Bill Burr finally got a VPN to advertise on his podcast and a good one! Been seeing NordVPN trying to capitalize on all these privacy issues on the current events and waited to see who would be the first to advertise on Burr's podcast. Good shit.
Also if someone can direct Bill to JRE podcast with the kid that is trying to solve the plastic island issue. That would be great.
"just" like every hacked website out there.
Bill's issue with these DNA companies was privacy of the DNA data itself. and the pointlessness of it all.
EDIT: https://haveibeenpwned.com/PwnedWebsites scroll through that... just those that have been added to their database
Boo-urns. Come on are you serious man did you even try, I'm in Canada and recently signed up and got the trial.
https://www.netflix.com/getstarted
It is worth every penny. Which look at that, 0 pennies for a month.
That's why I made this IFTTT notification, every time the bot posts I know the episode is live at least on libsyn.
Holy shit. dude, you don't know how much that helped me, not just for BB but for things like complete Grateful Dead shows I have on my ipod that are all one continuous track. Have some fucking gold, ya cunt.
And now that we have that trick, any shows that are on youtube can be turned int mp3's using Youtube to Mp3.
thanks for your response.
i don't think our standards of comedy in general differ that much. for example, i'm german so i'm just going to take the low hanging fruit: it's absolutely okay to make jokes about world war 2, the nazi regime and even the holocaust. i would even encourage people to do so more often. but context is important. for example, we have a famous comedian (or well, technically hes a caberet artist) in our country called serdar somuncu. one of his most known programs is literally reading and narrating adolf hitlers "mein kampf" (if thats something that interests you, amazon has a english version here). that is comedy that breaks and pushes taboos and conventions and is rightfully critically acclaimed. without going too much on a tangent, to provide further context, in germany you can't sell or buy an uncommented version of mein kampf. the punchline of that routine being that intonation and platform makes the difference between the ramblings of a madman and a dangerous ideology.
that is comedy in good taste, even if it is extremely dark. would the punchline be "lol they gassed the jews", it wouldn't just be bad taste and bad comedy in general, but very likely also very racist.
which is to say, i would actually agree with you, the basketball thing would make for a fantastic premise for a bit, but it is really down to the execution of it. if the punchline is "hAhA the players are black", it really wouldn't be all that great or in good taste. and thats essentially what trevor did there.
I would advise a VPN that isn't in America. Also some VPNs don't use encryption and others keep logs. The top VPNs are PIA, NordVPN and ExpressVPN.
The reason I say don't use American VPNs is that they are still beholden to US law and since the laws recently changed they can get in trouble if you do something illicit. So they will keep logs and sell you out quickly.
I have Comcast and had to sign up for Private Internet Access (a VPN) in order to even be able to stream ANYTHING. With PIA I can stream in HD; without PIA I have a hard time loading images on the Netflix website.
Not trying to be a douche, but Shazam (App Store, Google Play) works wonders for this.
He mentioned the oil/dollar/Iraq war thing last week as well. There is a comedian in the U.K. called Rob Newman who did an amazing special on this ages ago. I’m not sure if you can get it online but it really is a phenomenal bit of story telling

If you look at the user's profile, every single one of their comments are copied and pasted from someone else in those threads. It's not a legitimate account

I would try to reverse the charge if I were you. You'll likely never receive the item and even if you do, the quality will be terrible. Here are the reviews for GearLaunch: https://www.sitejabber.com/reviews/gearlaunch.com
If you look at the page where you bought it from, it doesn't even exist anymore. It's a scam. Don't risk it.
"If my name is in your mouth, so is my pu**y, bitch. Enjoy the flavor!"
Notice how I<3Radio removes the interviews line of questioning and lumps Michael's statements into one. Calls it body shaming. That is fucking terrible journalism. All she said is don't pay attention to her body, and don't get caught up on details of the the singers life that could negative for youth, stick to her music. All I did was google Lizzo. Check out the other top two hits, they are just as crap "journalism." Buzzfeed and Us Weekly can go fuck themselves!
I get it, people want to know all about music stars. That's creepy as fuck. If you're an obsessed fan, fine, but you should have to find that stuff on your own. You should be the one that knows a lot about that subject. Not everyone. People don't need to know, in a five minute blurb, that the Beetles were on uppers in their early years, plain as day. Let's celebrate that! Umm, I came here for a discography, wtf?
And this is the song why Billy didn't have to give a shit anymore..
Billy Squier - The Big Beat https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TcQYgrm6Vv0
Was sampled in 251 songs http://www.whosampled.com/Billy-Squier/The-Big-Beat/sampled/?ob=4
I read this a couple years ago and it helped. Check it out, 8 bucks on Kindlehttps://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07G15XHQW/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_d_asin_title_o01?ie=UTF8&psc=1
Oh yeah I’m sure he has, I don’t have any episode numbers for you tho. If your struggling man it doesn’t hurt to go to a meeting preferably with an experienced friend. No one really cares about the god thing, it’s just good group therapy. There’s also a really good book Beyond Belief: Agnostic Musings for the 12 step life
Hope that helps man
Just tried to find this on Amazon and found something even better:

No free VPN will stream. doesn't allow selection of location on a free plan. Basically any other VPN will throttle the connection for streaming, unless you pay.
Alright GFY.
It should have ended when redban realized that they didn't come to Bill to get the podcast on their app. Surely his podcast is protected by Creative Commons
EDIT: OH GOD THERE IS ALSO A T SHIRT https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08QJ8MY68
https://www.amazon.com/Golf-Lefties-Bill-Burr/dp/1570281297
You can still buy it lol!
Someone check if its actually Bill Burrs and he will get someone of it lol
I'm so confused about this. I know he has briefly talked about his MMP and TMP audio set up, but it is not possible for him to hook up his podcast mic to his computer?
IF not, Billy I got one word for you:
or dare I say:
Don't know if you ever found out the book he was talking about. Been catching up more on his podcast and he brings it up again in the Thursday Podcast on 11/19. The book is The Comedians: Drunks, Thieves, Scoundrels, and the History of American Comedy by Kliph Nesteroff.
Just go with a double edge razor instead. You'll save even more money than dollar shave people.
This $18 sample pack has lasted me 4 years and I still have 16 blades left. Granted, I've had a beard for the majority of this time so I'm basically only using the razor to trim beard edges but still.
I recommend this app for your phone: Shazam.
>Shazam uses a smartphone or computer's built-in microphone to gather a brief sample of audio being played. It creates an acoustic fingerprint based on the sample and compares it against a central database for a match. If it finds a match, it sends information such as the artist, song title, and album back to the user.
