional questions regarding dosage. She prescribed it and no doubt has very good reasons. She is where the answers are.
What about those supports they sell on Amazon? Something like this:
I think in the long run, they might weaken your muscles but it might bring you relief when you’re at school and standing up.
This is drastic, but I personally know several women who have had breast reductions due to the pain. It might be hard to fit a surgery into medical school.
The exercises mainly focused on biceps and core muscles. Examples are pushups, burpees, planks, and mountain climbers. I have done them before, and they were not too intensive. I did repeat on monday, but after that I stopped. The pain was on both arms. This has not occurred before. Due to the virus, all gyms and schools near me are closed. I got the exercises from the app https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=sixpack.sixpackabs.absworkout and https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=armworkout.armworkoutformen.armexercises. Each app has 3 levels of difficulty. I chose the hardest on both because I sort of work out all the time already. What I do are things like drag branches and shovel bark for a while and other yard work
I found it on the Google play store.
Edit: it's also on Amazon. Both are free. I just downloaded it and it's pretty cool. Especially for us insomniacs.
Maybe pick up a pulse ox sensor like this and monitor your blood oxygenation levels. It it falls below 90% under normal breathing conditions, its time to visit the ER.
My daughter had an excellent journal that helped her a lot, here are some links.
Stopping The Pain: Workbook for Teens
You feel things really powerfully, you need a better way to regulate what you are feeling. It will be okay. Try to find someone to help you learn DBT.
The redness & irritation does go away on its own with good hygiene, you’re right. KP however, if it’s not environmentally inflicted (diet, med side effects, etc.,), it’s typically genetic and there’s no cure so it’ll keep returning if you’re not diligent. That’s why I suggest the mitt as a preventative measure. It’ll also greatly reduce any rough areas that could get accidentally scratched or irritated by abrasives.
You’re absolutely right about the pool. Sodium Hypochlorite is the active ingredient in the CLn bodywash. It’s a liquid chlorine. ;) It is a little pricy for a bodywash. However, a bottle of it will last a very long time. I think I’m still using the same one I purchased over a year ago. It’s just an option that’s gentle and effective, recommended by derm, and more convenient than a swimming pool. But, you are right! The bottom line is good hygiene and routine.
CLn SportWash - Sport Body Wash for Skin Prone to Sport Infections, Rashes, and Ingrown Hairs (3.4 fl oz) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BIURVKS/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_VNH6VE546QKJ4WXJCSWC
That certainly looks like KP. I’ve personally struggled with it for years when I was younger. Get yourself one of [these] bad boys. Shower like normal or with a KP body wash, then use the cloth Mitt and with only water, rub in small circles to exfoliate, then rinse. It’s not acne, however it does get irritated the same way acne does. With sweat and built up skin oils, and friction from clothes. Or scratching, introducing bacteria. IMO, this works much better than moisturizers however they both help. With the mitt you should feel a difference in skin texture immediately, but may take a few weeks to completely clear up. Using the mitt a few times a week will also prevent this. It won’t work if you use soap or body wash with the mitt. Water only.

These are great. It always gets my vitamin D back up. But if it’s under 20 take the 50,000 a week that I’m sure your doctor is prescribing.
If seeing a doctor is a concern, you can try a couple approaches first.
Dribble some baby oil or olive in your ear to soften the wax and then rinse it out in a hot shower with a massage shower head. Be careful with not going to strong on the massager strength.
A better solution is to use a spray bottle like this: https://www.amazon.com/EarClear-Rx-Kit-Rigid-Irrigation/dp/B07BSXZRV2/
I agree with /u/elolvido...you sound like you have a hiatal hernia. If so, you will need an upper GI which is a test where you drink a fluid and then get an x-ray which will show if your stomach has herniated up above your diaphragm. I have a hiatal hernia and had most of your symptoms.
Sound familiar?
I get these episodes occasionally and another type where everything feels unfamiliar despite being in that situation before. I think that is called jamais vu. Both seem like to be related to anxiety disorders.
I suggest you seek medical advice but I also like to try and provide and answer so here it is. Input your food into this site and it will show you a micro nutrition break down so you can tell what you're missing out on. https://cronometer.com/
As others have said, you need to be evaluated by an Ophthalmologist (a medical doctor who specializes in eye diseases).
Also, have you tried f.lux to change the brightness of your screen?
Used to have them pretty often, here's what helped me :
Regular sleep schedule. Otherwise i'm fucked. If I stay very late one night, 90% chance to have a migraine the n ext day (not a headache, BELIEVE ME :D). Also, happens if I sleep too much.
Avoid bright lights. Outside, and from computer.s Outside I almost always have my sunglasses, for computers, I use f.lux can't recommend this enough :D.
