Buy one of these and ring out those muscles every day. This has been an absolutely critical piece of my “mystery elbow/forearm pain”

I really like these:
Bodylastics Resistance Bands Set with Patented Anti-Snap Elastics, Patented Clips, Upgraded Handles, Door Anchor, Legs, Wrist Ankle Straps https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B006NZZH18/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_glt_fabc_MAPQWQ978A9TT8000G68
I anchor the red one at the top of a door and just hold the ends in my hands - don’t need the handles as the shape of it makes it slip-free.
3+ times a week for nearly a year and my previously-impinged shoulder seems healthier (but it’s hard to prove) although it’s interesting to me that I’ve never felt the need to progress to a heavier band. But I think that’s just the nature of this exercise and those tiny little rotator cuff muscles.
Well i guess you can use portal too but this app has very clean layout. You don't have to remember which exercise to do next, you can set up automatic rest time between and after exercises. It's very convenient. If you got a min check this out.

So flexibility is definitely a problem that can hurt your progress. I'd recommend this book: Becoming a supple leopard by Kelly Starrett. It is a step by step guide on how to identify what your restrictions are and how to fix them. Great book that has helped many (me included).
I dunno about Elast-X tbh. If you wanna support Jeff more, sure go for it. I didn't buy the ones I liked but the company I bought was Serious Steel and they've lasted me for 2.5 years now. The purple ones have lasted me longer than that (about 4 years) and I use them almost daily.
Another one to consider is James Grage's Bands. He's built an entire program on resistance band training so he's supposed to have good quality bands. I ran his program two years ago with Serious Steel bands above and it was good. Plus you get more than just the two ElastiX bands offered, averaging out to ~$15/band with Grage's Set and it also looks like he's offering a trial with the purchase.
If the length of the bands unstretched is 1'-2', are you sure you're not using booty bands/hip circles?
Even in Jeff's picture you attached, it looks like he's using a band which would accommodate 35-110lbs of resistance (orange band here).
Its been delayed a few times already. Set at end 2023 at the moment
4EverShape Pull Up Assist Bands, Resistance Bands Set with Handles and Door Anchor, Workout Bands, Heavy Duty Exercise Bands for Body Stretching, Powerlifting https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083M93MGB/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_N82KCGC16J4M2WV92V8T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
But there are other brands
4EverShape Pull Up Assist Bands, Resistance Bands Set with Handles and Door Anchor, Workout Bands, Heavy Duty Exercise Bands for Body Stretching, Powerlifting https://www.amazon.com/dp/B083M93MGB/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_N82KCGC16J4M2WV92V8T?_encoding=UTF8&psc=1
No mate, not solely just for that, you can add it to any shake basically, help with macros aswell, cheap too. Bulk Ultra Fine Scottish Oats, 5 kg, Packaging May Vary https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B00SX4SQ4C/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_apan_glt_fabc_6A261QZES16XXQJCQ4SP
I would invest in a couple of elastic band sets. They can be anchored in doorways and can provide considerable resistance. Something like this:
Resistance Bands, 15 Pieces Exercise Elastic Bands Set, 20lbs to 40lbs Resistance Tubes with Heavy Duty Protective Nylon Sleeves Anti-Snap for Fitness SUPALAK https://smile.amazon.com/dp/B01MR6WRT7/ref=cm_sw_r_apan_glt_fabc_C3CF0EYHG0KHFP0CG4MD
This?
I use a good band set. You can get them for around $30-50 on Amazon. You can get a lot of resistance out of them. Here's an example:

Sorry about the deleted message, but these are what I bought. I may have misremembered the price or it has increased but these are $185.
If you're on android, I use an app called FitNotes. It's amazing as it can calculate your 1RM, sets, and plates needed among other features.
You could use my android play store app. Currently only text and pictures is supported, but if enough user will want other formats that could be done.
Also a PT. Found one a little cheaper on Amazon with the muscle origins and insertions marked out. There must be a number code for you to know which are which but here it is:
Wellden Product Anatomical Human Muscular Skeleton Model, w/Ligament, Numbered, Life Size 170cm https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00HI9SGBG/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_eY6TEbS1M1DC6
There are sets of the same weights that go up to 50lbs for a lot less. Jeff's set is so much because it comes with the stand, 50-70lb, and 70-90lb extensions as well
PowerBlock Elite Set Dumbell, 50-Pound (pair) https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00G7RHGNY/ref=cm_sw_r_cp_api_i_et6eCbT95TG4S
On my own program now. https://www.amazon.com/Strength-Training-Anatomy-Workout-II/dp/1450419895/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&qid=1522662049&sr=8-5&keywords=strength+training+anatomy
Maybe I'll send one after this cycle in a few weeks. I'm sizing up quick.
BlackCraneStoic (Really original, I know) is my new account for TRP though I hardly use it as much as I used to. Too busy building my body and my bank account to be bothered much anymore.
