Nature sounds, rain sounds, ocean sounds are powerful and effective tools for relaxation, stress-relief, meditation and sleep. But artificial noises such as the interior of a car or train, a hairdryer and traffic increase stress levels. There was also an increase in rest-digest nervous system activity when listening to natural compared with artificial sounds, and better performance in an external attentional monitoring task.
White Noise: Baby Sleep App, Lullaby Songs contains nature and relaxing sounds.
To boost your creativity and brain find the binaural beat app Binaural Beats meditation and relaxation . This app can increase their concentration and enhances mental capabilities. It is provides excellent noise cancellation. The best part about Binaural beats – Meditate Study Sleep is that you can just relax and not focus on their working.
I just released a new app on the play store named Sleep Beats.
It lets you choose from presets or create your own. You can transition between two selected beats and also has a shutdown timer. If there is anything it is missing or that you think could be improved, please let me know.
You dont need ideal conditions, binauraul beats its like switch to you brain, you want to be hyper alert, go for 40-60-80hz, want to be clear, go to 8-13hz and so on. At least i look at them this way. If you want to get high of LSD or weed by hearing sound, then i doubt you get the results, however there are some things for example (use app link at the end of comment) in this app there are halucination preset, i notice that when you listen and after, you can get some interesting unusual patterns while closed eye. Also try highest mental activity and creativity, just listen, and forget, expect nothing. Also make sure you listen sterio, both channels emmit different freaquency on mono it just wont work, id say listen on mid to low volume. Have fun.

Quite frankly I'm not sure on the dominant frequencies sorry. When I created it I was experimenting with the sounds I like next time I will make note of the frequencies. I was kind of going off with the sound of binary Beats from the Monroe Institute. I actually listen to the chaotic one every night. At the very bottom of the blog is says PS:created with Gnaural :) However, I'm thinking of doing something with Ableton and Gnaural together
I have been gathering research articles from proper academic sources on the net. Check this paper. It does list frequencies, perhaps other papers get more into the details. Possibly at this stage researchers are more into exploring ranges ie alpha, beta, delta etc than specific frequencies. I have also been experimenting on myself but I can't honestly say I notice any effects. I also mediate, and although I am a beginner I notice the effects far more than with any type of brainwave entrainment solution. Perhaps like any difficult exercise like sport or even mediation, a great deal of time and effort is required. All the new agey videos on YT offering quick fixes are nonsense, although the implementation is usually correct.
Use Binaural Beats meditation and relaxation App which has the process of stimulating brain by interfacing waves of different frequencies with each other. The stimulation induces a brain healing effect. Binaural beats are primarily used to reduce stress and anxiety. They aid in meditation and relaxation and sound sleep.
> No its all free
Just to confirm, is this app the one you're using?
> You can also set a timer whats nice for a smooth meditation fade out
I like this! Will give it a try.