Either avoid caffeine completly, or, if you drink coffee at work, do not forget to drink some on the week-end too. Coffee withdrawal > headaches/migraines for me.
Avoid constant stress. I had a very stressing work, stress was NOT good for my migraines at all.
With this, it only happens a few times per year, when a few years ago, I used to have multiple ones / months.
My doctor also gave me pills to take as soon as you felt that "aura" kind of thing. If you took them while you were having a migraine, it did nothing, you had to take it before it, and it worked pretty good. I don't need those anymore.
Hope this helps :)
Gullian-Barre syndrome does sound like a more accurate diagnosis than plantar fasciitis, though looking through the symptoms, it doesn't really match either.
I have parasthesia through the entire sole of my feet but nowhere else.
My legs do feel weaker, but I think it's related to the fact it takes more effort to walk because my brain isn't getting the right messages from my feet when I step down. Like, I do feel that I stepped down, but with all the pins and needles, it's getting the message like in one of those magic eye posters... full of static. So my legs are doing more work to make up for my feet. But I'm not really feeling weakness at all in my upper body.
I have more issues going down stairs than up stairs... mostly because I can't easily see my feet so I'm nervous about missing the step and not realizing it.
None of those issues.
No severe pain or cramps.
No issues with the bladder. In fact I just tried peeing and I could "stop" just using the bladder... though I'd really like control of my external striated sphincter back.
Heart rate is normal.
My blood pressure is on the low side, but not dangerously so.
No difficulty breathing.
Not a Dr (just someone with tummy issues). Sounds like IBS- irritable bowel syndrome. https://www.mayoclinic.org/diseases-conditions/irritable-bowel-syndrome/symptoms-causes/syc-20360016.
Alternating constipation and diarrhea with floating poop are what makes it sound most like it.
If it were me in this situation, I would use tonsil stone mouthwash just in case. TheraBreath Fresh Breath Dentist Formulated 24-Hour Oral Rinse, Icy Mint, 16 Ounce (Pack of 2) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00IRKRK9O/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_JJ5CA9Z5MA62RAAHKH45?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
And i would call the ENT doctor to tell him that the antibiotics didnt work. If his second intervention doesnt help, I would get a second opinion from another ENT doctor.
Does your breath smell bad to other people? How do you know you dont have tonsil stones? Maybe you could search on YouTube(its gross warning in advance) people removing their tonsil stones and replicate that just in case?
this looks like the kind of thing that a wound care clinic can help you out with.
I would also recommend medi honey dressing made from manuka honey.
Are you possibly diabetic?
Have you tried sulfur treatments? I love this stuff, as it helps with cystic acne and with flare up clusters of acne:

Even if using it, you should try to stiffen it with some support. Something like this which is not a full rigid brace I think should allow more use. Or if you need even better hand grip, a weight-lifting wristband will have less material over the thumb.
https://www.amazon.com/ComfiLife-Premium-Adjustable-Support-Standard/dp/B07JNQKW8G
https://www.amazon.com/Elonglin-Adjustable-Support-Breathable-Weightlifting/dp/B07W3TW5SX
Remove hair under arm pits. Use only moisture wicking shirts that aren’t tight.
Try some non-traditional antiperspirants.
https://www.amazon.com/Toms-Maine-Womens-Antiperspirant-Deodorant/dp/B00TGZNC1O
I only see one “lump” but it looks like your spine. Is it painful in any way? Some people’s spinal structure sticks out more behind their neck, but its nothing anyone else would notice.
321 STRONG Foam Roller - Extra Firm High Density Deep Tissue Massager with Spinal Channel https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07CRTD2BM/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_fabc_BcjQFbQMJ1BMD This type of foam roller strengthens the muscles and can be relieving for pain. There’s exercises you can do with it to help with posture as well to the overall appearance. Don’t sweat it though, looks completely normal !
Unfortunately one of the issues with thyroid disorders is some of the why will never be answered. Stuff happens, and coping becomes the focus. So if labs are OK = you are not dying, you need to deal with the symptoms - like the loose stool
My wife has hashimoto's (most always hypo), and gut issues among other things are always present. If I could recommend cutting the fruit out, and adding soluble fiber, and see if it helps. My wife is completely intolerant of fruit (insoluble) fiber. She takes this one Psyllium
Bananas are fine, but no pit fruit, apples etc.
Fresh vegetables have intrinsic factors that can’t be replicated in a supplement, unfortunately you can’t get around that one. Are you willing to drink a couple of servings of green drinks a day? That would be a good way to get some of that nutrition. Juicing, or powdered green drinks. Homemade green juices are actually very mild-tasting compared to powdered.
I would highly recommend adding a scoop or two of multi collagen powder every day for your bones, skin, hair and nails, I stir mine in my yogurt or cereal every morning for extra protein. You’re also going to be lacking in B12 if you don’t eat meat so make sure you take a good multivitamin like this one (it’s the one I personally take and I find the most beneficial!)

Take a look at Tell Your Children by Alex Berenson
He's interviewed here and says the study was using marijuana 10x increased the risk.
There's a huge rush to legalize, they're rug sweeping the study results because both private industry and state tax coffers stand to make a lot of money.
It's not harmless for a percentage of the population, and we have no way of knowing which ones will be negatively affected.
The next ten years are going to be a shit show.
Of course, Reddit is so pro marijuana, you'll never hear that kind of info here.
if it is zits this stuff is great for clearing them up : Clean & Clear Advantage Quick Clear Treatment Gel
Having everyone wash with neem soap helps too. It provides relief if you have it and from what I can tell it helps prevent it too. We were recommended this and I used it while taking care of a young child and elderly woman that had scabies. I was diligent (and maybe lucky) and didn’t get scabies. https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00BN3ENM4/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_awdb_t1_pkBMCbG1NWXRP
Edit: word
any figure eight brace will work. like this one or similar, any brace that pulls your shoulders back and can be fixed properly. but you'll need someone to help put it on you and tighten it, it's pretty much impossible to do it correctly by yourself.
i used to slouch quite badly and then i broke my collarbone. had to wear one of these things for a month non-stop, and it was extremely uncomfortable the entire time so you really should question whether it's worth it for you, but i don't slouch anymore, that's for sure.
Not a doctor, but I do have a uterus.
Without a proper exam it's hard to say. But this might be your new normal. There are disorders that can cause severe cramping, but they typically come with other symptoms, which you have not mentioned. When you do see a Gynecologist, they will want to know about pain with sex, spotting/bleeding outside of your cycle, irregular cycles, pain locations and durations.
Personally, I've been on the pill since 4 years after my first period and it just seems like a passing thought as my periods have become so light. I know some women sometimes do have to take sick days when their periods start. So like I said you may have a new normal as your hormones have progressed into adulthood.
Of course, see a doctor when you can. If you are in the United States, check into Planned Parenthood or another women's clinic, as they often have free exams or at least payment on a sliding scale. It's possible that you can take BC and solve this, or it could be a disorder (or possibly an infection though it sounds like this has been going on for years) which may need treatment.
Good luck! I've heard some women love these guys: HotHands Hand Warmers, 10 count (5 pack with 2 warmers per pack) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00PGBN11S/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apa_ekPzBb0CF6734
Not a dr, but I have a maniscus tear that causes patiala instability and knee pain. I’ve been using this support during my workouts:
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0053VDUEY/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1
It works well for me. Beyond that, I can’t offer much advice about the products you’re looking at.
Hey there,
I just wanted to point out that products such as this exist and you may find them useful.
I do not personally know much about these products, but it seems like a safer alternative than tape.
I've got two suggestions that may or may not help:
there may be a MSDS for electrical tape
MSDS= Material Safety Data Sheet
I'll leave the google fu to you.
If you can manage an all around your body wrap, Ace elastic bandages may work for this purpose. They come in varying widths.
My opinion is that the gluey stuff on electrical tape is probably not a huge hazard when applied on skin. Juust my best guess, not an authoritative answer.
Not a doctor.
I don't think there's any reason for you to be concerned. "Ball stickiness" (maybe it's medically called "testicular diaphoresis" haha) is common in a lot of males, especially in warm weather or in environments where testicles are surrounded by warmth (think, sitting in a chair for multiple hours.)
I recommend a product like this. I apply some after every shower and it keeps them "non-sticky" for ~12 hours after application.
Hope it helps some!
Just throwing this out there - for some people just switching to natural shampoos can do the trick.
I'm using this right now. But there are a lot of options out there -
CBT for chronic pain is helpful for many people. If you can't find a provider I'd highly recommend this workbook
Try using Lavilin for your underarms. I wouldn't worry about the rest, regular showers should be good enough.
She's a dermatologist so I hope that's "scientific enough" for you:
http://www.amazon.com/DERMAdoctor-Skinstruction-Manual-Healthy-Beautiful/dp/0743264991
The fact is tea contains tannins which do scientifically reduce irritation and there by minimize it's effects- such as puffiness and dark circles. It's not my "opinion"... feel free to google...
Yes, I take a probiotic (this one) almost everyday when I remember. These days I don't always remember, but I was much better about it while I was recovering from the effect of so many antibiotics on my digestive system.
